i've been here twice before writing this review. the first time i got takeout and ordered at the counter. we got a banh mi, 2 noodle bowls, and bao with tofu to try out their vegan options! everything was delicious, especially the noodle bowl. i loved how they made the tofu--it was perfectly crispy on the outside! the second time i ordered delivery with the exact same items; however, 3/4 of the items received had egg, fish, and likely dairy that were not easily removable from the dishes, which was an issue because we are vegan. i do enjoy the food and it is very tasty, but i would not recommend eating here if you have severe allergies, intolerances, or other dietary restrictions. read more

Viet-Nomz Waterford was my self-care pick for trying something new on Saturday, January 10, 2026, and I'm so glad I found it! I actually discovered this spot on TikTok and decided to check it out. When I arrived, I ordered the chicken broth pho with two proteins chicken and beef plus a side of spring rolls. I sat down to wait, and my food came out in about two minutes, which was impressive. The restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived, so I was able to enjoy a table to myself, though it did start filling up shortly after. I started with the spring rolls, and they were freshly fried and delicious not sitting out at all. Then came the soup, which was so good. I really liked that they have a herb bar, where you can customize your pho with herbs, bean sprouts, hot sauce, and other toppings. Once I adjusted everything to my preferred heat level, the soup was perfect and very flavorful. As for the ambience, it's a small location but clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive, quick to clean tables as soon as guests left, and helpful when explaining anything I needed to know. Will I return? Absolutely. Next time, I'll try a different protein and likely switch to the beef broth instead of chicken. Overall, this location gets a 5 out of 5 from me. So I had to run it back to vietnomz . Honestly I love the assortment of food from the pho, tofu , bowls , and Asian street tacos. I will say my new favorite thing I have tried was the chicken bowl . It was packed with flavor. It comes with grilled chicken , rice and I added veggies such as lettuce tomato's and carrots with pickled onions . I add extra nom nom sauce and soy sauce . Vietnomz NEVER MISSES. I usually order the pork rice bowl with nom nom sauce and the bowl includes rice, pork, and a dressed up salad with the nom nom sauce ontop and a runny egg. I have also had the Bahn mi sandwich and that is also a 10/10. Everything always tastes freshly prepared and I love the toppings bar they have where you can help yourself. This time i tried the Wa pho fries which were crispy and saucy( btw don't let the photo fool you, it's a big plate, could not eat it all between two of us. ) Also tried the wings, the wings were a no no for me. So definitely some solid brownie points to Viet-Nomz in this aspect. My beautiful bowl (yes, the container itself was beautiful) came with a sunny-side-up egg, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and green onions. There was a well-balanced amount of ingredients, the pork was flavorful and tender, and the white rice was cooked to perfection. I asked for their signature nom-nom white sauce on the side. I get why people like it, but it was a bit too greasy for me to add to the somewhat greasy pork, so I didn't add it to my bowl after trying a little bit of it. Absolutely love Vietnam's. Stopped by for lunch super quick with a friend. I got the crispy tofu bites for five dollars and a water. The inside is super small so before you make an order you can't sit down yet you have to make your order then you can grab a place to sit. The inside has tones of black, red, and brown. At your table they have a full Sriracha, soy sauce, straws for drinks as well as utensils for food. The space was small but seemed to accommodate the amount of people coming through without issue. My coworkers got pho (one beef, one veggie) and both were very happy with the flavors and quality of ingredients. Their bowls were massive and both took home to go containers. Another coworker got the chicken rice bowl and enjoyed it. I got the crispy tofu banh mi and we each got a free order of spring rolls for joining their email list. Flavors were good, but customizable using their sauce bar so you can create your own level of spice and flavor intensity. I tried a few different ones with each of my spring rolls and all were good! Overall, there are easily options here to appease both meat eaters and veggie preferences alike without sacrificing options or flavors. Holy cow! Why is this place so tasty???? After trying their chicken rice bowl sample at Yelp's Neon Noir, I just had to get my hands on a full sized one as soon as possible. The chicken is literally made by gods. I do not understand how it can be so tender, tasty and fresh all at the same time. Another thing that makes this place hard to top is their toppings bar.
