Viet-Nomz Waterford was my self-care pick for trying something new on Saturday, January 10, 2026, and I'm so glad I found it! I actually discovered this spot on TikTok and decided to check it out. When I arrived, I ordered the chicken broth pho with two proteins chicken and beef plus a side of spring rolls. I sat down to wait, and my food came out in about two minutes, which was impressive. The restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived, so I was able to enjoy a table to myself, though it did start filling up shortly after. I started with the spring rolls, and they were freshly fried and delicious not sitting out at all. Then came the soup, which was so good. I really liked that they have a herb bar, where you can customize your pho with herbs, bean sprouts, hot sauce, and other toppings. Once I adjusted everything to my preferred heat level, the soup was perfect and very flavorful. As for the ambience, it's a small location but clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive, quick to clean tables as soon as guests left, and helpful when explaining anything I needed to know. Will I return? Absolutely. Next time, I'll try a different protein and likely switch to the beef broth instead of chicken. Overall, this location gets a 5 out of 5 from me. Everything was really good, and I'll definitely be back!

The pork spring rolls are some of the best I have had but the pho was a little disappointing. I already ate one roll which is why there is only one in the bag. My beef was kind of dry and the broth just did not have a lot of flavor. Service was fast and friendly.

So I had to run it back to vietnomz . Honestly I love the assortment of food from the pho, tofu , bowls , and Asian street tacos. I will say my new favorite thing I have tried was the chicken bowl . It was packed with flavor. It comes with grilled chicken , rice and I added veggies such as lettuce tomato's and carrots with pickled onions . I add extra nom nom sauce and soy sauce . The bowl is so fresh and healthy . I definitely plan on going back . The server was really nice . Also for $10 the bowl is a still so if you're on a budget looking for a healthy option . I would go with the kids chicken bowl.

Every time we visit, we enjoy the excellent service, the delicious food (my favorite is the fried tofu rice bowl), and although small, the location itself is quite cute.

Vietnomz NEVER MISSES. I usually order the pork rice bowl with nom nom sauce and the bowl includes rice, pork, and a dressed up salad with the nom nom sauce ontop and a runny egg. I have also had the Bahn mi sandwich and that is also a 10/10. Everything always tastes freshly prepared and I love the toppings bar they have where you can help yourself. Staff is always kind and helpful and they do a great job at cleaning up the tables and sanitizing once a table is done to prepare for the next customers to sit. Overall a very clean and fresh environment.

We stopped by on a weeknight and tried their pho with beef broth and brisket, and banh mi with pork. I loved that they had several protein options including beef, chicken, or tofu and different types of broth. The portions were large and everything was delicious. The show stopper was the French bread for the sandwich. So good!!

Beef broth with crispy tofu, and brisket

The pho was really delicious. The beef broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting, exactly what you want in a great bowl. I loved that you can choose your proteins and add extra toppings, or keep it easy and order one of their popular customized bowls. They also offer happy hour items, which is a nice bonus if you're stopping by with friends. The atmosphere is relaxed with chill vibes, making it a great spot to hang out, enjoy good food, and unwind. Overall, a great spot that I'd highly recommend. Definitely coming back!

Watch out look out! Great food ahead! Finished a long day at work and need something refreshing to eat while packing up to head home the next day. Felt like a Banh Mi would fit the bill and found Viet-Nomz. Ordered through DD as I still had some work to do. Food arrived fast and still hot (don't worry, I gave shout outs to the driver on DD!) The Banh Mi was delicious, not the 100% tops, but pretty darn close! Veggies nice and crunchy and the pork was cooked perfectly. I ordered the spring rolls and they were pretty standard. Maybe next time I will try another side item. If you are in the area, would totally recommend checking them out!

I've tried Viet-Nomz other locations and it's seriously always sooo good! I'm so happy i stumbled upon this place at a Yelp event. Their bowls are sooo yummy the chicken bowl is my fav. This time i tried the Wa pho fries which were crispy and saucy( btw don't let the photo fool you, it's a big plate, could not eat it all between two of us. ) Also tried the wings, the wings were a no no for me. They are fried in fish oil that smells really bad and it was just unpleasant to eat. Besides the smell, they were crispy. But i wouldn't get this again. Service is always top notch and you always feel welcomed. Will stick to my chicken bowl and spring rolls lol

I ordered a pork rice bowl to go on a Tuesday at around 6 pm. Believe it or not, it was ready in 5 (yes, you read it correctly, FIVE) minutes, hot and ready to eat. One of the things that can totally ruin the dining out or getting food to go experience for me is having to wait more than 20 minutes for my order (sorry guys, but my threshold is that low; unfortunately, 8 out of 10 times, I'm already starving when I walk into a restaurant). So definitely some solid brownie points to Viet-Nomz in this aspect. My beautiful bowl (yes, the container itself was beautiful) came with a sunny-side-up egg, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and green onions. There was a well-balanced amount of ingredients, the pork was flavorful and tender, and the white rice was cooked to perfection. I asked for their signature nom-nom white sauce on the side. I get why people like it, but it was a bit too greasy for me to add to the somewhat greasy pork, so I didn't add it to my bowl after trying a little bit of it. Adding sriracha and their vegan sauce to the bowl, on the other hand, hit the right spot. Overall, a great $12.95 entrée if you're looking for a quick-served bowl of Vietnamese goodness.

We started with the crispy chicken dumplings--crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender chicken filling. Perfect way to kick things off. We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. The garlic butter sauce really takes it over the top. Don't be fooled by the Orange Chicken--Boneless chicken, fried perfectly and coated in their authentic sweet orange sauce. The best Orange Chicken in town, hands down. No chance of leftovers here--you won't want to put your fork down.

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype at all. The broth was unbelievably bland--almost like flavored hot water. It lacked the rich, savory depth that's the heart of a good pho. I kept mixing the soup, hoping the flavor had just sunk to the bottom, but no. Worst $20 wasted ever. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but this was one of the most disappointing bowls of pho I've had, especially considering all the positive reviews.

On the hunt to try out cuisines I don't venture in often, this local gem popped right on up. Upon entry, it was very date-night coded. With various Vietnamese and cultural decor moments and the mood lighting, it was a nice little oasis / getaway from the usual. They had a nice playlist going and there was more than enough seating. Service was phenomenal. Now, at the time of my visit, it wasn't a busy night. It was only a handful of people there. So, our waitress was able to be super attentive and was so kind to our table. Our orders came out fresh, hot and quickly! I ordered one of their pho options, and it was super flavorful. It was also quite a bit of food, so, I did have leftovers to take home and finish the following day. It held up well and it was just as good the next day as it was the night I got it. Pricing is AWESOME! They are a Michelin Bib Gourmant restaurant - which means, it is "a prestigious award recognizing restaurant that serves exceptional, high-quality food at great value." The quality of the food alongside the pricing, just makes it worthwhile. They definitely deserve the hype and rave!! I think any time you go to a restaurant that serves a type of ethnic cuisine, they focuses on the main or big dishes. For example, Vietnamese restaurants will always feature pho somehow and Cuban restaurants will always feature the Cuban sandwich in some capacity. However, street food or dishes that are small and meant for grab and go and sharing and to be affordable is not often featured at big sit down restaurants. The other thing is when street food is featured on a fancy sit down menu, the small plates and street food always cost more than it should in my opinion. Z Asian really surprised me in that I didn't think the prices were to unfair and it still felt elevated. They are a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. We went here for a date night after watching Obsession. By the way, the movie is one of the best horror movies of this year in my opinion and I think a lot of people's opinion. We parked in the back lot as they don't really have a whole lot of street parking. That was confusing entering the restaurant since we entered from the back and it wasn't clear if the restaurant was open or if we walked in through the wrong door. We got seated fast and the waitress was really nice and engaging. We ordered banh khot, which is basically a mini banh xeo. Banh khot is an eggy crepe mixture that is panfried into a circle and a small amount of seafood is placed into the middle of it. It's small and finger food sized and served with pickled veggies and fresh lettuce and fish sauce to drizzle or dip. My rating is a 9.5/10. It was crispy and full of flavor. We also tried the mango tofu salad. It's similar to a ceviche. This was a 9/10. It has a little heat to it but very good and not too wet. We then ordered grilled mussels with is what it sounds like. It's mussels halves grilled with fish sauce and crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. I rate this a 8/10. I never see this in restaurants. On a good day, I can crush like 20 of these and call it girl dinner. We got the grilled corn as well. This is corn kernels grilled in butter and garlic topped with Sriracha. I rate this a 6.5/10. I think it's a good street dished but it underwhelmed me because it's just the corn and there wasn't a vehicle to deliver it to my mouth. The last item we tried was the grilled chicken rice noodles. This was a flavorful dish of veggies and chicken and rice noodles that are cooked in a pan. The rating is a 8.5/10. My overall rating is 9/10. They bill was on the higher end but I felt like it was worth the food we were eating the service and ambiance.
