Stopped in here for a bowl of Pho Ga last Saturday. They offer Pho in two sizes - regular and large. I went with the regular bowl. The Pho Ga came out fairly quickly and was steaming and fragrant. I was pleased to see it was made with a chicken broth. The noodles were not clumped and the chicken was tender. The plate of aromatics was fresh: Basil, lime, bean sprouts, and Jalapeños - all looked good! I added all of the aromatics and dug in. The broth had a light, yet delicious richness to it! The inside of Vietnam 75 is pretty large. A lot of customers could be seated in here simultaneously. One thing I will ding them on is the condition of their Men's Restroom. Not great, but not terrible. Had a terrible craving for pho (97 degrees outside? Must be time for boiling hot soup, right?) This was in the area so I went in with middling expectations. In short, it ain't terrible. For lack of better choices, this place is decent. Small bowl size (ordered a regular size, no noodles) and it was satisfyingly full of meat, tendon and tripe. The broth was OK, needed more anise/cinnamon sticks whatever. My main problem was that the bowl of soup was just barely hot. Pho needs to be boiling hot so that the beansprouts soften, and the herbs wilt on the soup to release flavour. I kinda wanted to send it back for another five minutes in the microwave. read more

Not the easiest place to find on the map, but look on the side of the road that has David's Bridal. Loved the fact that they had a real rickshaw in the restaurant. Nothing screams authenticity than bringing with you the family rickshaw as you immigrate to the US. ha ha ha. I'm just kidding. But the food was good. My Lemongrass Chicken vermicelli noodle was good. Chicken was perfectly cooked and really soft and moist yet crisp on the outside. The Pho was good too. Fresh garden rolls were good too. Came here for lunch. The tables were very clean and organized. Ordered the tofu spring roll and 2 beef pho. The order was brought out shortly. Every ingredient was fresh, and that broth! I ordered the large size B16 Pho soup for takeout - $13.65. When I got home I noticed they had completely left out all of the meats that go into the soup from of my order. All that was included in my bag were the cold noodles, bean sprouts, onions and the container of the hot broth. Almost $14 for noodle soup is ridiculous. I tried calling the restaurant several times that night and again today, and after 5 rings each time I received a mailbox full message and you couldn't leave a message. Not happy at all about not being able to contact the restaurant and talk with someone. I'm going to go back tomorrow with my receipt and see if they will correct my order. Hands down BEST pho in Woodbridge, if not the greater Washington DC area. I've tried pho all over the country (Los Angeles to NYC) and this is STILL my favorite! My family and I have been eating here for over a decade and we are always beyond satisfied. The staff is friendly and honest. We cam in and was sat down my wife ordered grilled shrimp I ordered shrimp tempura And a special pho that was on menu with extra noodles. My wife's shrimp came 1st no taste at all was just grilled She ate and was finished I didn't get my pho or shrimp yet. The shrimp came out finally and was not tempura it was just fried shrimp. Still waited for pho finally came out was ok But by then I had lost my appetite . We ordered through GrubHub on Yelp. Per usual, they provide a time window of when you should go pick it up. We arrived a bit early but my husband went in to check if it was ready anyway. It was ready, yet the timer still said it was "in the works". When we got back home the food was not hot, more like it had been sitting ready for awhile. I'm not sure if this is the restaurant's fault that maybe they can't put in that the food is ready but they could have called to let us know since they weren't busy. We ordered the phó and fried wontons, which are okay at a warmish temperature but not great. Best place for Pho in Woodbridge, but that isn't saying much cause there's only two or three other restaurants to compete with. The summer rolls are the bomb...perfect appetizer on a hot summer day before sticking your face in front a hot bowl of tasty pho. The pho itself was actually pretty darned good for Hoodridge, the broth was thick and flavorful and all the garden accessories were an accent to the bowl of noodles. A squeeze or two from the home-made hoisin sauce on the table makes the perfect addition to an already tasty broth. This restaurant is located across the street from Potomac Mills in the Potomac Festival strip mall in between the Hard Times Cafe and the Staples. I wouldn't say this place is THE best in woodbridge. I walk in and you don't get that welcoming feeling. We only stayed because my child was set on pho and the place we usually go to is jet packed. They don't greet their customers and have poor customer service. Our waitress just stood next to our table not asking if we were ready to order. I told her we weren't ready and she say's "oh okay". The pho is okay. The broth isn't too bad. They definitely do not skimp on their meat. Their can sodas are flat. The place seems clean... their fish tank, not so much. We've been going to this restaurant since 2003 and never thought to make a review till now. Every pho restaurant we go to is compared to them. They are quick, courteous, accommodating, and delicious. We went here before children and all almost 11 years later still going to them. We will travel just for them. Spring rolls, fresh rolls, the combos... Amazing. Our children have grown up knowing them and their food. The broth, price, and portions cannot be beat. Going on 17 years this is our family fav. Quick service, very clean. The waitress was sweet and fast. I loved how the owner brought everyone their food- he was very nice as well. We got our food hot and fresh. I always get B8 with extra fatty brisket which is so good LARGE because I like to take home leftovers and extra sides (basil and jalapeño). I'm a big pho guy, and this place isn't bad. Ordered some fresh spring rolls, and a large bowl of pho with fat brisket and round steak. The broth was in the top 5 of places I have had pho and can eat it straight up with no sauces added for flavor. Meat was kind of bland though, some places I think season their meat a little, this is the first time I actually could taste the lack of flavor in the beef. Overall the pho was 3 stars. The spring rolls were a little smaller than I am used to, the dipping sauce was on point. But the down check for this one was the lack of meet in the roll itself, for how much our bill came out to be, and what we got, I was a little disappointed with what we got. I wish I could give Vietnam 75 3 and a half stars. But regardless this was my first time having Pho so I was very curious to taste what I've heard so many stories about. The restaurant itself is very basic and to put it aptly to the point. Not much decorations or anything, tables and chairs, tables and chairs. The only people in the restaurant were the workers and one lady getting carryout. The staff practices the laid back approach to serving guests. That doesn't phase me, but for some of y'all out there it might be a surprise. So if you go here, make sure you are ready to kind of take control a bit and ask for things you might need. Now onto the food. Wontons- tasted nice, great pork flavor, a little chew from the cabbage and carrots, and crispy wonton. The only thing that disappointed here was the boring sweet and sour sauce on the side. Pho Tai Gau- Pho with sliced steak and fatty brisket. This dish was alright, nothing amazing. I still not sure what to do with the fresh herbs they give you on the side. Yeah obviously you put them into the soup but I don't know seems silly to me. Overall I wanted a little more flavor in the soup and from the steak but I'll most assuredly be ordering Pho again. Beef Stew special- I'm not sure if this is an everyday special or not, but this was bloody brilliant. Tender beef in a sauce with cilantro, onions, carrots, and these really perfect noodles. I highly recommend this dish. Highly. So overall, I'll probably be visiting Vietnam 75 again. My world wasn't rocked but I wasn't disappointed either. read more

Ordered their bun bo and it was just mediocre. It didn't taste like bun bo as it was lacking the shrimp paste. My kids had their seafood egg noodles which tasted better than my noodle soup. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. The staff are nice and very attentive. read more

I got the Bun Bo Hue and have never been more disappointed than I was today. If you've had bun bo hue before, the broth is not supposed to look like pho broth...the noodle was over cooked and the meat had a metallic taste. There was absolutely no flavor. I think this place has the best pho over Viet Fortune by a nose. Bigger portions, more heavily flavored broth, and very tasty. The location is good because it's right across from the Potomac mills mall so it's for those craving vietnamese food. 2. The decorative is very... Simple, but that's usually any pho shop. Good lighting; a lot of seating, but not enough arm movement between you & your neighbor (if you have a party of 3+); right side of store is a reflected glass wall... Which is weird; 3. Pho's main thing is the broth, everything is easily achievable to get right (meats and veggies), but the broth... Well, it was bland. It's like they cheaped out on the meat and made it more watery than beefy. Everyone in my party agreed. The noodles were very soft to the point where they were almost mooshie, which is not good. Servings of veggies for a party of 7 was so little that it could only feed 2 people. In the end, I wouldn't try this place out again. I would prefer the hole in the wall shop. read more
