When we questioned the expiry, the discussion became focused on our decision to challenge the policy rather than on resolving our concerns saying it was abusive. Instead of reaching a solution, we felt we were being lectured about etiquette and manners, which left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. Ultimately, we chose not to use the $50 in gift vouchers that had already been purchased. We decided to leave the matter there and did not use the vouchers and let her get away with the money as we would not trust the food that they prepare for us after this desperate treatment over $50. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed with the customer service, and we have decided not to return and telling everyone in the community.
