This restaurant is Great. You can park in front on the street for 2 hours, if available. There is a parking garage on the same side of the street. The menu is easy to read. They offer Pho, Chicken Wings, Gatorade Tots and good drinks. A great variety of alcohol beverages, wines, beer etc Great seating, it's wide open. With a very cool set up of TV screens showing different shows. The Service is Awesome. We were welcomed with smiles and she helped us order from the computer screen. The only thing that was a turn off, to me was the Compost. I felt like that should be in the back. But to reach is own and I guess it's easier for them to do their recycling and garbage that way.

Otho the broth was nice, I would not recommend this place. The meat is left out like a buffet. The raw meet was not even covered, and was drying out, you can see the meat darkening and drying out. And the chicken was no different. I ordered soup and an appetizer, and they were out of the spring rolls. I asked for tea, and they were out. And when the pho came out, it was light on the noodles (that was a plus, I like less noodles anyway) and the sprouts!! I could have counted them on one hand. Again, I did think the broth was nice and the concept of build your own Pho is a great idea.. it's hard to believe this is a chain.. someone needs to do a quality check!

This is the veggies I received.

Honest review. I got pho to go. Does not nearly give enough veggies. Noodle portion is very small. Meatball does not taste right. The broth is good, but overall not worth $21. Image of how much veggies they gave.

Headed over to get a quick early dinner and we ordered from the digital counter. There isn't much inside seating and the space is small so we opted for the to go option. The order came out pretty fast and they provided all the utensils we needed. Spring Rolls - Pretty decent spring rolls, it was filled with shrimp, lettuce and vermicelli mainly but the star of it was the peanut sauce. It was sweet, creamy, aromatic and had a pretty bold peanut flavor. Pork Banh Mi - It was a decent size for two people to share. The pork inside was soft and flavorful from the seasoning. I enjoyed the pickled veggies for the freshness it brought and the bun was easy to bite into, soft with a light crunch. The only downside was pricing as it was 10 dollars for two spring rolls. Though for a quick dinner, this was a great option and they also had some pho and meal combo menu items as well.

This is the best spot to sit. Good for people watching.

After being a guest on a radio talk show, I was craving pho and a banh mi. This is a great spot for non gmo food. Service was good considering this was a 33 item order at the time I arrived. It not having human service makes it feel a bit cold w/out this interaction. The broth of the pho is tasty and I like how it's to be healthier. The ambiance is unique and a bit tight and small. Want to try the Kirkland location to see if the restaurant feeling is better.

I placed a pick up order and the food was hot and ready when I arrived. You are able to grab any to-go toppings or utensils needed. The restaurant is smaller, but there is some seating if u want to eat there. The Pho itself was really tasty the packaging separated the pho toppings like jalapeño, basil, and bean sprouts. The portions were fairly big and I had leftovers to eat the next day. I would recommend extra cilantro and onions when ordering pho of u enjoy like I do!

Solid spot for a quick bite in SLU! Staff is really efficient and helpful. I got the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl which was pretty good! Portion size was really generous and I was stuffed after. The chicken was a little sweet for my taste but it was still pretty yummy. Vegetables were fresh and the vermicelli was great as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out for some quick and filling Vietnamese food!

Was looking for a quick meal after visiting the Space Needle and decided on this photo spot. Parking is a bit challenging here, but ended up finding street parking after a few rounds. The shop on a corner and very small, mostly take out orders. They do have 2 small tables outside (if weather permits) and 2 small bar tables inside. Ordered on a screen and waited for staff to bring us the food. They were friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 different Phos. Food wasn't too bad, would recommend paying for extra for the fresh noodles. The broth itself was very salty, but palatable (just drink a lot of water after). Not sure if i would return, but wasn't bad.

Vinason Pork Bahn Mi sandwich. Very little pork in the sandwich.
    Brent A.

I've been getting Pork Bahn Mi at Vinason for years. Their sandwiches were delicious. But recently, I've noticed that every time I come here, there is less pork in the sandwich than the time before. Last night was the worst yet...there was so little pork, that it was laughable (and bear in mind, with tax and tip, this is a $15+ sandwich). See photo.

I loove this chain :) This location is a pick up booth located in SLU. We ordered 3 spring rolls (normal chicken, lemongrass chicken, and steak) online. It was ready super quickly and perfectly packaged, also I love how generous they were with the peanut sauce. Only thing - they were out of banh mih when we ordered :( Maybe they ran out of bread or something.

The good: convenient location with good flavors The bad: inflated prices for food amount I got a couple of phos and grilled pork sandwich and even reviewing the food pics you can tell the amount has gone down and prices are more than doubled. I expect my bahn mi to be overflowing and there was barely any meat or filling to cover the bread... so ratio is off

    Coffee that's practically half filled

What kinda of cheap service is this?? Picked the less ice version, but didn't know it meant less drink. Anything to save a buck I guess? At least the food is good.

I received a promo for $5 off so I tried to use it the previous time, but she didn't know how to apply it. Then another time when I order The Caribbean Plato with pulled roasted pork, when I got home, I discovered the wrong type of meat (grilled pork instead of pulled pork). For these reasons, I didn't go back for a long time. Today, I went again to get take out for my visitors. I called in the order so I didn't have to wait, but Gisela didn't understand my order and kept getting it wrong. I ordered 3 Caribbean Plato with pulled pork, and 1 Caribbean Plato with chicken thigh, but she kept repeating the wrong order back to me (2 pork, instead of 3, wrong type of meat, etc), so I tried it again and again, still no comprendo. I got frustrated and told her that I would just come in person to order. I was in a hurry, but I had no choice. When I got there, I ordered the same thing, but this time, I gestured the type of pork I wanted, using my hands to show pulled and tried to explain that I wanted the shredded kind, not the solid kind). Someone was with me so he heard my order in plain English. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to ask her once more just to be sure that it wasn't the grilled pork bc she made that mistake last time. Then she said my meat was grilling now. I was alarmed since they don't get the pulled pork from the grill. I told her that I wanted PULLED ROASTED PORK, not the solid grilled patty kind. She said something in Spanish to the guy who was putting my order together and he showed me a sample of the pulled pork so I said "YES" that's the one I want. She said they were already cooking the grilled pork. When I told her that she was giving me the wrong order, she said "it's too late". I was so upset so I said, "why is it so hard to understand my order?" Pulled pork is pulled pork, not grilled pork. I never even mentioned the word "grilled". A guy came out from the kitchen so I explained myself and he said what I want is the pulled roasted pork and I said, "that's what I ordered". She tried to explain something to him in Spanish, but he told her to just give me the pulled pork and I was on my way. She just ruined my day, and I could feel my blood pressure rising. I don't think I will ever return again. It's too hard to explain the right kind of meat to Gisela. Dining out and getting take out should be a pleasant experience, not a stressful one.

Happily, it delivered! We split the porchetta sandwich, which was quite tasty. Now, I will say it is not quite at the gold-standard level of the porchetta sandwich from the Roli Roti truck in San Francisco, but that is an extremely high bar. The bread here was fantastic, and the sandwich itself was full of flavor. The inside is cute, and watching two guys dedicate their lives to making sandwiches in the open kitchen is part of the fun... I also spotted a tray coming out of the oven that looked like thick, PERFECTLY crispy bacon, - so whatever sandwich that was going into is definitely what I'm ordering if I ever get here again. One warning, though: I hate the chairs. I am not a skinny person, and these chairs are just uncomfortable. There, I said it. Great sandwiches, fun little spot, and I would absolutely come back. After we already had waited in line. There was a line out the door when we got there. You order on a tablet and several people in front of us were quite slow ordering and it made the line take awhile. We waited at least 10-15 minutes in the line. They have an order ahead option I would utilize next time. The seasonal soup was kale and potato. It was very bland and watery. I wouldn't get it again. The bread was tough and chewy. You definitely get a jaw workout. Both of the warm sandwiches could have used a side of Au jus to soften the bread. The meat looks generous, but they do the sandwich trick. You fold the meat in the middle to make it look generous. But the ends are basically devoid of meat. Maybe a sliver. Flavors were really good. The mustard on the Cubano had a nice kick. Porchetta had a kick from the chimichurri and pickled peppers. Both were a little spicy and my son didn't love it so we ordered him a cold ham sandwich without the mustard. The cold meats are high quality as well, but definitely a little plain compared to the warm sandwiches. Overall 5/10 experience though. More evenly distributed meat and softer bread it would be A solid 10/10.
