I feel super conflicted about how to rate Vicenzo's. It had a B rating when I went there last summer which kind of worried me (but then again everything on the street has a B rating). This place is clearly the neighborhood pizza place probably due to its dollar slice Wed/ Fri (its actually $1 + tax). And I will admit that its a deal that can't be beat. Even as I complained, I ate there every Wednesday over the summer. There is something about the cheese slices that just isn't that filing though (I always order 3 slices so that I can get a to go box instead of a bag) but it doesn't seem to fill me up. The place is also really depressing during heat waves because there is no air conditioning. I will say that delivery is much better. I ordered a large sausage + pepperoni for delivery, so it was made fresh which seemed to make a big difference. read more

This place used to be great, although after a few owner switches I felt like the quality has decreased ever so subtly. The workers are consistently very friendly, even waving hello when they see me in the neighborhood. The pizza is great versus fast food chains, but not as good as it was about a year ago. The restaurant, is usually clean and well organized. Their pizza prices have also increased in the last year, but all in all still a solid pizza spot. I've ordered their sandwiches once before and while they're good, I can't say they're worth the price. read more

Pizza is ok. I ordered a regular slice, chicken bacon ranch slice and the eggplant ricotta slice on seamless. I got a call back about 10 mins after I placed the order because they didn't have the eggplant slice so I got the buffalo chicken slice instead. They arrived quickly. Pizza was just ok. 10/14/17 There's nothing available on Seamless in my neighborhood but Pizza, Asian, and Indian for the most part. So I've eaten at all of the pizza restaurants available this is my first time eating at Vincenzo's and it won't be my last! The pizza was great! Only complaint is it wasn't hot. It arrived pretty cool. The tres leche was pretty good as well! I would not recommend the mozzarella sticks tho. No so yummy! Will be my new Pizza go to! 11/10/17 This is the second time I ordered. The first time was a better experience. Pizza was lukewarm the first time I ordered. This time it was COLD I had to turn on the oven to warm it up before we could eat. That defeats the purpose of ordering takeout. Very disappointing. Maybe they need to invest in a warming bag. read more

Good but not great. Probably more like a 3.5 stars. The staff wasn't very friendly and it kind of bothered me. The pizza was decent, nothing to write home about. Costs about $8 for two okay slices of pizza soooo I'm not sure it's really worth it if I wasn't blown away. Also my eggplant rollatini slice was still kind of cold when it was served to me. My friends were able to get to $1.25 slice deal since it was wednesday, but it's cash only and I had literally no cash on me so I couldn't join in on that. Great neighborhood pizza spot. Extremely friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure your happy. Cheese pizza is just your normal cheese pizza but to get something decent around the fresh meadows area is tough. I wish they stayed consist though. Sometimes their pizza isn't as expected. Also decent chicken wings, especially when your craving some during game day! I always ask for the sauce on the side that way we can avoid over kill of buffalo sauce on them. All in all probably the best place for pizza around SJU. read more

i've been going to Vincenzo's since i started college at SJU, and i fell in love the first time i ate there. Not only is there prices good but the quality of the food is amazing. I also get their wraps since there so filling (recommend the chicken al vodka wrap). There buffalo chicken roll is also one of my favorites or any of there calzones, taste AMAZING. The people who work there are so friendly, my friends and I just love going there. This pizzeria has a special place in my heart, and would recommend to anyone if they want some good food. read more

Excellent Chicken Caesar slices. Basically, what the ones at Romeo's used to be like (if not better) before Romeo's cheaper out. Lots of big slices of breaded chicken on a bed of fresh romaine, with a generous amount of dressing over everything. The plain slices are also above average depending on when you go. I generally like going on the normal price days because the slices are bigger and better made. $1.25 slice Wednesdays are good if you go at the right time. In general, avoid Wednesday nights because of the crowds, the wait, and the resulting undercooked and messy slices. The Buffalo chicken slices are also solid. The staff is generally nice, if a tad bit awkward in dealing with customers. They often will allow customers eating-in to finish their meal first before paying. read more

Ehhhhhhh.... Had a plain and a chicken vodka slice. Both are on the dry side, mainly because not enough sauce. Neither sauce is impressive to begin with, but I still wanted more of it. Chicken was dry also, and the crust is too crispy, not enough chewiness. read more

The only reason I'm giving them 1 Star is because Yelp won't allow me to give 0 stars. On Super Bowl Sunday we put in an order for a few pies and some wings at exactly 5 pm. It is now exactly 9:09 pm and we are yet to receive our order. We called 4 times, and each time we spoke to a different person and they each had a different story. When we asked them if they could reduce the price, they graciously offered to take 90 cents off the order. They then proceeded to tell us that we still have to wait 40 minutes. We're all sitting here starving. I can understand that Super Bowl Sunday can be very overwhelming, but 4 HOURS?!?! Really wish I had ordered from Regina's, never had an issue with them. read more

I have their $10 large pizza all the time. Very good. The cook is very generous for toppings on his pizza. This is a big plus for his pizza.
