When he finally came over I informed him the fries were stone cold, burger already was eaten. He said I can make you some new fries. Sorry bub, you had plenty of time to check on me and my food but felt my experience didn't matter. Then he proceeded to charge me full price for the burger and cold fries. Hey, I'm a lady - and so is she - so there will certainly be a table for us! We chose to eat outside, which was perhaps not the best decision, as it is just loud there in the middle of the day, which is no fault of the restaurant's, but my friend did ask the waiter if they could possibly lower the music being piped into the outdoor seating area more than once, as it was already loud enough from the street traffic, and that request was not accommodated. Meh, I can let it slide, even though he could have just said, "no, we can't do that" instead of saying, "yes, of course" each time. Honesty is always the best policy, right? I ordered the veggie wrap with fries - which is a rare splurge for me - and it was perfectly cooked with a well-balanced flavors, properly grilled, marinated just enough, not overstuffed and everything stayed together through the whole meal - which is an A+ right there. It was large and I reheated the other half the next day, and same thing - it was just as good as it was when it was fresh from the kitchen. I've kind of been craving it since I had it. I am usually not a mayo fan at all, notoriously so, but their pesto mayo knocked it out of the park -- and I absolutely love that they serve it on the side, as I find , by default, many restaurants over-sauce anything - and even order burgers with ketchup on the side, as I prefer to taste the sandwich not the sauce, which is meant to complement, not overpower. The fries were shoestring, and yet perfectly cooked and not overly, nor under salted - and not a burnt one was in sight. Just based on this dish, it is clear they take care and pay attention to detail in their kitchen and I definitely would go back. My dining partner also had a wrap she loved, and had cole slaw with hers. We shared the fries and cole slaw. I loved the addition of cilantro to the slaw, but that was the one dish I found to be somewhat lacking -- it was a bit dry. I took the leftovers home, added a little extra mayo, a dab of ground mustard, and the tiniest bit of white vinegar (proportionate to the amount left) and served it as a side with a burrito I made my husband for dinner. He loved it. As those ingredients are the basic core of my cole slaw recipe, I think they gave me a new recipe to work with when I am making a slaw to go with Mexican food, as it worked SO well. (I also tied it together with a squeeze of lime - because what goes better with cilantro than lime?) Nonetheless, it was inspired of their chef(s) to add cilantro to cole slaw -- and I wish I had thought of it. Thank you for that inspiration to wow my Mexican relatives! I will be back and can't wait to see what other treasures are on their menu. I most unfortunately have an allergy to all fish and shellfish, so there are things I cannot try -- which is a running issue for me anywhere I go -- but I know there are many great meals there ahead of me.

The staff was great- very friendly, especially Juan the bartender! They had a great array of food to choose from and what I enjoyed most is that they have cauliflower pizza that they make in house and didn't yeast! This was great for someone like me who has a yeast allergy. I would like to come back give more of the other menu options a try. They have great happy hour deals and they also have live music on Saturdays, always a plus!

NOT A SAFE PLACE* On…read moreJuly 19, 2026, I stopped by Bradford's with friends. After waiting a long time for the women's restroom, I used the men's room because I was on my period. My husband stood inside the doorway only to keep the door closed while I used the restroom, and then we switched so he could use it. As soon as we walked out, the bouncer known as Tony immediately ordered us to leave, snatched my husband's drink from his hand and threw it then physically pushed him toward the exit. The situation escalated instantly and was handled with unnecessary aggression. We are grown adults who simply needed to use the restroom. I spoke with the manager, who "apologized" but defended the bouncer's actions as "the rules." Offering us free drinks the next time we visited did nothing to address how frightening the experience was. I also spoke with a police officer, who explained there was little that could be done because it was a private establishment. What concerns me most is that if this is how staff respond to a harmless restroom situation involving a married couple(24yrs), I worry about how a woman could be treated if she found herself in a misunderstanding or needed help. Instead of de-escalating the situation, force was used immediately. That is not the kind of environment where I would feel safe. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bradford's. There are plenty of other places on Bedford Street where customers are treated with respect and where I would feel much more comfortable returning.
