We were told that our reservations could not be found, which made no sense considering we had valid tickets and had already been confirmed for the cancelled flight. The lack of organization and8 communication left us stranded for hours with no clear answers while other passengers were assisted ahead of us. To make matters worse, our luggage was returned to us severely damaged and is now unusable. The extent of the damage was shocking, and it is difficult to understand how it could have occurred under normal handling. It added unnecessary stress and expense to an already exhausting situation.
