We had no idea when it was last serviced or if it had ever been serviced at all. Henry gave us a very fair and competitive price for a tune up. Upon Henry's arrival, he was friendly and professional. He opened the furnace and showed us the burner. He explained it was in great condition considering the age of the unit and it didn't need servicing; although, he did clean up around a few areas around the burner. The blower motor was slightly wobbly, and once again, he explained it was still in good shape considering its age. He proceeded to the back patio where the condenser was located. He noted the unit was very old and that particular Freon is no longer available for servicing; however, he stated the unit did not need to be replaced just yet as long as it's blowing cold. Henry indicated despite our units being way past their anticipated life expectancy, they were clean and blowing hot & cold just fine. Therefore, no servicing was recommended and he did not charge us anything. We are impressed not only by Henry's friendliness and professionalism, but also by his transparency and integrity. Many other companies would have hopped on the opportunity to upsell the service or even sway us to replace our system right away, but Henry gave us peace of mind to give us time and to save up for an inevitable replacement in the future with Therma Tech. Once I signed the quote, they came out the next week and made quick work of the installation. Within a few hours, the new system was set up and everything worked perfectly! Damn, it's been a couple of months now and I've been able to control the climate of my entire house from my phone, optimizing the temperature and sometimes making it as low as 66F to just enjoy the air being crisp. The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all. I truly believe with home price comparisons in my area that I made money off of the install because it increased my home value. Jack personally went next door to check on my car, and offered me 10% off repairs. I was told I could drop my car off the next day without needing another appointment. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area. I can't recommend this place enough (just make sure you drive all the way to the green building and dont let anyone stop you like I did!)

I reached out to them expecting a return call on Monday, but surprisingly Anastasia returned my call within 30 minutes. She was able to schedule an appointment for me for the following Tuesday morning. I was delightfully surprised. Arty, the electrician showed up at the beginning of the appointment time slot. We reviewed the electrical request and work site, but found an unforeseen part of the task that I had not recognized. Arty contacted his manager and jointly they were able to offer a reasonable solution so the job could be completed. He set to work and fully completed the task within the stated time frame. Arty is easy to communicate with, pleasant, professional, and left the work site clean. I made an appointment for them to fix a dripping faucet, and the technician said I needed a new cartridge, and would order one. Two weeks later, they come back, and they ordered the wrong part. At this point, I told the technician where they could get the part (a local bathroom showroom), but they said it was not available there. The technician removed the cold water handle from my faucet during this visit, and told me it was okay to use the hot water, but when I did, water sprayed out of the faucet handle all over my bathroom. It continued to leak under my sink until I closed the main valve. I'm lucky I noticed this, or my home could have been damaged. I was told they could get the part in a few days, but they later contacted me (with no explanation or apology) saying it would be another two weeks. I explained I never would have started this repair if I had known it would span the thanksgiving holidays. They responded by offering to do a more expensive repair, replacing both faucets in my bathroom. I declined. After two weeks (four weeks total without a sink now) , the technician returned with the wrong cartridge. He said he could not fix my faucet and apologized very briefly. I asked the technician to just restore the sink to the way it had been before (dripping slightly from the faucet into the sink), and he said he had, but faucet handle actually dripped water beneath the sink. I called a different plumber, and they declined to do any work until I obtained the correct cartridge, which I did (from the store the Fuse plumber claimed would not have it), and they fixed my sink. This is what I expected Fuse to do, if they were not confident they could find the part.

While I understand that unexpected staffing issues can arise, canceling at the last minute without advance notice was both disappointing and inconvenient. I had arranged my schedule and was expecting the technician to arrive, so receiving the cancellation at the scheduled appointment time was frustrating. The company did offer to reschedule, which I appreciated. However, I hope they improve their scheduling and communication processes so customers receive as much advance notice as possible when appointments need to be changed. Better planning and timely communication would provide a much better customer experience.
