Our neighbor suggested we call their guy. He's been in business for 30 years. Needless to say, the heater was not rusted he showed me the unit was very dirty, the fan motor and wheel were clogged with dirt and there were two dead birds in the chimney. Then when you go to the second technician who came in, all he did was to turn the valve and restart the machine. Logically speaking - if the water heater worked - then we ran out of oil - then the first tech came after filling up the oil - how would the valve have been turned? After we were told that the replacement part would be $1000 we decided to buy a new one. After a couple of price comparisons, this place knocked every other quote out of the ball park. They offer discounts too for military or first responders. The people that came to replace our heater came on time and did it pretty quickly. They went over everything before they left and also respected our floors by putting a cloth on the surface to prevent denting or dirt from tracking.

They wanted to charge us twice for an estimate that should have been completed during their first visit. The initial diagnosis was left incomplete due to their own oversight, yet they demanded a second fee just to return and finish what they should have done the first time. To make matters worse, after servicing our AC, it began leaking shortly after, and when we contacted them to come back under warranty, they blocked both of our phone numbers--completely cutting off communication instead of standing by their work. Qualitech provides excellent service!…read more These guys are honest and trustworth! My parents are in their late 80s. Their AC went out on a very hot and humid August night. They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech. Qualitec diagnosed the problem, went to a local supply house for a new fan motor and installed installed it all in the same day. LIFE SAVERS! My parents wouldn't have lasted one night, let alone three nights in August 100 degree, 100% humidity. Thank you so much Qualitec!!!
