We went to sit down and there was trash on a table and 2 young ladies who obviously worked there sitting at a back table talking. They were joined by who I suppose was the cook, an older lady. They were all talking about some other employee. (Definitely something we didn't care to hear about, we moved a few tables away). We had to wipe the table down, in doing so we realized there wasn't a trash can in the lobby. Making the ambiance rather like eating outdoors. After receiving our order we could hear the cook who joined the ladies again (leaving the front counter person to work alone most of his shift) complaining about our large order. We ordered 40 wings, corn and french fries. We asked for 2 different sauces and it seems that was a lot to ask of her. We spent $77 and those inside thoughts were meant for BOH talk not lobby talk. Event though the food actually was good, the over all experience wasn't great. The bathroom was also dirty. Everything wrong could've been addressed by the ones sitting the entire time. Instead they repeatedly went to the kitchen and returned with food and we spent well over an hour eating after the 30 min wait. They definitely enjoy taking selfies. Another employee walked in and went to BOH and wasn't seen again, seems she enjoys working. We neatly packed our trash into the bag they gave us our food in, even though we told them we were eating in. I placed it on the counter near the tea urns and the cook appeared yelling whose trash it was?!? I explained there's no trash can and I didn't want to leave our trash on the tables, like we saw upon arrival and that I also cleaned up. Talk about an experience. 2 stars because the young man was nice and the food was great.

This was happening AS we were talking to the cashier and he did nothing about it. As we sat down the kids yelling progressed as they proceeded to make vulgar and very SEXUAL comments at us and THREW FOOD at us. Again as we sat waiting for our food, receiving the harassment from the kids, the cashier did nothing. When we finally left the store I called to let them know that these kids were acting in a disrespectful and disgusting manner to their customers and should be kicked out immediately, and the guy who picked up the phone was incompetent or something because he barely understood what I was saying and didn't even care and took no action about the kids. I don't care how old the kids were. There is no excuse where someone thinks it's acceptable to YELL and annoy strangers and ask them for SEXUAL FAVORS. The fact that these small kids were let in without a guardian shows that this establishment does not care about their customers. Additionally, the way staff ignored their disorderly behavior and my complaint call afterwards really shows that this establishment does not care about their customers truly. And another strange thing about the cashier was as soon as we came in the first thing he asked to my friend was a question about her ethnicity. No introduction. No "Hi how are you?". No"How may I help you?". He immediately just asked the most unnecessary and strangest question.
