Secondly, instead of a lightly fried egg that was still slightly runny, it was hard. Like, cooked all the way through hard. And I know it wasn't due to residual heat from the other ingredients, because it was very rubbery, the way overcooked eggs can get. I do hope this was just a one-time thing, and these are not permanent recipe updates, so I will give it another try and decide from there if I will continue to be a customer.

The manager and the staff were really kind and attentive. The quality of the food was top notch. Chicken was flavorful and the steak was juicy and fresh. They even went above and beyond giving me a free 5 piece dumpling, and a sample of their thai tea because i have never had it before. Definitely will be coming again. They just want to feel like they're getting what they paid for. Wienerschnitzel has been around long enough to know what an American classic is supposed to be.
