Good food and great service everything was made fresh! The restaurant was clean. Chicken BowlChicken Half Steak

    Hair in dumpling

Got my usual bowl and dumplings but there was a pubic hair in the dumplings. Kind of ruined lunch and i didnt have time to go back. Gross. Hopefully management sees this and the customers. Definitely not my hair i had just opened the bag and I would not make a lie up about any establishment.

The staff here is very friendly! This location seems to be family-run and it shows with their attention to their customers. I got the chicken teriyaki with veggie bowl, which was delicious! It was just the right size and had a good amount of chicken. I'm pretty picky when it comes to cookery of vegetables, but the carrots, cabbage and broccoli were all cooked (at least in my opinion) perfectly. *Ask for extra sauce on the side if you're a saucy person!

Very disappointed. Asked for a chicken bowl and the chicken was not fresh. It taste as if they microwaved the food as well as the rice

No longer offering the 2 for $8, but still really good. The Foothill Ranch location is just as good.

He's very interactive with a lot of people and I appreciate that he brought us some scratch and sniff stickers and an In-N-Out sticker for myself. I've never received an In-N-Out sticker, and I thought that was the coolest thing he talked to us for a little bit and then he went on about his day grabbing a water bowl for a dog on a hot day picking up peoples trash left on the table, greeting people talking to them seeing if they need any napkins actually, he just brought napkins to everybody without even asking that's super cool Although our meal took a little too long to get people that ordered after you got there before mine, it was definitely worth the weight since we got to interact with Bill. Bill is definitely an In-N-Out treasure in San Juan Capistrano. He definitely made that location feel alive. He made people feel seen and made the ambience. Just great. You should go by and say hi to Bill. Honestly, he deserves some recognition cause he's a really cool guy who just loves on people

There was an older gentleman walking around and making sure that everybody has what they need. He was offering hats to children, and ketchup to those who had fries. My cheeseburger was delicious. I always ask for chopped chili peppers to be added. It gives it a nice spicy kick!

They are packed with cheese, French fries, carne asada, and sour cream. I've been eating these for years but it has been awhile since I've been in. Grabbed some of their famous red salsa. These burritos are huge. Value: A little pricey at $14 for a burrito but it is delicious and packed so worth it. Overall: Been coming here for many years and plan to return again when I am in the area. They have a nice ambiance, with plenty of seating, and remodeled fairly recently.

Do be aware that one taco is big and jam pack loaded with your choice of protein. However, I am not fond that they serve their tacos with guac as this is typically not authentic street style but I always make sure to customized my order. (But am sure some people do love that.) Restaurant can be busy during rush hour times and the ambiance is not so inviting to dine in, seems cold and empty but food & salsa are delicious. My favorite item on menu is their shrimp quesadilla. The shrimp is sautéed in their pico de gallo that makes the onions caramelized and gives shrimp a delicious grill flavor. Beware quesadillas are huge! They use their burrito tortillas to make their quesadillas and they pack it with the food items, so it's definitely a shareable item.

The Texas toast was just as good -- buttery, golden, and slightly crispy on the edges while still soft in the middle. It paired perfectly with the chicken and dipping sauce. The location contains two enclosed areas and an outdoor area for eating. In the middle is the kitchen and fountain drink self serve area. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. We ordered a chicken sandwich with two fountain drinks. Cost was $16.00. We shared one sandwich. The sandwich consisted of four pieces of chicken, a slice of lettuce and a sliced soft bun. Not really enough for two for a full lunch, but sufficient for a snack. The inside of the bun was slathered with a tepid tasting sort of mayonnaise dressing which didn't add to the overall taste. My overall impression was of blandness. The coating on the chicken pieces was thick, crunchy and bland. We had French fries with this sandwich, also not overly salty (nor particularly tasty). Overall, the meal taste quality was somewhat below Chick Fill Ay. The drinks seemed watered down as well, from the self serve fountain.
