I go to/order from this spot pretty often because I work right around the corner. It never fails, there is always a problem with my order. The beef is frequently overdone, they're always out of something, service depends on the employee working that day, my dumplings have never been over lukewarm temperature anytime I order etc. On top of it all, they take forever to fulfill your order. I placed an order for an office lunch on 3/2/21. I called to confirm several times and each time I got "your order is not showing up." This is after I received an order confirmation. I waited until they opened on 3/3/21 and called again. I finally got confirmation that my order was received and it would be picked up for delivery at 11:30 a.m. Well the driver showed up 10 minutes late and our order was missing 3 items. When I called to complain, the girl who took the call knew that my items were missing but had an "oh well" attitude. She stated I would get those items refunded, but she really did not care. Very hard workers. During lunch time, they do get busy, but they are always kind and courteous, making sure to get to all the orders they have coming in. Most of the time, it is in and out. I've been coming here for lunch for a few months and I get most of the same people every time. The thing I appreciate most is that when they are packed with orders, you clearly see that they are hard working, getting the orders out as fast as they can, and taking care of everyone that comes in and calls in. I came in to grab some dinner, I go to WaBa grill pretty often and never felt compelled to write a review but today I received such amazing service. Chris and Raquel exhibited the best team work I've seen in food service in such a long time. For the rush that was coming in two people seemed understaffed and I hope management would consider three people working during dinner times. However, they worked very efficiently. the rice maker was having technical issues, Chris was back and forth taking orders, explaining the situation professionally and checking on the rice maker. Raquel was chopping and sending orders out of the kitchen at an impressive rate all while keeping everything clean and taking orders as well. While we were waiting Chris kept us updated and after waiting the rice was ready and it was worth the wait!! read more

Their Spicy Asian Chicken Salad is SOOOO good! I went to this location to try WaBa for the first time and the cashier was really informative in helping me decide what I should try first.
