Let me start by saying, I'm an avid WaBa customer, I eat there almost every single day due To my work being so close and limited healthy eating options in the surrounding area. I also eat at many different locations when I'm not close to work and this specific location beats them all in respect to the cleanliness, orders coming out efficiently, correctly and delicious. I'm not sure who the manager is, I'm going to assume its a gentleman named CHRIS? because I've seen him there every single day as I pick up my food, and he definitely shows high characteristics, attributes in good leadership and Managment. Super friendly and always has a smile on his face to greet customers. Very bad Customer Service. Apparently they don't refund if you aren't happy with your food. Beef was dry and hard and they did not want to make it fresh and did not want to refund my money. The "owner" was also very rude about the situation. read more

Bad customer service. My child dropped our drink all over the table while we were waiting for our food so I grabbed a bunch of napkins to clean the mess. The napkins were so thin I kept grabbing more and more. It was just us 2 there, the workers werent doing anything but they didn't help. I kept going back and forth grabbing napkins to clean the drink. Finally my food was ready and the young girl placed our food at the table next to us! She didnt even acknowledge us or bother helping. I cleaned the whole thing up and then she comes and says I can clean this up, all she did was sanitize the table, I had cleaned the whole thing up. I totally get that I made the mess but I kept going back and forth for napkins when they couldve easily cleaned up with their towels. My husband and I went to visit this location for lunch today with our 5 month old son. We walked in and placed our order at 12:48pm, sat down and waited for our food. They never even asked us if we wanted onion so I totally forgot about that and would have wanted it had I been asked, but that isn't the point of this review. While sitting I checked our number and it was #186. So I heard them call the couple people before us and then it should have been our turn. Except instead of them calling our number, which would have been next, they skipped our number and went to the next person...then the next. 4 people after us later I went up to the counter to inquire what was going on. She never answered my question and kept saying "it's coming now". I then continued to ask why 4 people after us got their food and we were still waiting (by this time it was 1pm) She stated the chicken wasn't ready. I then told her I watched 2 people with chicken, some with mulitiple bowls. 1 with steak and chicken and another with all steak leave and all we had was one steak bowl and one chicken, nothing special. She said nothing and just had a "I'm caught" look on her face. We didn't get so much as even an apology or a "we made a mistake" or anything. I came to this new location for the first and last time. I guess my coupon that was for this location expired yesterday. I think I had just received it in the mailer just over a week ago. Really! Well, they said they could not honor the free soda that would go with the rest of my $16 purchase. $1.50 expense for good customer service at a new location could not happen, because the arbitrary date on the coupon was expired by one day. Well time to walk out on that one. No more business, no more from the people I tell. Place down the street, with the same menu got my business and will get the positive review. If I recently opened, I would give the soda for the continued expenditure of $20 each time I came in. How can a business miss out on such a simple concept? read more
