Go to a different location. Don't waste your time ordering here. Today I ordered online, my food was supposed to be ready at 2:27. I got here a few minutes early but as I immediately walked in there were 5 other people waiting. I wasn't even greeted/attended to until 15 minutes just standing, I even tried getting their attention and I was ignored. This place is just getting worse and worse for their service. The young male working that was wearing a big puffy jacket looked like he did not want to be there. He kept just walking around the back, taking his mask off tending the cash register then not washing his hands and handling food. I got my order at 2:56. This isn't the first time either. I love WaBa but this is Sad... Hope cooperate properly anyone who cares looks into this. With an update, some of my chicken didn't look edible, there were no carrots and the broccoli isn't even cooked. What do I even do at this point?

The cashier was super high and spilled hot sauce in my bag. Didn't find out till I got home... And the chicken wasnt even cut properly, it was all stuck together in one chunk. Such a simple job and can't even do it right Update: realized half of the chicken wasn't even cooked properly. Wtf yall doing serving raw chicken.

Just came from this Waba and it was a major disappointment when I got back to work. First off the cashier kept on telling me my gift card was expired and I'm trying to sincerely explain to her that gift cards don't expire when it's pre-purchased money on a card that I got 2 months ago. Plus I have to tell her I just checked the card and there is a $10 balance. She doesn't say a word and walks to the back to get someone to try and help and the cook was able to resolve it. You would think she would apologize about the confusion, but nope. Her attitude and expression was just super unfriendly and unwelcoming. Then I get back to work which is less than 5 minutes away and I realize my food is cold and the potstickers they gave me are all hard and chewy in a bad way like eating jerky. After sorting through them they looked like an old overcooked batch that they gave to me so they wouldn't have to throw. Being at work doesn't give me the luxury to just go back and get a new order so this was all very disappointing.

Do not let the photos fool you. The salmon was soooo small it was sad to not be able to fully enjoy it :(

Unbelievable that the customer service still sucks. The girls that work at this location are rude. Not only are they rude but they always get my order wrong !!! They always forget the avocado as well, I've been here a few times and they always forget my avocado. The girls that work at this location need to be trained more on customer service. It's just a hassle to come here because I already know some sassy cashier is going to F UP my order. Will not be returning to this location anymore. They also run out of white meat way too often. Waste of time read more

This is my favorite location I patronize because it is open later than all of the other ones I've visited. I drive kinda far because I'm never disappointed here. The food here is great although the rice portions are smaller than any of the other Waba places I've eaten at. The people (employees) here are very friendly and I enjoy talking to them. The customer service here is horrible. Every time I got during lunch it's the same girl, Audrey! Her service is so BAD! She does not make eye contact, and she rolls her eyes right in front of you while takin an order. Not even no smile from her!! Action needs to be taken care of because it's obvious she doesn't care about customer service and her job. read more

This WaBa Grill sucks so much. The young girl with colored eyes, I don't know, they need to do something about her she sucks at customer service. The food proportions are ALWAYS SAD. They don't even fill you up and DEFINITELY not worth your money. Honestly at this point who knows what they do to the food I wouldn't trust them. Just don't even go here... at all. read more

I've been to This location twice. Today was the second. Their customer service is really bad always. They get bothered if you ask for extra stuff. God forbid you ask for extra sauces because they give you this huge speech about having to pay extra. And the fact that they're doing you a favor by not telling the manager. If you order the dumplings they won't give you the sauce until you ask for it and they get mad then too. read more

Great staff, clean restaurant, good portion but dangg u guys need to put a little more water on your white rice when cooking because they are hard as a rock almost feel like chewing on raw rice (no exaggeration) would've given 5 stars but rice is key to perfection on any dish :)) please take care of this, iv seen/Heard ppl complain about it while eating. Just check your trash cans, U'll see a lot of uneaten white rice. read more

Terrible quality of beef and chicken. Nothing like in menu photos. Menu description is ribeye STEAK but our plates had tiny pieces of thin beef and even the chicken was small half pieces . Quality is not what it used to be! Extremely disappointed. Will never go back! read more

The food is great. But unfortunately the customer service is awful. The lady's were very rude. We ordered our food at 9:40 and they told us we couldn't eat at the location cause they were closing in 10 min. The location closes at 10 so the people that are inside before that time should get to at least enjoy their meal. So I wouldn't recommend going to eat there if you planning to go eat there at closing time. read more

The 2 chicken bowl deal is advertised at 10.98 but is 12.02 when you order. The cashier said the price changed over two weeks ago so I guess they enjoy the bait and switch tactics. It has been over two weeks! Take down your signs! Last time I'm coming here. What a joke! read more

I think Waba is better than Flame Broiler in terms of flavor. The bowls are a decent size but I wish it was a little cheaper which is why I don't go very often. A lunch usually runs you about $11 but it could be $2 less for what you get. All in all a pretty good choice for a lunch on the run. read more

Very disappointed in there system of orders. My order was place at 12:00 PM and was supposed to be ready at 12:22 however it was ready at 1:50 and people who just ordered when I got there for pickup all got there food before me. I am very disappointed. read more

I usually like wanna grill but this one is absolutely the worst I've been to. This is the second time this exact thing has happened. At first the girl taking my order had a hard time understanding my order, I repeated my order 3 time and at the end I was charged for white meat in the bowl. I let it go as I know it is healthier and just went with it. When I got my order not only did they get my order wrong they tried to hide it. I will never go back to this WaBa again. read more

This Waba grill location gave me the smallest portion of salmon I have ever bought (Kids meal portion perhaps.) Although this location offers and displays a promotion on Tuesdays,2 chicken bowls on Tuesdays, I was being charge full price until I asked cashier for promotion. read more

I accidentally picked up the wrong order and when I apologetically returned it, the employee rudely told me to "listen next time." I've worked in fast food and I completely get that it messes up the flow especially when it's busy. But now, the same employee gives me the most unpleasant look upon entering and I could tell I was given substandard service compared to the other customers walking in behind me. Sucks because this location is close. 3 stars simply because I've had no problem with this location up until now. read more

Not very good .. I asked the employee for no sauce on chicken but instead she drowned it with sauce.. I ordered avocado and only got a quarter of an avocado. I asked for only veggies instead of rice.. I got only broccoli and aliitle cabbage.. I was the only customer so how could that be such a difficult order. This was the worst experience and do not recommend this place until management trains employees properly read more

My one star was given because of the service I received from the very first person I saw at the register. I came in on Jan 18th and ordered for my family of 5. I smiled and tried to talk to the girl the whole time I was placing my order and not once did she smile back or act as if she cared to be there. I know so many kids who would appreciate a job and would do it with a smile. She was horrible, I will drive to Chino Hills for my Waba fixes. I suggest whoever is doing the hiring of the people up front maybe think twice about hiring the Grinch to meet and greet your potential weekly customers. The first person you see in a business sets the pace for the whole experience. read more

I've stopped coming to this location because they consistently give you less food than other wabas. The amount of meat they give you is not worth the price. I only ever order the bowls and while many locations really pack in the food so the lid barely fits on, there is plenty of leftover space when you order a bowl here. Service is good, cleanliness is good, food tastes fine, just not enough. More meat please. read more

Very pleasant experience…read more Went on a Friday around 6:30 PM. When you walk in, the first thing you see is a waitlist where you write down your name and number. The young woman working immediately acknowledged us before we even finished writing our info down and asked how many were in our party. We said two, and she told us to go ahead and start building our bowls. The concept is pretty cool and very straightforward. You grab a bowl and tongs, then walk through the different sections choosing your ingredients. They had a good variety of veggies, noodles, meats, seafood, tofu, etc. Pricing is by weight at $15.99/lb. Once you finish building your bowl, you head to the cashier where they weigh it and you choose your broth and spice level. The broth selection was surprisingly huge, around 15 options if I remember correctly. I got the Tom Yum broth mild spice, and my girlfriend got the Organic Miso mild spice. We also added jasmine green tea and white rice for $1.99 each. After ordering, they give you a table number and you can head over to the self-serve sauce station while your food is being prepared. The sauce bar had ponzu, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, Tabasco, scallions, cilantro, red onion, satay sauce, shallots, minced garlic, chili powder, chili oil, and more. The soups came out quickly and were served over a live flame at the table, which was a nice touch. Both broths were excellent. Even at mild spice, there was still a pleasant kick. The broth itself had good body and flavor and didn't taste watery at all. Service was also great. The server checked on us consistently, kept drinks refilled, and was attentive without hovering. The restaurant itself is pretty small, maybe around 8 tables, but it felt cozy rather than cramped. Nice interior, comfortable temperature, clean setup, and the vibe was relaxing. They were playing bossa nova versions of 2000s and modern hits which honestly fit the atmosphere perfectly. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. Great value, fun experience, and genuinely good hot pot.

They were running around, making drinks, seating people, taking orders, dropping food off to customers, bussing tables, collecting payments...literally all the things! The food was really good. I loved the knife cut noodles with shrimp. The beef on rice was quite tasty. Their beef wrap was really good but had way too much cilantro and green onion. The pork and shrimp pan fried dumplings were really flavorful. Overall great food and ambiance. I just think they need to support their staff by adding more people for the dinner rush.

You get a choice of 3 meats, so I chose wagyu steak, wagyu eye round, and brisket. I thought the meat quality was great. The broth, on the other hand, was having an off night I think. It had a very strong star anise flavor and the broth could have use a little skimming. And Broth offers a variety of interesting phở variations that I'd like to try. Do not come to this location!!!! They serve you half the actual serving size! I come to this waba location because it's the closest to my house knowing the portions are always so small. I went last week and ordered a bowl to go. When I got home there was literally three skinny slices of carrots, one thin cabbage leaf, three tiny broccoli pieces, the thinnest layer of brown rice, and a small portion of tofu. My bowl wasn't even half way full. The bowl was so small in portions I could see the bottom of the bowl!!!! They also never have lemon here! I called to ask the girl what happened with my bowl and she said she didn't serve me and that's how the owner said to serve! She said to call corporate since she said she didn't know who the owner nor manager was. She said she would give me a refund and call me back and that never happened! I called corporate and told them how the food was served and my experience. Turns out they gave me half of all the serving sizes or less I am sure!!!! It's really sad that this location is lacking in customer service and company serving sizes! I can honestly say I will never go back to this location now! As much as I love Waba I would rather drive to the Claremont location because they serve the bowls so full the lid barely closes! Now that's a bowl!! read more
