Great and fast service. Clean dining area. Didn't go into the single gender mutual restroom. Ordered a white meat chicken veggie bowl with brown rice. When I received my ordered the first thing I noticed was that the protein portion of the bowl was skimpy compared to the waba grill I go to in Ontario. The protein was good and well cooked. Went to Waba today on Rio Rancho Rd. (Don't try calling because they never answer) When I walked in I noticed a few people waiting, sitting down and a couple that was waiting to order. It took about 3-4 minutes before the employee even acknowledged us and asked to take our orders. As I ordered (2) 2 bowl meal specials and a side of dumplings. Everything seemed to be going good. The employee was nice and started on my order. Now here's where things went a little south. I get my food and ask for sides of onions and carrots. The employee gets me my sides and I notice I didn't get sauce for my dumplings. When I ask for sauce, the youngster looks in the fridge for the sauce and grabs a small plastic cup container and starts to pour the sauce in. The employee next to him asks him, "how many did he get"? Then again asks the same question as if I shouldn't be asking for sauce. I answer the employee and say I ordered a 5 piece. Then he tells the youngster okay that's enough. Not to fill it all the way up. I almost went off on the employee as to tell him how rude it was for him to be saying this out loud in front of the customer. These youngsters need to be trained properly. Without customers they have no job and no pay checks. I really wish this location had an actual manager who understands the meaning of customer service. Good luck! read more

I love Waba I've eaten at a few between the I.E. And L.A. This location is hit and miss. And tonight was just MIss. My husband ordered a plate and even asked a question about the plate and she gave us a bowl. And to top it off they skimped on the meat. Got 2 Waba bowls as I normally do and it was half of what I have got before. Very disappointing. read more

Terrible terrible terrible. I will not be back! Once my sister and I started ordering; out of nowhere someone blasts the music in the restaurant. Im not exaggerating its VERY VERY LOUD and it's not even appropriate music. It was talking about hoes, drugs and cussing while we're trying to order with the cashier, mine you I'm with my 4 year old niece. The cashier just started Laughing as soon as the music went on, We tried placing our order and due to the music being so loud we had to repeat ourselves like 3 times because the cashier couldn't hear us. All of the tables were dirty, there was no green onions, lemon, carrots, forks or cups for the sauces. There were no people in the restaurant other than the cashiers friends I don't get why nothing was cleaned or stocked. The reason I know they were her friends was because right after we placed our order she went to sit with them at the table and they were talking and laughing while we were waiting for our food. After 15 minutes of waiting, our food was finally ready and they STILL forgot to put avocado on our bowls. Not to mention the cook wasn't wearing any gloves, cashier had long acrylic nails on.. when working in the food industry your nails are suppose to be cut down with NO polish. DISCUSTING! Came to eat lunch here and was served raw chicken, and when I kindly asked if they could cook it longer I was given a huge attitude. Wow! I asked for my money back since I didn't have time to eat it. I was told they wouldn't be able to do anything for me and it was just my loss. Il never eat Waba again. You should care more about training to cook chicken properly. I'm writing this review based on customer service which is below average that's what's wrong with these locations they have young kids or in the cast register they give you attitude and that take their time . And always give you a mean look I mean we're paying customers you're there and you get paid hourly be grateful do your job. When this location first opened it was great. It was my favorite spot to go. The staff was friendly, and the food was fresh. For the past couple of months this location has been crap. The food is over cooked, the rice is mushy, the chicken is tough, they seem to always be out of ice, and the staff is horrific. I give up! I'll go to the Chino location instead. Well worth the drive. Came in for lunch today and used a coupon, wondering if that could be the reason they put literally about 4/5 chicken strips n my chicken books, ordered 3 of them with white meat and brown rice, (charge extra for white meat) which is OK, but please give me what I pay for, with servings like these I would have to double my order to get filled. Very disappointed in your employee's ability to (or lack there of) provide customer service. Came in to this store around 9pm on 7/10/2017 and ended up leaving the store quite annoyed. The young lady on the register and took my order incorrectly. She asked if it would be Dine In or To-Go, I said To-go. It was rung up as Dine-In. Once my order was ready, she had it ready for Dine-In. My girlfriend told your employee that the order was to be made To-Go. I observed your employee roll her eyes with disdain at my girlfriend as though my girlfriend was an idiot. In a very cavalier manner grabbed two lids for our order and bagged the food. If I were the owner at this location I would have fired her immediately. Food wasn't bad, but I was pissed off when I left. read more

My husband loves this place. I like it BUT think Flame Broiler is just as good. I gave it 3 stars because I ordered over the phone to pick up and when I got home I realized they gave me only chicken when I ordered and paid for half chicken/half steak. I ordered a kale salad (back when it was seasonal) and got mixed greens... I also got to work and, nope.... not anywhere, was salad dressing.... the next time I went I ordered a plate with no fruit and double salad instead....nope, nada! No salad dressing. Both times I was on lunch break and got it to go only to be dissatisfied. On the 3rd visit I get my bag of food and immediately open the to go box to check for dressing.... "excuse me, Sandra there's no dressing on my salad and this this the 3rd time...." Sandra informs me that their salads don't come with dressing.... is it me? Is this a new law that you do not get dressing when you get a salad??!! So today, I order my plate with no fruit and extra salad with dressing on the side.
