To whom it may concern: Today I went into this Wabba Grill. For starters I should have known something was wrong with the place. The person before me was requesting a refund because his number had been passed several times. Instead of the manager trying to help out or come to a solution. She just gave him his money back and as he walked away she gave a snarky comment of "you don't have to be rude about it". Where I come from, the customer is always right regardless and for her as the manager to say that, shows a lack of professionalism. But I thought, ok it's just one customer complaining I'll still order food. So I ordered my food, and didn't have to wait too long. However, once I got to work I opened my bag and container to see that they gave me the completely wrong item from what I ordered. With my food receipt in the bag. Do they not double check the food and receipts. I usually don't complain but because of the fact that I saw the manager handling a customer the way she did, and then my food being wrong, I felt that I had to reach out and get some form of answer to this. Chicken was very dry, first visit here, not so great, I might give another location a try. Portion size was great, price not bad, I love the fact that they have a little side bar with green onions and carrots and little extras to add on and they have their sauce on the outside so you can add if needed. Unlike another place that's similar, they never give you enough and hardly any green onions. I really was disappointed in the over cooked chicken, it was pretty bad. Chicken was cold and very bland. To make matters worse, the employee was mopping around my table. I couldn't eat after feeling like I was in the restroom eating my food! I typically come by at night and without fail, the crew always manages to mop while there are customers eating in the lobby! I figured I had to say something this time around, so that others are aware of this. Mop when you close not when people are trying to enjoy their food that is not cheap by the way. This is the second time I've been to WG in the last couple of months & the quality of the chicken has seemed to deteriorate. This last time, there were also some crunchy pieces of meat, like some of the meat was old and dry from days ago. Yuck! I'm going to probably stop going to WG,. My boyfriend, his sister and I came here this weekend. Our meal cost $30. However, based on what we got, it seemed to be priced right. If you are looking for cheap japanese food, you should look at Rolling Rice or Sushi Boy. This place had plenty of parking and everything inside looked clean and new. Contrary to advertisement, I don't think this place is healthy. The food is not freshly cooked, it's sitting on a grill waiting for you to order it. They have the option of brown rice which I ordered. However, the girl at the front gave me white rice instead. I didn't say anything because she looked really busy. The plate is a rip off, get the bowl instead. The plate and the bowl have the same amount of rice and meat. The difference is that the plate you get two pieces of oranges and a small helping on salad. The difference is not worth the extra two dollars they charge. Get the bowl! This place is fine. So I brought my family to eat here today . To make a long story short the girl at the register was rude to begin with . I asked her for no sauce on any of my plates and she said fine she told the cooks as well . I hear it all . Then when my good came all the plates had sauce on them allllll iof them and when I brought it to her attention she told me oh I told them and they said fuck you basically . So then I hear the cooks ask her in Spanish what happened and she choose to lie to them and say I never told her no sauce . My boss was nice enough to order lunch for everybody today from Waba Grill. It seemed like the most popular item on the menu was the chicken bowl and the salmon Bowl. They both look super delicious and everybody seem to love them. I went with the salmon salad. It came with everything on it which was really good. I love the Cucumber slices and the pine nuts. I also love that they brought back the little carrot slices with the jalapenos. I always loved that little side. The salmon on my salad was really moist and tender. It is actually a big portion of fish for a small salad from Waba Grill. read more

I tried this place the day after Thanksgiving around 6pm. I ordered two rice bowls with chicken. One of the servers said to the person in the back they needed more rice. Then she checked some containers and announced she found some rice. When I got home with my order I was upset and disappointed. The rice in both bowls was hard and chewy. This place is great! Although I have only had the steak bowl and steak salad in the past, the staff has been extremely generous with the meat they provide. The restaurant is very clean and there is a lot of parking in the area. What I really liked about the place was the fact that the calories of the selections were displayed on the menu as well! Ate here last night about 7 pm. I'm going to be honest and say there's not much to the service here. While not the friendliest of ladies, they weren't the meanest or the rudest either. They took my order correctly, didn't give me any attitude and I got back the exact change I was supposed to get. It is what it is. The wife and I ordered a 1/2 chicken, 1/2 veggie bowl with brown rice each, for a little under $14 total. To tell you the truth, I was so hungry that I didn't even pay attention to if it was all white meat or mixed, but it was delicious and the small amount of their teriyaki sauce didn't drown or overpower the rice or the chicken. It certainly complemented it. According to their website, their teriyaki sauce is made from fruits and vegetables, so I am assuming that there isn't any additional sugar added? Since we've been trying to eat clean this week, as well as control our portions, I was happy that the food was neither too salty nor too sweet, as my "taste buds" have surprisingly changed so quickly. Normally, I'd kill the bowl they serve, but either the bowls got bigger or my stomach got smaller because I was only able to eat half, and just had the other half for lunch today. Veggies were also cooked well. Carrots were still a little hard, like barely to the point of getting soft, so that was good because they weren't too mushy. The cabbage still had crunch, and the broccoli did too. Overall, I don't think I'll ever be back to this location as it's out of my way. I don't usually eat here but when my coworkers all wanted to order from here I decided to come pick up the food. I had a super big order and since it's Saturday they have 2 bowls for around $9, and that's what all my coworkers wanted so in total I ordered about 10-12 bowls. Anahi was at the register and helped me and she was extremely patient with the number of orders I had. I brought a piece of paper with everybody's orders on it and she asked for it so she could label everybody's bag with their order in it and didn't once ever seem like it was a hassle. I remember after yesterday's trip to Waba Grill why I don't eat here and go to Flame Broiler instead. I walked in and noticed a dramatic increase in prices from when I last went. Secondly, I was shocked to find out that there is now a charge for veggies when it used to be a free option.... When I asked for a hot sauce behind the counter the young lady told me that there was a charge for that as well. I just thought to myself wow, they are nickel and dimming their customers for everything and thought to myself if they're prices have increased and they charge for every little thing am I still going to get the same amount of protein as before?? I was told that the amount of protein you get hasn't changed and when I arrived home I was shocked to see that it wasn't true.. there was I think maybe 2ish oz. of chicken at the most which is way less then what I remember getting as well as the beef tasting terrible.
