The service at this restaurant location plain and simple sucks!! I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before I ordered yet the lady at the counter said it's not allowed, ONLY until I after place my order!! WTF! I was going to order food afterwards and she said it's not allowed... I guess I won't be coming to this location ever again..

A great Doordash option for a late dinner. I ordered the Steak and Chicken over rice bowl and a side of 5 Dumplings. The steak and chicken were very tender and tasty. I wish they would've added the green onions on top, like the picture, but it was still very good. They were a little light on the WaBa sauce also, so make sure to get a bunch of extra WaBa Sauce packets. You get plenty of rice in the bowl so that's nice. The dumplings were pretty good. They come with a sweet chili dipping sauce, but I wasn't a big fan of that. This is where the extra WaBa sauce comes in handy. Overall I was happily surprised. 10pm Doordash options are limited.

It's says it closes at 11pm. Don't go past 10:30, they won't serve you. Cashier woman said they closed at 10:40, how freaking convenient.

Their xiao long bao is also really good and definitely comparable to Din Tai Fung and Paradise Dynasty. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the dumplings and wontons were so moist and flavorful. The beef roll is a MUST. Unlike some places where it can be dry, theirs had the perfect amount of sauce and was so good. Also get the lava egg yolk steamed buns. So soft, moist, fresh, and delicious. But surprisingly, one of the biggest standouts was their drinks. They use real tea, and their taro milk tea completely changed my mind about taro drinks. Fresh taro mixed with real tea, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would literally come here just for the drinks. If you love boba, you need to try them. Just be prepared to wait because this place gets BUSY. Lunchtime was packed, and we came around 3 PM and were lucky to get a spot. Everything was so satisfying without feeling overly heavy afterward. Definitely one of my new favorite finds and a place I'll be coming back to again and again.

I really wish they would bring it back because it was one of the restaurant's signature dishes and a favorite among many customers. During this visit, I ordered the sliced pork and the jelly noodles. The sliced pork was incredibly tender, with a clean, fresh flavor that let the ingredients' quality shine. The jelly noodles were refreshing, spicy, and full of bold Sichuan flavors. The combination of heat, seasoning, and texture was simply delicious. The dessert was also surprisingly good. It reminded me of mochi, topped with puffed rice that added a pleasant crunch and contrast to the soft, chewy texture. If you're looking for authentic Sichuan food in Los Angeles, I highly recommend Sichuan Impression. My party has a peanut allergy and, although not super sensitive in the sense that cross contamination isn't a worrying issue, is of importance. We asked two separate workers if the PORK JOWL had peanuts, and they said no. It wasn't until said party member felt a peanut allergy did we learn that there was actually peanuts (peanut butter marinade). We don't blame the staff, as they were kind and understanding of the situation. However, this definitely reflects on management and their training. If someone were in the same situation but had a more dangerous allergy, this couldve ended differently. (Pork jowl pictured up front)

Around 20 minutes or so which is a bit slow but I heard that they take their time preparing the food, hence the higher quality. I'd say it's worth the wait for sure after trying our menu items. My wife ordered the Inaka Hot Soba and I ordered the Beef Curry. Both are presented very beautifully. We also got a Crunchy Sushi Roll to share which was super delicious and a perfect appetizer before the main entrees. The Inaka Hot Soba was very delicious, it's similar to a mazesoba mix + bibimbap which both are one of my favorite dishes. Soba noodles were not tough at all and very savory. Many flavors mixed all in one bowl was the perfect dish overall. The beef curry was absolutely delicious as well. Filled with curry flavoring on the beef, it was not super overwhelming and it was very fulfilling overall. Absolutely love the portions as well. Overall, a amazing spot in Tustin that's lowkey hidden. Food is high quality and definitely made with care. Staff is fast and professional. Absolutely coming back in the near future to try their other menu items. They have more than just soba, sushi rolls, and curry. Excited to try their other sushi rolls + udon as well.

It was pretty calm for a weekday, but better safe than sorry. We were seated in a super comfy U-shaped booth with a beautiful view of the restaurant. Hospitality was amazing from the start. Our host was friendly. Our server was incredible. Our waters were never empty. Someone was always checking in without making us feel rushed. They primarily use QR code menus, but paper menus are available upon request. We ordered the Beef Carpaccio, Crab Roe Spaghetti, plus the Miso Picanha Steak. The Beef Carpaccio was a great start. The portion was generous, though I do wish the beef was sliced a little thinner. I loved the truffle aioli. The arugula with apple added some freshness that balanced everything out really well. The Crab Roe Spaghetti was probably my favorite. I wish the sauce was just a tad thicker, but once everything was mixed together, the noodles held onto it pretty well. They did NOT hold back on the crab either. There was crab in basically every bite with that seafood flavor coming through strong. It almost reminded me of lobster bisque in pasta form. Amazing. Yum. The Miso Picanha Steak was a little more mixed for me. The miso flavor came through nicely. It was also cooked perfectly medium rare. Unfortunately, the steak itself was pretty tough. I was really looking forward to that signature fat cap you get with picanha. It became a little bit of a struggle to chew after a while. BUT THE POTATOES??? I genuinely didn't know potatoes could taste that good. Easily some of the best potatoes I've ever had. The broccolini was cooked perfectly too. Whatever that orange sauce was on the plate, I need it in my fridge immediately. Between the food, beautiful space, plus incredible hospitality, INI absolutely lived up to the hype for me.
