How much rotten greens are acceptable in a $9 salad? None. I should have walked away when I saw the B health rating. Chicken was stringy and inedible. Raise your standards Waba!!!!

I live WaBa grill! Food is always tasty. I usually get the veggie rice bowl with steak, i didn't disappoint. I also tried the boom boom taco. It was a little sweet for my taste but it was still really good. If you want some wow on your taste buds. Give it a try. Staff at this location was friendly.

The worst Waba grill you will ever go to. I feel bad for every employee in there, the owner is constantly screaming at them and throwing his hands in the air. It's a really hostile environment for a restaurant. Yelled at the poor kid for giving me an extra sauce, and well from the pic, you can see why we have to ask for extra. There is only a tiny drop in each tiny container. I would happily pay for the damn sauce, just give me SAUCE! Worst of all my bowl had like 4 tiny strips of chicken TOTAL. Really wish corporate would step in and clean this place up. The owner is RUDE to all customers and awful to his employees.

The place is also dusty and unkept

The shrimp has zero seasoning, very nasty. The napkins here are behind the counter and employees are stingy with them which isn't fun when you spilled a little water on your table. If you look around the walls are begging to be repainted and dusted.

The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS, fresh, and flavorful. Portion sizes will leave you feeling happy and full every time. Employees are friendly, welcoming, and always appear happy. The vibe here is relaxing and fun. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, and the menu is rather large, so guests have many food options. I always leave here knowing I just had a great and delicious meal.

Read below for specifics. Me and my family came to Soboba for my birthday. Arrival at the counter, wait took a long time because the restaurant was busy. Totally understandable, especially since this restaurant is within the casino. Table is clean, presentation is nice. I love that the staff greet you from the outside, very good score on customer service. The dining atmosphere was honestly amazing. Decoration is very fancy, and captures a comforting Asian restaurant very well. My issue with the restaurant is their food. I have tried all kinds of pad Thai, but never once, did I expect a restaurant to make the most bland pad thai I have ever tasted. I didn't even think it was possible. The pad thai tasted more soft than chewy, it tasted as if I was eating soba noodles because there is no umami flavor, let alone the sweet and savory taste to the noodles. Not even the chili paste can add even a hint of flavor. The tofu is too soft for my tastes, and lacking in flavor. Same thoughts about the bulgogi, which was lacking flavor. For quite a large price, I feel very disappointed. But one thing I did enjoy, was the calamari and sauce. Calamari was the perfect mix of chewy and crispy. I savored every bite of that texture. Sauce was tangy and sweet, the kind of flavor I expected in the Pad Thai.

It was my first time having tendon and omg was it amazing! The broth and the selections of meat with all the sauces just made the soup more satisfying. For being in a food hall in Glendora, this was a pretty good bowl of bbh. - it has rich umami broth though it could have stood for more vermicelli noodles. I was most surprised by the amount of beef tendon. In fact, I asked for a side of fish sauce to dip the tendon lol. On my second visit, I built my own phở bowl ($17.48). You get a choice of 3 meats, so I chose wagyu steak, wagyu eye round, and brisket. I thought the meat quality was great. The broth, on the other hand, was having an off night I think. It had a very strong star anise flavor and the broth could have use a little skimming. And Broth offers a variety of interesting phở variations that I'd like to try. I like that there are so many different Vietnamese dishes umbrella-ed under one establishment. I'll definitely be back.
