Chef working the line thinks wearing a mask while he prepares food is a joke. Was asked to pull it up and in less than five minutes it was back down. A one star is still way too generous based on how my husband was being treated by an aggressive waiter. My husband walked into this place and as he was about to sit, the wait person said with an attitude: "What do you want to drink?" My husband said he wasn't sure and he would like to look at the menu first. The rude waiter said: "you better order quick!" My husband explained to him this is his FIRST time here and he needed a moment to figure out what he wanted. The rude waiter said: "You are being rude! You might as well leave! You are being rude!" I only recently learned about the Waffle House and how it is a must stop when I am visiting in GA. Went yesterday for the first time and I was very impressed. The staff all worked together like a well oiled machine, which was not easy given that they were nonstop the whole time we were there. Staff was all very friendly and several of them checked on us during breakfast, to make sure we had everything we needed. I was thinking this was more like a Denny's, but definitely not. This is more of a small diner with delicious eats. I ordered the chocolate chip waffle, hashbrowns, bacon and OJ. The waffle is very light and tasty and I can see why people want to go here when coming to visit in GA. My family was all very happy with their breakfast and we will all be back! read more

With the way current society is with covid, worker shortage - it was very difficult to write a review but this experience has been pissed poor to say the least. Wait nearly an hour for 3 orders of food?? Employees arguing with each other? Tables that arrived 10-20 min after get their food first??? Other guests leaving while waiting to be acknowledged or serviced? Messing up my orders and others order. You have two cooks and two waitress. Are the service piss poor because they are being over worked? Is the quality work condition? Inequality? Underpaid? Will all the questions in hand get better if they got a pay raise? Have had nothing but great experiences here. With a. large family (1 of 5 kids) we aren't always the easiest to please, but all of the staff is so friendly and warm regardless of the time of day or day of the week. From Saturday mornings to midnight the day before a surgery, our family has loved getting to know the staff and menu, even though now we tend to stick to our favorites & don't need menus. 10/10 recommend! read more

Growing up in Georgia, I've always loved going to Waffle House. I've been to many, but the staff here was much different in a positive way compared to other staff I've encountered in other Waffle Houses. Christi and Kenny was the best! My mother who came with me, had multiple conversations with the both of them a lot, they were very friendly and humorous. Best service I've ever had at a Waffle House. The food is always good. I had the scrambled eggs with cheese as a side, with a chocolate waffle. My mom had the patty melt with hash brown. One of the issues is that there is gum underneath the seats and table. It got stuck underneath my nails and I had to pick it out and wash my hands before I ate. Another issue is, is that there was a worker there who got a little bit too vocal about why shouldn't you get the covid vaccine, and was encouraging my mom; and they even said that they were encouraging their own relatives to not get the covid vaccine as well. The worker's excuse about it was that, "I am not a lab rat." I don't think you should hire workers who encourage life threatening situations to others, especially about not getting the covid vaccine. Not getting the vaccine can affect those who have diseases and breathing issues, and if you get covid, it'll definitely spread considering you're working at a establishment where you cook food and interact with a lot people. read more

This review is for the shift working the hours of 7am-12pm. We don't eat out much but were at North Fulton Labor & delivery for 3 days. I came in for lunch on the first day and breakfast second/third days. Same employees all three days waitress was kind and took my to go order but the cook was amazing. He made my wife's food exactly the way I ordered it (she has food allergies) and my cheesesteak bowl with two scrambled eggs was great/good portions. read more

I had one of my worst experiences ever at a restaurant tonight. Went there around 11:30pm 9/15 and was the only customer there. The two employees though spent the entire time I was there ranting at each other about waffle house, Dj, Jasmine and other things. There were ranting at a very high voice that bordered on yelling. As a customer I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to eat my food and leave as quickly as possible Even when I went to checkout they didn't stop raning.. it was literaly (rant, rant) that will be 12.xx (rant, rant), do you need a receipt? I was an inconvenience to them ranting about how many problems they had with waffle house as near as I could guess (I tried to tune it out as much as I could). First two booths were dirty so we sat at a third only to discover a drizzle of syrup on the table top. When we walked out one of the staff shouted "thanks for coming". I dont believe it was sincere. This Waffle House is just okay in my opinion. I mean, it's mostly the same as every other WaHo, BUT for some reason there is less seating. There is a whole wall without seating that could easily hold 4 or so booths. It would really help with the wait on the weekends. Last time we came it was busy, and it took a little while to get service. There was a wait, and there were a couple 4 person booths that had only ONE person sitting in them. I mean, there is a sign that says no doing that, but they should try to enforce it. read more

There are sooooo many waffle houses in ATL its crazy! you think there are tons of McDs in your surrounding cities? it is nothing compared to a waffle house. there is practically one on every block! The locations are small and simple. It's like a fast food version of Denny's.... So i had to order waffles at the waffle house so i ordered the all-star special breakfast which came with a waffle, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, gritz or hash browns ( i opted for the hash), toast and coffee. the food was just ok, there is nothing great about it. like i said, a fast food dennys joint. but i would check it out if you never been especially if you are a hip hop fan, just to say you have been to one before. =D read more
