There is nothing better than convict kitchen when you're hungry as heyl. Yea, I know it's wrong to call it that, but you knew what I was talking about when you read it. Lol! Anyhoo- this chain rarely dissapoints. Babygirl and I had waffles, eggs,toast, bacon, sausage and hashbrowns. (Told you we were hungry....more like hon-gray). The waffle is the bring in here...I don't care for waffles, but my husband always manages to find a Waffle House no matter where we go. The waffles were fluffy with a sweetness to them that's unlike the other Waffle House restaurants I've been too. The server was very personable. read more

My grits were lumpy and lukewarm. The floor near the grill was filthy and there was all kinds of trash underneath. My waitress was more interested in discussing lil Wayne with the cook than servicing me. When getting a towel to clean the tables, my waitress just wrung the water out in the middle of the floor instead of in a bucket...and just left it there. Why 2 stars? Like many people I've frowned upon the stereo typical Waffle House known for truckers. But I went to this Waffle House(my first time) and I was blown away. The food is amazingg! I'm a picky eater so was skeptical but me and my family can't get enough! The waffles, coffee, service, burgers, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash-browns are always perfect! The only down side is the table size when you're with more than 2 people due to all the plates you have to fit but that doesn't stop the food from being less than perfect. read more

Wow the staff that was working together this morning have a great chemistry and positive attitudes! I could tell they enjoyed working with each other, because they were joking with one another and having a good time but still professional. Serena was a sweet heart and made sure I was taken care of. Right when I sat down they made me aware that a large call in of 15 orders was just placed so it will take a little bit, but they will knock it out in no time. She asked if I would like to go ahead and get my waffle cooked now since she could do that, until the main cook got to my meal. That was very impressive in my opinion. Thanks guys! read more

Sorry but through experience I had to this place, I could not give it better than 3 stars. Food: Forgot Bacon on 2 orders. Forgot a waffle on 1 order, plus you had to make it twice cause they forgot it on the waffle maker, so it was a nice dark color. Didn't have syrup at all on table. Didn't get syrup till end of eating waffle. Took forever to get our check just to pay and leave. It was 3 in the morning still but you were dead, there was no one there. So I just left this place and Corporate really needs to send in a mystery shopper on the 3rd shift. All the tables were dirty as hell and after customers leave they just picked up the dishes and didn't even bother wiping down the tables. Few people walked in and looked at the open tables at least 5 open tables and just left cause each one were filthy. read more

Earlier in the day, I was accompanied by 2 friends eager to receive a quality breakfast. Upon entering, we were rudely and abruptly told that this location was not offering dine-in. While ordering, the cashier was talking on the phone, causing her to mess up the orders. I had ordered triple-hash-browns that I found quite appetizing along with orange juice. However, the oj was warm, milky, and tasted like it had been sitting in room temperature for an extended period of time. One of my friends ordered a Texas-bacon-cheesesteak- melt, which he clearly requested without onions; an order of hash browns with cheese; 3 cheese eggs, and a coke. He received his cheesesteak melt with onions (and hairs), his hash browns without cheese, mediocre eggs, and a drink that wasn't even filled up all the way. My other friend only got a water which had sediments at the bottom. Overall, I don't think I would return to this location after having that experience. read more

This was my first time eating at Waffle House. It was the worst experience I had ever had in a restaurant. My friend found HAIR baked in her waffle. And when we were leaving, my daughter pulled HAIR from her braces. When we spoke to the Manager, he gave us 10% off the check and remove the $1 cost of the waffle. I didn't like how the Manager handled it by talking to the cook right i front of and while pointing to our table. The waffle maker/cook saying that he didn't have long hair.. etc.. I WILL NEVER be back. Our waitress Bido was great. They need an undercover Boss visit. This is unacceptable. read more
