to those who find this message, may it find you well. this waffle house, and those who worked at this establishment, were perfect. our waitress (dirty blonde, tattooed dragon with black and red ink on her forearm) was the sweetest woman our group has ever met. she was very considerate and helped us with all of our needs. the ambiance was equivalent, or possibly better than the waffle house lana del rey worked at - and let me tell you, that place is tough to beat. two of us had never had waffle house and you best believe that we will dream about that meal for years to come. thank you to everyone who made this happen, we love you.

If you want cheap good breakfast, this is the place. I get my usual; bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast and can spend under $8 for an entire meal. I would say the definitely could do better with coffee as it tastes watered down and don't order some water with your meal because it tastes like Indianapolis sink water. Other than that, this location is pretty good about getting your order to you correctly and hot. There is parking directly out front and they're pretty busy so there is usually a little wait.

Well it is a Waffle House so it's pretty standard but the staff here was nice, quick with ordering and food delivery, and food was par. Cant say much else except my husband loves this place and so I have to go occasionally. The parking lot is kind of a pain though. You can only enter on the east side of the building. The west side is another establishments parking lot with a curb so you can't get to Waffle House unless you drive over it. It's kind of confusing but you'll manage.

What a fantastic experience. Living in California (where we don't have Waffle House) I have wanted to get me some for years. It was magical as I had dreamed. The staff was rad and kind and made us laugh. The food was amazing. Thank you WH - without a doubt one of the highlights of my trip.

I work here so of course I love it. Early mornings and late nights are usually pretty busy. Everything is made to order so your food is always fresh. I'm addicted to the All Star breakfast. My husband usually gets the t-bone steak and eggs. I love the culture because everyone customers and staff are like family. The juke box has a app available if you don't have change and everybody sings along !

Located a couple blocks west of I-465, they are open 24/7, with a pleasant staff. I was traveling with family during the holidays and happened upon this Waffle House while in the area. Ebony did a great job. She took our orders, delivered the meals and conversed with our little guy, making our visit most pleasant. The cook was headed outside on break, and as he passed me, offered a "thanks for stopping". I caught it after he passed, but he was already out the door before I could return the greeting. That's just friendly!! I'll return when I can!

It's Waffle House! It's 4:30am. It's what you do as an adult at 4:30am. Who else is open to serving great home cooking at this time of morning?!? No one, that's who. We had the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Listen, you haven't had a BEC until you've had it at the Waffle House. Sooooooo good. But still, it's just the Waffle House. If you've been to one, you've been to most.

Best time if it could have been more stars I would have gave them 10... Grew up on the waffle House in Mississippi had to try it when I came to Indiana and it's still the same my boyfriend first time eating here and he loved it I put him on another spot.. we would definitely be back tomorrow before we have to head back home to Wisconsin I love the waffle House better than George webb

I wish they had Waffle House in my part of the country. I would probably end up there at least once a month on the weekends. This is my second time at one and I am always so pleased with how delicious it is. This location has great service with very friendly staff. Our waitress, Micah, was extremely friendly and she would make a great friend to anyone!

Half order of biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. Bacon tastes a little off.

I went to this place 2 years ago and had no trouble reserving a room. Things have changed since…read morethen. There is no transparency for room rates here and this gives a business an opportunity to swindle you. I originally had a party of 10 people and confirmed a reservation 2 weeks ahead of the time reserved. I was told to pay $100 deposit in addition to the $100/hr rate for the room. There is no clarity if that deposit can be refunded or what the policy is on the website or readily available to customers when they are on site. I discovered that this deposit is non-refundable, which is unfortunate that I had to eat that cost. Unfortunately, my party of 10 went down to a party of 6 due to funerals, COVID, and other uncontrollable circumstances. I tried calling several times prior to the reservation (Sunday and Wednesday before the Saturday reserved time) I was told on my final call speaking with the manager that since the group had reduced to 6 people they could put us at $50/hr in the small room. However, when I showed up, I was told that we were still in the $80/hr and there was no changing that. Also, we had a lot of technical difficulties. Wireless microphone receivers were not charged, so we kept getting disconnected. We had to change mics 3x when we were there. The employees were doing their best and were as accommodating as they could be, but ultimately the management is faulty. Transparency is important and this place does not have it. Also, I was not told tip was included. I usually tip 20% because times are tough and places don't pay their employees enough, but did not get an itemized receipt before this interaction. So I tipped an additional amount without knowing.

Buckle in for a crazy ride, folks:…read more I booked a room at Maru for 8 people at $55/hr. Albeit, I admit 11 ended up coming and I would've been totally fine with the $10 fee for additional people. After paying, we discovered they had charged a WHOPPING $120/hr (more than DOUBLE). When confronted, the front desk guy lied about showing me two rooms and that I requested the room for 15-18 people. That NEVER HAPPENED and I have 3 witnesses AND the security camera caught that. He even tried to threaten showing me the security footage like, please, prove me right actually. Also, my friend told me that the guy was insulting me the whole time when I wasn't talking to him on the phone, clearly because I was not there in person (he also just hung up on me during the discussion). Even during the refund process, when we were only trying to pay the real $55/hr rate, they STILL tried to haggle saying "fee this, fee that". There are so many things I could've gotten upset about, but literally all I cared about was the promised upon rate. Was I mad about the limited discography? No. Was I mad about the undisclosed gratuity? No. I merely wanted what we were rightfully owed. Simple as that. Then, to still try to negotiate out of paying us back PLUS being heavily insulted PLUS trying to threaten me?!? What is happening?!? Overall this was an exhausting experience during a time that was supposed to be one of celebration. This place operates DISHONESTLY and WITHOUT ANY RESPECT for customers.

I don't write reviews often, but this experience made me make an exception…read more Pros: The dining area looks very nice and I enjoyed the decor. That's it. That's all the pros. Cons: My partner and I decided to stop here on our way to an event for dinner. We had 40 minutes to get to a place 5 minutes away from this restaurant. We figured we had plenty of time. When we walked in, all staff were on their phones and did not notice us. There was ONE customer in the dinning area. We had to approach staff because not only were they on their phones around the corner from the only guest, they all had their backs turned to the door. It's possible the place has a bell or something to alert staff to customers. If so, no one could hear it because the place had Spotify playing excessively loudly. After we got the attention of staff and were seated, the waitress walked away and stared into her phone for 10 minutes before coming to ask for our drink order. We told her we wanted to order fully. We had to repeat our order MULTIPLE TIMES because she could not hear us over the music and we could not hear her. We asked if the music could be turned down three times and were refused. After placing our order, she came back shortly to tell us they did not have the appetizer we ordered and tried to get us to order a specific app we did not want and had no interest in. Eventually, we were served our burgers with 15 minutes left to eat and pay if we did not want to be late. When we got our food, both of our orders were wrong. My partner attempted to call out to the waitress (who was on her phone again), but could not be heard over the music. I had to SHOUT "Ma'am" at the waitress standing 10 feet away to get her attention because the music was so loud. We told her the burgers were incorrect and we needed to send them back. She tried to talk to us but no one could hear each other because of the constant music playing. She got the manager who came and asked what was wrong. We explained that one of the burgers should have been plain and the other should have had only lettuce on it. We then showed her that my burger had all condiments listed on the menu on it and my partner's burger had toppings that weren't even listed on the burger to begin with, including pickles which we both have mild allergies to. After the manager herself took our order, she came back with a menu and tried to justify somehow both the one burger made to menu standard and the surprise toppings on the other. Less than a minute afterwards, my partner's burger was brought out finally made correctly. She did not tell me until we left they had simply scraped off the condiments from the bun and she could still taste them on the burger and bun. She stopped eating after three bites. Several minutes later (and now making us late to our event), my food was brought. It was also made wrong yet again, but it was also plain now. My partner left the dinning room to take a call and to escape the noise of the music. I asked the manager lady for the bill and mentioned how they still had not made my burger as ordered. She apologized and said she would discount the tab for the troubles. The bill was not brought to the table until AFTER I had fully finished my sandwich. Neither of us were given any napkins or silverware at all, and my burger came with a sticky sauce I had to wash off in the restroom. The initial waitress brought me our bill. There was zero discount at all. I tipped incredibly low. I will never, under ANY circumstance, return to this establishment. For less than half of the price of two meals made incorrectly and lazily "fixed", I could have driven across 56th street to Burger King and gotten a burger made correctly and not have had to spend an hour being subjected to somebody's terrible rap music Spotify playlist (which included the song "My D*ck" by Mickey Avalon) being blasted so loudly that I got a headache from it. I wish them the very worst of success.

I ordered a biscuit sandwich with turkey sausage, egg, pepper jack, and hot honey (not on the menu, but just ask for the Fire and Ice biscuit). When it first came out, I had a quick "where's the rest?" moment, but it turned out to be surprisingly filling and really flavorful. There are a variety of tables, also some comfy corner chairs. You order at the counter then they'll bring food to you. We all got (plain) coffee. There's a small sugar station on the end of the counter, but you have to ask for cream. I also told a staff member none of us had been there before, and asked were there coffee refills (since the rest was specialty coffee drinks) or do we pay? She said we can have one refill if we come up. My friends got gluten free egg/biscuit sandwiches. The hubs got a crepe with strawberries, bananas and more in it. I ordered the Galette Bretonne - which is described as "a savory light Buckwheat crepe with City ham, Gruyere cheese, with sunny side up egg" and also comes with a side salad. Our food came fairly quickly. The crepe was visually pretty. The biscuit sandwiches looked like they had nice fluffy biscuits (and, gluten free!) - but they were on the small side (smaller than an egg mcmuffin). My galette looked nice but not like the photo (see pics of mine & one from their web) - and the egg inside was well done, definitely not sunny side up or even medium. I don't mind harder cooked eggs, but the whole effect was very dry, so I went to the counter to ask for some syrup. The server told me that he would have to charge me for it. I said fine, yes please, because my dish is so dry it's unedible without it. So he went back in the kitchen and did bring me out a small side dish of syrup (see also pic of that, for size). I had my credit card ready, but he said "this one's on me." I thanked him and sat down to eat. ... and yes, that syrup was just the trick to make the dish delicious! So this is the thing that makes a whole experience "meh" as opposed to "really nice": Between me & my hubs, our food and plain coffees were $42. (My friends paid separately for theirs.) For that price and just counter service, if a guest asks for a small side of syrup for the food, there should not be a side charge. I think the server who gave it to me realized that (but I would have paid it anyway because the meal was just too dry without it) ... But here's the thing - there was another staff member at the counter when my server gave me that little side of syrup. She heard him say "no charge this time," and her expression absolutely changed, and she looked mad that he did not charge me, and like she was about to say something (but didn't). Guess what? I absolutely saw that. And I totally feel like she was not only mad, but also that he might get reprimanded for it. (Might I add, we were also there when it was NOT busy at all, so there was nothing about the atmosphere that was rushed or hectic - although that souldn't matter, either.) And yes, of course when I went back to the table, I relayed that story to my other 3 companions. A little (little!) customer service goes a long way. And also is easily a deciding factor of whether or not a place gets a revisit. There are so many other places to try. #ReviewsByRL

Something he really enjoys. I had a hard time finding something "really"nice on the menu. My husband noticed some kind of meat tower. It was served with tortillas. $70 for 2 and it had beef, pork, ribs, chicken sausage and more. We age tacos out of it and it was good We did not like their salsa but the pico de go was wonderful Margaritas are on sale Monday through Thursday. We each had two Our waitstaff was friendly and caring. She kept an eye on us and provided excellent service. The bar area is uniquely decorated and seating is comfortable Will we go back again? Probably not but will try the new one on 71st and Binford
