She said that she would show it to her manager and make it right. My salmon returned to the table with darker grill marks and cooked well done. I was satisfied with this solution. I didn't pay for the bill, so I don't know if we were also comped for this problem. I didn't bring up the lack of lettuce since the portion I received was enough for me on the day that I visited. This visit confirmed for me that Interurban sits on par with Charleston's in the OKC metro restaurant space. They offer a menu of American classics prepared with care and enough variety that most people can find something to eat from this menu. When I make Green Beans I use Garlic Salt and Butter and sometimes Bacon , but not Sugar. Complimentary Croissant was just okay , but I would've preferred a Yeast Roll with Cinnamon Butter. Sweet Tea was just right also. I'm originally from South Carolina and sometimes back home it's really sweet , but as I've gotten older I like it a little toned down , but not under sweet. Restaurant was clean and neat but we were seated near one of the kitchen entrances so got to listen to the employees yell "corner" every 30-60 seconds. For the price it's not worth returning.
