The servers at this place don't seem like they want to be there. When they sat us they pointed at the table and left didn't even explain the ordering process. There's minimal serving because you order everything through your phone and then the servers just drop the food without saying what anything was. We asked them to grab a fork because we had a toddler with us and they proceeded to go to the back and we never saw them again. I had to ask one of the bussers to get us a fork which isn't even his job. I recently called them to see how the wait was cause I was going to give them another chance, the food is pretty good, but the girl who answered the phone was rude and quick to hang up. read more

What I liked about this place is when it comes to ordering food, it's very straight forward from the QR code and the staff is very friendly. This place also has great ventilation where you don't feel like you're choking on smoke like other kbbq places. What I dislike is this establishment charges children by height instead of age which is a regressive way to do business. For transparency our 11 year old who basically ate popcorn chicken was charged as an adult because she was taller than the average American 11 year old. If there was an individual under the "required height" but ate everything on the menu, would they be charged at a discounted rate? I'd love to see management move toward a more logical, age-based policy that respects the customer. I also wished they had more Banchan options (small side dishes) like other Korean restaurants. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Wagyu Grilled Ayce was awful from start to finish -- and I ended up with food poisoning afterward, which is completely unacceptable. Food safety should be the bare minimum. The service was practically nonexistent. Food came out painfully slow, and some of the meats and cuts I ordered didn't come out at all. I had to repeatedly ask about the beef tongue because it simply wasn't being brought to the table. I constantly had to flag someone down for basic things -- grill changes, water refills, napkins, and even to check whether my rice was ever coming. No one was attentive, and nothing moved unless I chased it down myself. The whole experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. At an AYCE spot, the expectation is efficiency and attentiveness -- not having to beg for every item you ordered. What's even more telling is that this exact corner seems to change restaurants every year. Businesses cycle in and out of that location constantly, and after this experience, it's not hard to understand why. Food was fresh esp. shrimp and wagyu beef were great. Service was attentive and fast. The waiter changed out the dirty grill plate 3 times during our visit. Ambiance was modern and comfortable despite a bit noisy. Price is on par with other AYCE places. Overall i will return if i get super hungry and feel like spurging a bit. read more

Great deal if you go before 4pm M-F except for today! We have been here at least 10 times since Oct 2025. M-F before 4pm was a $25.99 lunch, today 3/9/26 at 3:40pm the hostess said that the lunch cut off time had changed to 3:30pm. No signs posted, website was not updated, just the hostess saying management is working on time change. No empathy, no 10 min grace period, no customer service from that hostess working 3/9/26 @3:40pm. Server was great, manager stopped by and heard our story, blame the hostess for being a few weeks new but did nothing for the customer. What was suppose to be a $25.99 meal turned out to be a $35.99. Manager could not adjust the check to reflect the lunch menu price to keep repeat customers! Last and final time here, and im telling all the people i recommended to eat at ayce wagyu my experience and to give it a second thought. read more

There's a lot of options to choose from on the menu here but the food is so meh. From the gold menu, the choices of meats are subpar. Limited marbling for waygu, super lean meats and small portions. The sushi is very similar to Safeway like sushi, I wouldn't recommend. Every food item order comes in sample sizes so you get to try everything and not get full. Ordering on the phone is easy and convenient. (10 items per 3 mins). Food takes awhile to come out despite it not being too busy. I've had food come out after paying the check and was about to leave. The service is okay, serve didn't come by to check up much, no napkins, plates stacking up at the table. The salad bar is always empty and never stocked. The place is clean so I'll give them that. For such a high price point per person, I would rather go anywhere else for AYCE. Lesson learned, don't trust social media read more

Despite this, the overall service was satisfactory, and our orders arrived promptly. Considering the busy time, we were delighted to be seated immediately after making a reservation. The sushis and other side dishes exceeded our expectations. There were a few self-service side dish options as well; we wished there were more. My boyfriend and I came here on Valentine's day. We had a super last minute change of plans and were in town longer than expected, so we didn't have a reservation. They told us it was a 1 hour wait for a party of two. We waited for 3 hours before getting a table. When we finally got our table, one of the women insulted my boyfriend for not getting a reservation. While I understand the sentiment, it's really none of her business and it kind of put a sour taste in my mouth for the rest of the night. The food itself was delicious, but we had some issues with that too. We were brought numerous things that we didn't order, while some stuff we ordered never came. Everything we got was great, but this was pretty frustrating. It was super busy, which is to be expected on Valentine's day, and we're not sure if the experience was largely due to this, but we will not be returning to find out. read more
