They have curbside pickup which is a great option. We got it as we drove through on our cross country trip to get to a new work location. Unfortunately things were a little soggy. I put our arrival time as about 10 minutes after we expected to arrive so the food would be fresh but when we arrived it was sitting there waiting so it was a little soggy in the take out containers. The chicken was still pretty good. We got honey mustard and it seemed to be house made, not your typical honey mustard sauce, but it was pretty good. Heck yeah. Finally a place that does fried chicken the way it's supposed to be. Trust me, I'm a fried chicken connoisseur - it would be my death row, last meal. We ordered curbside and when we got home everything was still nice and hot. That tells me it was good and hot when they brought it out. The bone-in fried chicken is great. Tender, hot and NOT dried out. Most places around here let everything sit under a hot lamp for 5 hours and call it fresh. Not the case here. I also had the Mac and Cheese along with tomatoes and cucumbers. Both were very good. Jalapeño ranch and Alabama sauce were the favs. We also had some fries at our table and they were also great. Wow, this chicken was mighty tasty! Whether you try the rotisserie style or fried you will get a bit of spice, crisp skin and juicy, tender chicken. The Mac n Cheese was smooth, creamy heaven and the taters were delicious. My only complaint is their delicious cheddar biscuits are small, but I doubt I could have eaten another bite. Great food, horrible customer service after 8:30. We went in at exactly 9:00 pm and online everywhere it says they close at 10:00 pm. We walked in and got death stares by every employee there. Then when we were ordering the lady said absolutely nothing and had a horrible attitude. Then when another lady brought out our food she said no words and basically threw our food on the table. I have never been more angry with a food establishment about their customer service. I work in customer service and understand that it is annoying when someone comes in close to closing time. But there was still a whole hour left and we were in and out in 20 minutes. I then overheard another customer tell the employee that online says they close at 10:00 and was telling her that she isn't acting like she even wants to work. Was also delivered super quick. We sat at the bar to order beer and the bartender and other servers were friendly and attentive. Sauces are homemade and tasted great, too. My partner had the Foul Mouth chicken sandwich which had a perfect amount of spice. Sides were good and exactly what I'd hoped for. First time here and I was underwhelmed. The loaded LIT was tasteless. The chicken was ok. It was fried to death!!! I think they needed to change the grease. It was still moist though. Pimento cheese appetizer was good, I would prefer some pita or crusty Italian bread to go with it instead of Texas toast. Onion rings were really good and tasty especially with the ranch. I decided to try out this place today because it was a new dive thru in my area. I was bummed when I found out the drive thru isn't open. I ordered the 1/4 chicken meal with white meat with a side of Mac n cheese and Cole slaw. I also ordered a sweet tea. The food looked good when I got home but I realized that my cheddar biscuit was left out. It wouldn't be a big deal has I not just spent almost $14 on a meal for one. The chicken was seasoned well and only slightly greasier than I like but it tasted a little burnt. The mac n cheese was southern style and yummy. The Cole slaw had good flavor but wasn't anything special. The tea was definitely Oklahoma style sweet tea and not Tennessee style like from the other Waldo's location. It was more of a half sweet tea. I got the white sauce and it was yummy but too watery of a texture for me. I'll try it one more time and get boneless chicken and honey mustard and see how it goes. Sidenote: I did love the hot pink souvenir cup ha UPDATE: have gone through the drive thru a few times since this and the chicken strips and honey mustard are delicious along with the fries.
