    Customer service. Worse ever. This location has a drive through. With one clerk servicing drive through and counter. But I think I see a few pharmacist and or pharmacy techs. I didn't realize this pharmacy was this busy! And when it was my turn to finally ask my question, I actually stepped out of the consultation line to the pickup line, the clerk said, oh I'm not sure but if we do have the product, you can find it on aisle 28. I know I wasn't going to find it because it was a special item. So I think I she didn't know what I was talking about. I'm not returning back to Walgreens and going back to some place more reputable.

    Placed an online order for photo development. A few hours after submission, the pictures were ready for pick up. The process to pick up and pay was very easy and smooth. I will definitely pick Walgreens again for my photo needs.

    I'm writing this review because of very disappointing service that I have had at this store's photo department (which is a mess) and the pharmacy. T-Mobile offers free photos for each member regardless of household. I called T-Mobile and was told that every member can participate in the offer. I have attached the actual offer and nowhere does it state one offer for each household. I even called the store and a staff member told me that I can re-order the package which I did. I even had my card on the pick up menu so that I can pay for it should they decide to not give me the free offer and choose to deny it, I would have paid for the order. But the store instead made the decision to just cancel the order without notifying me first I found the customer service personnel to be accusatory as if I'm trying to steal the photos when in fact, as you can plainly see on the offer, it was well within the rules for two household members with separate mobile service to participate. Previously I had a disappointing experience at the pharmacy in which I made an appointment for vaccination. When I arrived I waited in line and did not get any service for well over fifteen minutes. There was no sign at the register window and then I was told by the personnel that one would have to fill out the form and wait at the hallway by the pharmacy. So I waited to be given the form to fill out and then again waited and waited with no service. And then I heard one of the team members complain how unorganized this pharmacy is. That she used to work at the bank or something and this place is unorganized. After waiting for half an hour for service I finally gave up and left. This was just unacceptable. Fast forward to my experience at the photo department and I can see how unorganized this establishment is. If you have a ton of time to waste, and I sure don't, I would not come here ever again for vaccination or photos just to be treated like the way I was by the photo department. How much does the photo department lose when customers receive free photos? Was it worth it for them to alienate a customer based on a policy that was obviously relayed to T-Mobile? Because now I will no longer purchase anything from this store in the future nor will I recommend them to friends and acquaintances. This is not how you treat customers. It is ironic that T-Mobile with its excellent customer service would be teamed up with such a store with such shabby customer service. I also want to add that I purchased an oximeter here (their brand) and it did not last long. At least it did last well after its warranty period. So when I needed this device it's screen indicator was dim I could not even read it. I changed the battery to a new one and same result. I no longer trust their brand when it comes to health devices. I have had other health devices from other pharmacies that work reliably. And I use them to care for my parents. So it is tantamount that they do work when needed. Obviously I do not recommend this store. They have been the worst business establishment I have ever encountered as far as customer service. The one star rating is well deserved.

    These rolling carts are easier to maneuver than wagons!  Like! !

    This review is for their pharmacy. I've never experienced a problem with the staff but their wait time and their new hours is HORRIBLE!!!

    A pharmacy that closes on. Saturday night a little after 6 pm is useless to me. It's sad that a drugstore has such poor hours of service!

The girls though are always nice, and with a $60 purchase they will gladly do a free makeover with no appointment if they're not busy. I know they do wear alot of make up than other counters, but they do a good job, and know they're product, so they wear it. They're not pushy, and if you ask, they have samples of lipstick and moisturizer. I love their little travel size lip glosses and mascara under $12, and they last awhile. They just got back their Studio fix foundation in the stick form purse size back!!! I love this stuff! Macy's was having a 15% off all cosmetics ( which NEVER happens) so I did a free 45 minute makeover, and learned some new tips from Crystal who was awesome! Macy's, just make sure to staff well, so the girls can take care of all the customers! One downfall, I never am able to walk away from a MAC counter without buying something! Hahaha

I…read morerecently underwent an upper blepharoplasty and lip shortening procedure, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptionally well organized and thoughtful. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication. As someone who had never had surgery before, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the care was truly top-of-the-line.
