The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. What more could we expect.

I came to purchase something small just to break a big bill. I handed the cashi a 50-dollar bill, he abruptly asked "you dont have anything smaller?" I explained that I was at his store to purchase because the ATM didn't give me small bills, he didn't reply just walked off likely to check that it was authentic, then came back & rang me up. I didn't count the change until I got in the car & glad I asked for a receipt. I was shorted a small amount but still shorted. I went back after running my errand & explained. Another person was at the register but the original guy could hear me. They didn't put up too much of a height that I did have to explain the situation a couple times. However, the second guy still do not give me back the correct amount! Just beware and count your change carefully before leaving the counter. Well I guess that should be anywhere, but I can't imagine how much extra money they make on the side if they do this to every customer coming into their store paying with cash.

I came in for something to drink and either matches or a lighter. My boyfriend chose the pre- made Mexican Hot Chocolate and as we approached the register, I asked if the cashier had matches. He gave me the most dry and dismissive "No" as he quickly tried to ring my boyfriend up. The store not busy mind you. So my Bf asks for a lighter. .... now... if i asked you for matches.. that means im not trying to spend money on a lighter so IF I have to I'm definitely not purchasing your most expensive.. which is exactly the lighter he chose... didn't even let us pick the color like most cashiers do.. he chose for us and rang it up. Didn't tell us how much it was nothing. So I stop him. And I look and say , NO. How much are those lighters right there?? A dollar and some change for the cheap one. I said yea that's the one we want. He IGNORES me!! I said hello? Then proceeded to ask why he would select the most expensive lighter and not ask us. He tells my BF again the price of the expensive lighter (he'd already scanned) and asked him if he wanted it?.. I answered and stated again No. and told him we want the cheaper one. He ignored me.. then asked my BF if he wanted the expensive lighter. I said , let me get out of here before I go off because what?!! I walked out the store. Store is nice, clean, organized and fully stocked. Food is 95% fresh. However, customer service is good, but can be better depending on the DAY, PERSON and their MOOD. Sometimes they are very helpful, friendly, and sometimes they will just stare at you like they didn't hear or understand what I have said. Prices are STEEP, but I guess you are paying for the convenience so you don't have to go to the local grocery store. Another thing that I don't like that I have noticed is why is it that there are no prices marked on the items? Every time I have to go and ask the cashier or someone to find out the price of a certain item. Take the time people and please mark the prices on the products. It will be very helpful!! And give out an itemized receipt with your purchase without being asked. If I wasn't a regular customer and didn't know Tony, Doris, Thirteen,Eddy, Jeff and Pablo, I would have given them 3 stars. Over the years people came and left, but the customer service remains EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL & FLAWLESS!! From picking up medication, to dropping off prescriptions, consulting information pertaining to any type of medication, or issues/allergies, side affects. They are hands on and SPOT ON! They will even get in contact by calling or emailing your doctor within minutes. I can't mention any particular staff member, since they are ALL SO GREAT!! I even got flu/shingles shots and they work like a PRO! They are fast, quick, nice, patient, helpful,professional,efficient, courteous, and they all work hard to satisfy everybody's needs. There is always a long line, but their fully stocked employees clear that line in less than 15 minutes. They almost have all medications/vaccines on their shelves; most of the time. I mean you are dealing with people's health. Their automated service is prompt, messages are returned on timely manner, transactions are always completed w/out any glitches.
