    Follow up......since my terrible experience with buying my used Ford F-150 from Wallace regarding the condition of the tires on the truck and the terrible way I was treated when I went back to get the tires replaced, Ross the service manager reached out and wanted more information on what had happened. After explaining everything, the ONLY thing he said was well your first oil change is on us because you bought the vehicle here and if you come back another time, that oil change is also on us. I have the maintenance plan so oil changes are included. So, basically Ross did NOTHING for me. Again, they made a sale so they didn't care. My salesperson Jeff was awesome and reached out to me and apologized to me and said they offered to give me 175 dollars for the defective tire. I guess since I paid $700 for four new tires something is better than nothing. I called back to Ross numerous times about my oil changes and left messages and NEVER got a call back. Only person who reached out was Jeff. After all this, Jeff gets five stars but EVERYONE else gets ZERO stars.

    These people will play a dirty trick on you! I offered them a good cash deal on a certified used jeep they had for my son and after all the hard times, mind games, difficult experiences, and unprofessional negotiations... I came to a verbal agreement with one of the salesmen who called me accepting my offer. I moved my family and business schedules around, called my insurance to insure the jeep, and planned everything to make a 2+ hour trip... and at the last minute they sent a text apologizing that the dealership owner wouldn't accept my offer which I found very strange and unprofessional because they were the ones who called me to accept my offer. I recommend that the first time you see that they want to play with the negotiation, you run away and let that car go. Do your business with truly professional people. NOTE: I don't want an apology from anyone at this dealership, learn to be professional, there is the internet and bad reviews from real people are forever.

    Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ethan Tullidge while shopping for a car for my mother-in-law. He understood the exact concerns we had in finding the right car. He was thorough in his communication as we went through the process and attentive to every request or question we had.     I've always dreaded working with car salesmen, but this dealership has completely changed my opinion and blown me away. My sales guy Jeff B. was incredible. Great deal, honest and no BS. He personally delivered my car to my home and paperwork took less than 10 minutes. I HIGHlY recommend! I will be a customer again!

RED FLAG 1, dishonest they charged my card $515. RED FLAG 2, deceit The car had 338 miles on it when I arrived and saw it. Joshua refused to give me the cars price and info before I arrived. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. RED FLAG 3, wasted time I asked joshua why the car had 338 miles and he told me it was a dealer trade so I asked him which dealer it come from and he said he will find out. After hours of waiting the general manager Amir Saleema tells me they wont sell me the car because im asking too many questions. I left home at 2pm and got back at 9pm at night. This dealership was trying to scam me and sell me a used car as new! When I turned on the car the motor you could hear it roaring from inside the car, I had test driven 2 hybrids of the same make model and trim and they were all silent.     Purchased a preowned Lincoln Nautilas from Wallace Chevorolet, with a prepaid maintenance plan…read more Was told when we purchased the maintenance plan that we could have the oil changes done at Wallace Chevrolet since it is close to our house. Everytime we call to schedule an appointment, they say "we have a Lincoln dealer in Ft, Pierce, take it there". No, we don't want to drive 45 minutes north to Ft. Pierce. We tell the lady making the reservation that we are bringing in a Lincoln Nautilas. She apparently doesn't communicate with the service advisors as to what make vehicle it is. We get there and the service advisor says we don't have the oil filter for that car, we'll have to order it. It'll take a couple of hours for the oil change. Mind you, there's an O'Reilly and NAPA down the street. It took 5 hours for the oil change. This hasn't happened once, it's a cluster f^( everytime, because they don't communicate with each other, or attempt to correct the situation for the next time. They just don't give 2 shiats. I guess we'll just have to drive 45 minutes north to get quality service. Buyer beware of promises.
