Don't buy a new car in this place. I did screw it up and trade in my vehicle that I still owe money on it...I bought a brand new dodge 2500 and trade in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. They got me for 8 hours trying to see how the hell they screw me up ...they come up with 25k for my truck and they got me in the new truck for 47k. A month later I receive a bill from my prior bank that I still owe 7k....weird,I trade my truck and got a new loan so why I keep on having more bills?The dealership act stupid telling me is my fault because I gave them,by mouth" (that is a lie) ,the wrong payoff!!!!They want to add to my new loan the 7k!!!Yea right!!. Why the hell tHey took my truck if they were not able to pay off the my Toyota loan??i could of take my business some where else but I think scammers never want your business some where else. On 09-27-2019 I viewed Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's website, looking at an ad they had offering a vehicle I was interested in. A 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk that they were offering at a sale price of $46,892. So I expressed interest and further contact, and at the same time ran the "VALUE YOUR TRADE" link directly from their website which gave me a Kelley Blue Book trade-in value of $37,687 for my vehicle. This put everything well in line with what I was willing to pay so I was excited to pursue this offering. That same day (a Friday) I got an email solicitation from Danielle Delancy further offering that if I contacted her "today" I would get a further $1,000 off of the purchase price of the vehicle I was interested in. So I sent a reply email to set the purchase (hopefully) in motion. That same day I got a phone call from Danielle in which she told me that another salesperson was negotiating with a customer for this same vehicle, so she would need me to give her a credit card number as a refundable deposit on the vehicle in order to hold it for me. She claimed she would not even charge my account, just have it on hand as proof of my intentions to purchase the vehicle. So I complied, as requested. Obviously I was serious about this deal. Danielle requested further info on my trade-in vehicle, so I sent her the VIN as well as a couple dozen detailed photographs. During a flurry of emails between us, she said that her "GSM Houston" would be contacting me. I did get a phone message on 09-28-2019 from him, but was away from the phone at the time. I called back, but just got voice mail, and no further contact was made from this GSM. Sometime on Sunday (09-29-2019), the price on their website for this very same vehicle went up to $49,566. When I questioned this via email, Danielle contacted me via phone, and said that yes, the price has gone up, because the GSM felt that the vehicle was rare and hard to find. Evidently regardless of the fact I had provided that credit card number on Friday which should have secured the vehicle for me, at the price previously stated. So Danielle states to me that the "out the door" price with my trade-in would leave me with a balance of $19,900 due in difference. All of the numbers are shown in this post, so you do the math and see if you can get them to add up in any way. I'm coming up with over $10,000 more than what we were discussing on 09-27-2019. In my opinion, it appears that nothing I was told or shown on their website was in any way the truth. Whether it be the selling price of the vehicle, the amount stated for my trade-in, nor that my providing a credit card number would be securing this deal in any way related to the then existing quoted prices. All of the information stated above, where possible, was captured either via screen captures or in emails. I don't have the phone conversations recorded, obviously, but I did follow up with an email concerning the credit card number to hold the vehicle and Danielle acknowledged same in a reply. Anything quoted from phone conversations are accurate without embellishments. As for Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, it is my earned opinion that you will be wasting your time trying to deal with them, as they will have absolutely no qualms about lying to you. Even if their statements are in writing. Yeah, I know. Car salesmen lie. Aren't you tired of putting up with it? I think I would rather get a root canal than try to buy a car from a dealership. My boyfriends and I bought his truck about 8 months ago.. we bought it from a place in Miami and basically the car ended up being a lemon and needing a whole new engine 6 months into us getting the truck. We brought our truck here to be serviced and it was obviously a very stressful, expensive experience. Mitzy was the one who we kept in contact with through the two months of us having our truck there and replacing the engine on the truck. She made a stressful experience sooo much better. I don't need to talk to anyone but wanted to express how disappointed I am in your customer service. I called your service department and the lady was not very friendly kept putting me on hold and was yawning about every 1-2 mins. I was told I would have to leave me info and you all would call me back because you had no info on the current recall for the 2021 4XE Jeep. When I asked about if I could schedule an oil change I was told nothing was open until first second week of October. Plus I attempted to call your service department from 730-745ish which went straight to voicemail requesting I call back during business hours. That is crazy since hours of operation on Monday states you all are open at 0730. You all need to talk a page out of Vatland Jeep's play book. Called them individual on the phone was professional and knew what he was doing and asked when would you like to bring your vehicle in. Total time on the phone with them under 5mins. Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a horrible place to buy a vehicle, they don't stand by their work and still look to make a profit after their own mistakes. Doug Diamond was my salesrep and Kenny was the former Manager followed by the replacement manager Frank Barletta who gave even a worse option then the prior mgr on their mistake. I purchased a new 2019 ram 1500 from them, and the passenger side doors had two large dents/scratches. I refused the purchase, and they offered to discount the car + have their body shop make it new and listed on the We-Owe offering a 3yr/36,000 warranty on the bodywork. 1st Issue: They painted the doors removed the pinstripe, and left the other one on. Had to bring it back to fix it. 2nd Issue: I noticed when the sun hit the side that painted the truck it would have a hologram swirl in the paint, brought it back to fix. 3rd issue When I picked up the truck, they had painted the doors with dirt/sand on multiple spots and you could see/feel the particles. They took it back to re-paint. 4th issue The paint still had swirls when the sun hits the doors. At this point, I have had my new truck in the shop for about a month, and the Manager at the time - Kenny offered to buy back the truck equally and just get me into a new truck given the troubles. Multiple months go by, multiple calls and texts, even left Wallace a voicemail. I received numbers that had shown me paying twice for the fees, taxes, etc and a difference of 3k for a lesser truck. Then the latest one was 5k difference (new manager gave me less on trade in). At the end of the day, their body shop screwed my truck up and the dealership will not stand by their mistakes and after many attempts, not even a manager has called me back. Avoid this joke of a dealership. The salesman that I was working with (Lee Kurzen) was nothing but unprofessional. I made lee an offer that was one to two thousand dollars (I can't remember the exact amount) from his number and we got off the phone with him telling me he'd call me right back after he talked to management about my offer. He never called me back so I sent him a message about how unprofessional it was of him to not call me back when he said he would. He told me he was with another customer and that life is not perfect. I visited the dealership on the last day of the month (May) ready to buy a new Jeep. I had purchased two new cars from Wallace dealerships in Stuart in the past so I thought it would be a breeze. I had a beautiful black 370z I had purchased from Wallace Nissan a few years ago to trade on a new Jeep. After wasting almost two hours of my time they game me an absurd price. I then drove down to Port Saint Lucie at Arrigo Jeep Dodge and found the exact same 2019 Black Jeep Cherokee Turbo. After about 45 minutes I bought the new Jeep and saved almost $1,800. That's $1,800 on the exact same vehicle. I will never go back to ANY Wallace dealership again. They must have thought I was a complete fool at Wallace. read more

I took my van to Wallace Chrysler for an oil leak and they charged $950.00 said to pick up. I asked on phone if it was guaranteed they said yes. I sent someone to pick it up and noticed the next week it was still leaking and they took it overnight and gave me another estimate for another $289.00 to possibly fix it and no guarantees. Management would not do anything. So we are out almost $1,000.00 and still have a leak. This deserves no star. read more

Finally getting around to writing this. Recently (May 2022) went in to trade my Jeep in with the Wallace Group in Stuart, after leasing it from them (2x). I wanted something different so got into a good price (or so I thought) for a 2021 car, a week later come to find out that car needed service for squeaking brakes, come to find out it needed new brake pads all around, so I had to take it in for service, then was told that it would be at least 10 days out to fix it, so was offered a rental, and THEN told that I may have to pay for some of this! That same day I asked for my car that I turned in back, it was back on the lot for sale, so they made me repurchase it, but the down payment that I gave on the 2021 only 5 days ago was not refunded for THEIR mistake, nor was it offered, it also wasn't even rolled into the repurchase. THEN come to find out that I now have payments on this car for more than it is worth, so I was resold it at full market value instead. They made money on me, totally ripped off, and all that happened that day was an "apology" about the car that they sold me that needed total service. Yes, I should have probably done better research but this was my third time in there with them so thought I could trust them, or not turned my car in at the end of the lease, but how was I to know that a car that was on the lot needed service only after a WEEK of purchase. They definitely will not be getting my business again, disappointed and now very frustrated with where I'm at in my current car versus where I should be. Oh, and I also STILL have a temporary tag from them, going on 2 months now, with no time frame of when I can put my own back on. Car buying is already stressful and frustrating and they definitely proved that. I should have wrote all of this when it happened, but I am doing it now and my feelings are still the same. Just think that people or someone should know incase it wasn't shared, that a used car, only 2021 though, on your lot, was not ready and needed new brakes, and then I was resold my car for a higher value! read more

I was told he couldn't take me in and that I would have to wait until the following day at 10:30 for a simple battery change. I called Arrigo and they took care of it right away. Had an appointment for service with this place. Said to drop off the vehicle at 0730. I did, was third in line. By 1330, they still had not even looked at the vehicle. When I asked why, they himmed and hawed, then took their time getting my keys. Had to ask three times for my keys and the vehicle because I really did not trust them to do any work on my Ram. I am a local, and will never use this shop for my Ram. In fact, I would not recommend anyone using this organization. they just do not seem to care for the customer at all. read more

I bought my very first Jeep... A Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara edition from Wallace Jeep and could not be more thrilled with the service I received! Gene is great and I never felt pressured. He walked me through every step of the purchase, and answered all my questions. I used the USAA car buying service, but even without this their prices are very competive compared to other dealers. Even after the papers were signed, he took 30mins to walk me through all the ins and out of the vehicle, even appeased my photo op moment with the beast of a new vehicle I got! It honestly was a breath of fresh air vs. the experiences I've had with Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami Dade dealers. Terrible Buying Experience " - Streetrodder 2020 Rubicon Unlimited purchased. I was not given a chance to test drive it because it had the big box with the 2nd top inside. The salesman Christian delivered the Jeep to our home 9:15 pm on the last day of the month. High pressure from him and the Sales manager Houston, still no test drive. The next morning I drove it and it had a serious steering and wandering problem. It was all over the road. I immediately called and told Christian to cancel our deal and I was on my way back to drop off the Jeep. When I arrived at Wallace Jeep, I meet him and went to the manager Houston and told him the Jeep is not safe to drive and we wanted him to unravel the deal. His response was, You own it, and if you want to trade it on another vehicle you'll lose $2,500 and you will have to pay the dealer fees again. I told him absolutely no. I'm not going to lose money on a brand new unsafe vehicle, and his response was "What do you want us to do we don't manufacture them!" I told him when a customer brings a problem they expect a solution and I left. I called and asked to speak to Rusty Wallace, and he was unavailable. The manager said he would give him the message and I never heard back. We went to Ford dealer and told them about the steering issue and they took it in trade. I purchased a 2020 F150 Raptor at less than Invoice price. I suggest if your thinking of buying a 2020 Jeep Wrangler go to JlForum.com and look at all the owners with steering issues. Originally had a five star review, but I have since taken that down and posted a 1 star... If I could give a zero stars I would. Everything was easy at time of sale like it should have been. I have leased many cars and this would be the second from this dealership. One month after leasing the car I received a call from Shawna "the sales manager" stating that Chrysler funding was behind and she would have to collect my 2nd payment for the car and I should pay the dealership directly. Being this is not the first car I have bought/leased I thought this was weird so I called Chrysler direct and the corp office told me that the dealership had lied, Chrysler was not behind, it was that the dealership submitted the contract twice for funding but both contracts had errors on them so it couldn't be finalized.. The corp office apologized for the lie and stated I must pay the dealership until they finally get the paperwork correct. I made the payment and thought this nightmare was over. The next week after that I received a call from Chrysler corp stating that I need to pay the payment I just paid the dealership. When I stated I had proof she said that according to her system the dealership did not update any system... Then she asked me to call the dealership and have them update the payment to Chrysler.... This is classic....All I wanted to do is lease a new car... The process is simple unless you go here. No help from the corporate office and dealership... Save yourself time and aggravation, buy something else from ANYONE ELSE!! read more

I was ready to vent about any Jeep service department. But I can't this time. The work was done early and the people were nice and eager to help. The individual that set the appointment over the phone was a bit surly, but not a big deal. Nonetheless, DO NOT buy a Jeep, from anywhere or anybody. The Wrangler is thoughtlessly engineered and carelessly assembled with poor quality parts. Why do you think they are usually seen built up with aftermarket parts? Moreover, FCA's customer service is atrocious. Check out Consumer Reports or, for that matter, any automotive review source and you will see that there is a consistent theme. That is, the Wrangler is a poor handling, poor driving, impractical, basket case of incessant expensive failures and FCA will sooner give you the middle finger than lift different finger to help their customers. I have used it A LOT off-road (and I don't mean dirt roads) and it really is nothing special off-road. Even with A/T tires, it is not as good off-road as people say it is, both the Frontier and Tacoma are quite capable. Later in life you will be able to enjoy the money and time saved by purchasing a Nissan, Toyota, or Honda. If you have already made the same mistake that I have made, then at least the Wallace service department might be able to help you with a reasonable staff and in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Last week my wife and I viewed your website see very good deals on buying new cars alot of rebates after calling your Stuart location to make appointment to visit and take a look at two new cars I was greeted by James Mattox whom was very helpful and had nothing to do with what im about to explain to you . We sat down and went over what I was interested in 2019 dodge ram and 2019 jeep Cherokee .I gave him all my information as well as my trade in and were I would like my numbers to be at to make the deal work for both of us . After all the time spent there we were not able to come to the number we needed . As i was leaving I was approached by another manger who said he like to see he could do , He then came back with number that were way over what i said i needed to be at ,As i looked over his number i notice the discount that your internet had mentioned were not the same as his paper had said I asked him why and showed him the flyer that i had kept from the internet , he said there were special circumstances for those offer and not all will apply to this .We parted after that conversatation . Next day I was asked to come in and bring my trade in car so I left work for another day and lost another hour for the second time . After this being said we still had no deal . Over the weekend i received phone call as well as text messages from two different people ,Lisa Russell which mentioned she was Eddie assistant and would like for me to come back in so she could help me make the deal work . Then i received another call From Danielle who said she was quality control manager .This is were the story get interested and i have ALL the text messages from Danielle after texting and calling over the weekend on Monday 7/1/19 we had messages all day and finally she said we have a deal come on in I specifically said i do not want to waste any more of my time nor hers and i leave work again early to get to dealer and drive my new truck home and Guess what NO DEAL the manger Houston try to sell me on other vehicles and ask me for more money down this was not the deal we spoke about on the phone . after all this being said your Quality Control Manger send me a message saying sh is sorry and wanted me to come in because she gets paid off me coming in that very nice to know we are just a money sign in your employees eyes . I just want to let you and everybody who will receive this message that i plan on sending this to person that i can as well as online,Google ,BBB and much more this is not how to treat customers , I work for a fortune five hundred company .My wife is the a regional Property manager for a very well know company . AN my brother works for Benjamin Moore Paint which Leases all there vehicles from Dodge but the way we have been treated i think this me change his company mind for the up coming year. I knew it was going to be bad since the mask mandate expired because they never followed it when we were under mask mandate. But it was worse than I even expected. So many cars lined up at service center and no way to social distance in office you check in at. Two of the office staff had on masks, but of course the elderly gentleman I got stuck with had his under his chin. And he even coughed! I have been super careful this whole time and if I didn't have a service contract with them I would have walked out and took my business elsewhere. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past few years, but please believe I won't again. Also the last time I went I had a water bottle with a quote about science and a salesman even walked up to me with no mask and asked "why do we need science?". Um...wut? You do realize science is why we even have vehicles, right? If it was just ignorance it would be one thing, but they are straight up dangerous. Note I was getting a courtesy loaner car. I called the day before my appointment to ask if I could drop my car off later this afternoon. Missy in service stated "no problem" just be here before 5.
