I do not recommend that anyone bring their car here for anything. I have taken my car for oil changes at different Walmarts many times without any issues, but this location has been a problem. My specific situation is that I brought my car in for an oil change. First they told me they did not have the appropriate filter in the oil change area but did have it in the actual Walmart store. Despite it being the identical filter (same part number) since it was being taken from their store shelves I would have to pay more for it. I really needed the oil change so I agreed having no other real choices. When they finished I asked to confirm if they have filled the washer fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid, power steering fluid (all included in a standard Lube Service according to their signs). They said yes they had (the paperwork had all the boxes checked off) but I asked them to check again and none of them had been filled so after I asked they filled them. My car has never leaked oil so a few months later I noticed a puddle of oil where my car is usually parked (never noticed it before because the car is over it). I took it to my mechanic who showed me that someone forgot to place the washer on the drip pain when they drained it for the oil change. Mind you I had to leave my car with the mechanic all day and had to arrange for transportation to and from the mechanic twice. Now i am left wondering if they changed the oil filter or did any of the things that I cannot see. The other issues are that there are no customer service people available to assist customers in the auto area. The button that is supposed to call and associate doesn't actually call anyone. The staff doesn't actually speak to customers or let them finish a sentence when they are trying to explain their car's issue. I will not be coming here again because i don't trust them to actually change the oil or the filter. They could just lift and lower the car without doing anything.

Thinking about saving money at this WalMart for auto service? Think again. Go somewhere else, even pay more, rather than experience the pain of the awful service here. I've been here for both oil changes and replacement tires and every time I leave pissed. This auto department has no good leader and it shows. The workers are disorganized and lazy. A good barometer for a poorly run auto shop is that crap is everywhere. Yep, plenty of that here: carts, batteries, garbage litters the lot area, and discarded merchandise clutters the waiting area. Employees are apathetic even hostile. My oil change took 3 1/2 hours for now good reason. Be smart and go somewhere else!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THIS AUTO SHOP NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP!!! My boyfriend was looking for a "deal" on tires, now he wishes he spent the extra money on a reputable tire shop, so many regrets!!! We are moving across country and he scheduled an appointment & bought tires at this walmart. First we go there and without even looking at his car they send us to Pep Boys to get new lug-nuts when they have a HUGE sign that clearly says Lugnuts $10! Well we didnt have an appointment with pepboys so it took us 2.5 hours to wait, we get the lugnuts and head back to walmart where they are supposed to close at 8pm and THEY ARE ALREADY CLOSED!!!! We head back the next day where we drop the car off and stay in Walmart to shop, they said they would call when the car is ready, we walk out there and see the car in the parking lot.. THEY CLOSED THE SHOP HOURS EARLY AND STILL HAD HIS KEYS WHEN WE TRAVELED 45 MINUTES TO GET THERE!!! My boyfriend had to yell and scream at them to call the people who run the auto shop and when they finally got a hold of someone after 30 minutes.. THE LAZY PIECES OF **** WERE HIDING IN A BREAKROOM SOMEWHERE!!!!! If I could burn this place to the ground I would. And to top it all off they lost part of our rim!!! It doesnt get any lower than this place. PLEASE FIND A NEW JOB WALMART AUTO TEAM

    Clearly written signs for customers.

Poor service! I do not recommend. It was not possible to change the tires because there was no wheel wrench or tool to change the tires.

I walked in and asked for a quote for my WRX, a clutch and hydraulic replacement, and was given an estimate of over $6,000! After doing some research and checking with local Subaru specialists such as PM Autoworks, I found that TL's pricing was nearly double the market rate for both parts and labor. Unfortunately, TL Auto quoted $4,242.99 just for the clutch replacement, WITHOUT a flywheel resurface or a flywheel. PM Autoworks quoted $2,058.09 for the same job WITH an OEM flywheel. In my case, TL Auto is applying HUGE markups on basic OEM hardware. For example, TL auto charges $942.87 JUST for a "Genuine" clutch flywheel, AND $948.94 for a clutch kit, which comes out to $1,891.81 for BOTH. Fortunately, PM Autoworks charges $921.68 for BOTH the OEM clutch and OEM flywheel, and other parts that make up a clutch kit are also included in the price. TL quoted over $1,700 for the replacement of the master/slave cylinders. I was able to source the high-quality Japanese OEM parts (Seiken/Nabtesco) from PartsGeek for $280.10, and PM Autoworks charges 2 hours of labor (inquired after the quote) instead of the 4+ hours implied by TL's quote. By going to PM Autoworks instead of TL Auto, I am saving an HONEST $4,000 for the same work!! In my case, the price difference isn't just a few hundred dollars--it's thousands! If you work hard for your money, I strongly recommend that anyone, especially Subaru owners, AVOID the "general repair" markups at TL Auto. (See attached photos for proof of the price gap.) *** UPDATE*** Just got the work done (and then some) on my WRX by PM Auto. For all the work performed, the total was UNDER $3k! (Invoice in picture). It only took them 6 hours--straight up skills. TL Auto claims their pricing "reflects the quality of parts we use and the confidence we have in the work performed." That's fine, but high quality shouldn't be an excuse to charge an absurd markup for "exceptional service." They also claim their pricing includes complimentary rideshare and free loaner vehicles, yet a friend of mine who had work done there was never offered those services. Let's get one thing straight, PartsGeek is one of the BEST places to get OEM parts at a respectable price. Just because they are a "discount website" doesn't mean they aren't an equivalent comparison. They sell the exact same parts without the massive markup. Some businesses, like TL Auto, clearly don't like it when customers do their research and shop smart. Even more telling: TL Auto failed to admit they overcharged on their estimate for the SAME OEM parts that PM Auto sourced directly from the dealership. I'm sharing this to be transparent about my experience. I don't want others to be robbed by shops like this. I will never take my cars back there, and I'll be advising everyone I know to stay away as well. (Final invoice in the pictures)

After filling up my tank, I noticed that two of my tires had low pressure. I went inside and spoke with the attendant, who appeared to be of Indian descent--possibly Sikh--and politely asked him to activate the air pump. He nodded but then began speaking in Punjabi, saying something along the lines of "go get your air," followed by calling me a "POS." I responded calmly, letting him know I understood what he said and reminded him that I had asked respectfully. It was shocking and disappointing to be insulted after purchasing a full tank of gas. Initially, he insisted I pay for the air, but I informed him that under California law, gas stations are required to provide free air and water to customers who purchase fuel.
