Not very welcoming people. No greeting or anything. They looked at me and probably thought i was a kid. Im over 40. Funny thing was i was going to give them gratuity, there goes that. Was told by the initial person i was supposed to park inside after a car was removed. Once car was removed, i moved my vehicle inside and was told from a supervisor to get out. Lack of communication. Was told to come another time because i didnt have all 4 tesla lifting pucks to change out 4 tires. They couldnt do it one by one. So what happens if they get a a vehicle with 1 tire to change. Do they need all 4 pucks for that too? Came in the next day and was welcomed by Eugene. He was a breath of fresh air. Attitude was a total 180 compared to the previous day. Gave me an estimated time and finished the vehicle in a respectable amount of time. He should get a raise. Eugene was your saving grace guys. read more

I have been a loyal customer of this Auto Care department for years, but today will be my last visit. My experience was a "three strikes" failure in basic customer service. Strike 1: The Arrival. I sat in Lane 1 for 10 minutes without a single greeting. I eventually had to go inside, only to be told I "had to go outside" to be helped. When I went back out, staff ignored me until I finally had to call out for assistance. They claimed they couldn't help because they "couldn't find the tablet." Then came once they found it. And barely spoke to me. And gave a half ass apology."Oh no one came to assist you, sorry about that." Strike 2: The Billing Shell Game. When I went to pay, and noticed the total was higher than the consistent price I've paid for years. Even back in November 2025. Instead of a clear explanation, I was given a rotating door of excuses: first, it was an extra filter (which they then said was discounted), then it was the extra .5 quart of oil I ALWAYS need, then it was "oil and gas pricing," and finally, they blamed me for "not reading the fine print" regarding taxes. As an Operational Analyst, I value data and transparency; this was neither. But after everything was said and done I just paid, I'd already had a bad experience starting off and was over my interactions with this establishment. Strike 3: The Attitude. When I expressed my frustration, both when I first got there and with paying, the attendant and the manager stood there stone-faced. They provided zero "apologies" to me or exit instructions. But I loved how the manager apologized to the associate in front of my face under their breath and I heard them. I actually had to say "thank you" to myself and pick up the receipt off the counter because they were too "in their feelings" to be professionally courteous. As an African American woman in her mid-30s, I expect to be treated with the same respect as any other patron with a service. I work hard for my money and I will now be taking it elsewhere. This facility has lost a long-term customer due to sheer lack of professional courtesy and accountability. We are all struggling right now to do the things that we simply need to do like vehicle maintenance. It's a sad day when customer service is no longer a minimal requirement to be met and is a standard. read more

Came here for an oil change recently and was pleasantly surprised at the service I received! I called in the morning to make sure that they did oil changes, since I believe Costco does not, and they said it was first come, first served. Be aware, she did ask me what kind of car I had so I think they don't service ALL cars. I arrived around noon on a Friday and was helped immediately by one of the techs. He was super patient and knowledgeable. When it was ready, they called me. My only complaint is that there isn't great signage telling you where to go if you come from outside, which you kind of have to do in order to pull your car around properly. When I went to pay, the door out to the garage was locked so I tried to motion to someone through the window to open it, but he just pointed to the desk, which was unattended. After waiting for about 5 minutes I was able to go find someone in the store to help me. I believe he had been helping customers in a nearby aisle. Overall, quick and efficient! I was able to get some grocery shopping done and was on my way within about half an hour. read more

Came yesterday @107 degrees to get an oil change ac barely working, cool at first they got my info took my car in. like an hour after got a call from them saying they can't open the "oil cap", came back talk to guy he said cap was to tight, I was like fr, they did my oil changed the last time so they should figure out how to open it right. I was like it's supposed to a shop you don't have the tools to open it, response was like "its to much" lol I was hot. and they said if I can open it myself they will take care of it. I was like bet. it didn't even take me 5 minutes I got opened. after that keep getting push back for some stupid reason. But I already decided to take it elsewhere anyway. Zero stars would be more accurate considering they did zero work. After being told 3 times over 2 days there was a 3+hour wait; I arrived 45 minutes early on a Sunday to have a headlight replaced. As they are first come first served (per Alfred) I was expecting a quick in and out visit considering I was first in line. That was not the case. Well I guess it sort of was. When they finally opened a little after 7am I was quickly dismissed by Lando, as they were too busy with oil changes and tires. Got my wife's tires replaced at the Walmart auto care center at Arroyo Crossing. We went as a "walk in" just to see if they could get it done before our appointment and the staff took the car and didn't have any problems replacing the tires on the spot. The staff was extremely friendly and replaced the tires quickly. We barely had enough time to walk over the Chipotle and order before they called and said the car was ready for pickup! Thank you to the staff for making the tire change easy and seamless. Will definitely be going back for future auto service. read more

Had the worst tire experience with Walmart. I had a tire that couldn't be patched so I went back to Walmart as I had purchased a total of 6 new tires in the past year with warranty & road hazard for each (extra $120!!!). After replacing the tire I get charged $88 for a $95 tire?!?!?! Wtf?!?!? Supposedly it was due to the wear on it. Not one time when I purchased the previous tires was I informed you won't get tire for tire replacement value. I went to Walmart to have my oil changed. The young man called me back to my car stating there was an issue with my car. I have an oil leak and I shouldn't charge the oil at this time I should get the leak fixed first. And the technician stated there was a lose wire hanging under my car. He said it looked like it's from the AC. He asked is your AC working I stated yes it's fine. I was literally under my car in Walmart center. So I am leaving them with no oil changed because I got to get the leak fixed. I get in my car and drove around the corner I noticed my air conditioning is blowing out hot air now it's not working properly. I go back to Walmart and I let them know I'm not blaming anyone but why is my air conditioner blowing out hot air now and not cool. I asked the guy to plug in the wire that he seen hanging which must have come loose when he went into my car to change the oil. The technician stated that he was not a mechanic he couldn't plug the wire back in. I told him I just want my car in the same condition as I brought it in with my air conditioning working. I called the manager who stated maybe it was the last person who worked on my car which it was the guy at Walmart. I work from home all last year I rarely drive so this is my first oil change in a year that's how long I've had the car. So no one else has touched my car beside Walmart when I took it in two months ago to get new tires. Customer service in this town is terrible. I used to love coming to this location. I've been coming here for about 10 years getting all oil changes and tires worked on. During the week I noticed I had 2 nails in my tire. Made an appointment online to get my tire changed. My appointment was at 7am get to the auto center about 6:45am. When they start to open all the doors the worker came up to my car and asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. He said "well we're not doing any tires today so just go home and reschedule." I was baffled the way he said it. Then he said I could talk to the manger. Waited 50 minutes for a manger and no one came then 1 of the workers said they can change my tire. Almost an hour after my appointment time. Then he asked if I wanted a warranty on the tire I said "no". About an hour later I get a call saying it's ready for pick up. I show up ready to pay and get my car, and the worker charged me for the warranty. I told the worker checking me out I didn't want that and he said "well a technician has to rewrite the report and take it off." Then waited another hour to pay and get my car. By this time it is 10am. This place is so unorganized and very disrespectful. Will never be coming back. read more

They sent me on a goose chase around the store only to find that the tires were in the automotive center the whole time. I arrived at 7am and was first in line for tires. Spent a half an hour running around the store with two different associates trying to figure out where my tires were. Got back to the automotive center and was told the wait is now 4 hours at 7:30. This auto center is very close to my home so I have been here twice. Once for oil change and once for tire replacement. There is a very disrespectful man who I assume is in management position who in both times of my being there, spoke sarcastically to his staff. The second time, he spoke sarcastically to me because he told me something and I "argued" with him. I can handle assholes as long as they work good. However, each time I pull my car up for service I wait for at least 10 minutes for directions. The mechanics appear to hate their job (or working for that man) and try to turn customers away by saying things like, "it's going to be at least 4 hours. It's better to come tomorrow and get here early." In addition, there seems to be a lack of communication within the department. They couldn't find my keys for 5 minutes, they didn't understand that someone had ordered me a special tire and tried to make me "pick it up from web orders" despite my explaining. Some of the staff is friendly and they eventually do the job which is why I give 2 stars but they really need to improve their customer service. read more

They give you time frame for an oil change but it's takes about an hour to two more then the two hours that they said it will take, and then start to give you excuses of why it happen. Waste of time . If you're bored and want to spent 4 hours plus for an oil change go for it, if you have more important things to do with your time-stay away. read more

Everyone I spoke with in person and on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. Yes I had to wait about 2.5 hours for them to put a new tire on for me, but I expected that wait. They were very open and honest about the wait time and how many people were in front of me. Also, they are the cheapest for tires by about $20 and their roadside hazard (for an extra $10) is definitely worth it. I would 100% recommend this specific Walmart auto center for their tire needs. read more

The worst service I've ever received. I came when no one was here. The person who walked up to me seemed lost and didn't know what he was doing. He took over 10 minutes to print a sticker for me. It was cold outside and I was standing outside. He looked lost when I told him what type of oil. I went inside and waited for about 20 minutes and my car still wasn't started on. This is unacceptable. This place is usually good but this is terrible. Oil changes usually take 20 to 30 minutes not over an hour. The customer service here is absolutely terrible today. read more

My daughter has been getting her car oil changed with Walmart for her Hyundai 2016 since she purchased it back in 2018. Aug 2022 my daughter A. Harris went in for her normal oil change. As usual dropped off her keys started to shop 10 min later they call her to tell her the car is complete over the intercom. Which she found very odd and never normal for Walmart to do a oil change so quickly and call the person to come back for the car being ready in less than 10 mins. So, we live not even a mile away from Walmart she finishes shopping drives home parks for the night. The next morning she gets up to go to work and the freeway mind you is not even a mile from the house it's right behind Walmart to get on. As she was getting on the freeway the oil exploded from the car all over the freeway. Causing the engine to lock up on the car. We have been trying to get thing settled with Walmart since Aug 3 we have had to rent a car our selves they have placed blame upon us and passed the buck to have us try to use Hyundai as Tyler Beckman or Scott as he say his name is at ext 58266 because the have a bunch of recalls on Hyundai. He told my daughter that oil weight would not cause this sort of problem. But as she stated to him" are you a certified auto tech" "do you work on cars". Tyler Beckman or Scott at extension 58266 whatever his name is a fast talker I called to speak to him because the insurance is under my name as we have rental insurance. I am disabled I need to get back and forth to the Dr. Appointments, I had to get my daughter a rental on my fixed income due to Walmarts negligence that they are trying to pass the buck to another company and not help w/ anything or accept fault unless a ASE company which there Auto techs themselves are not but that's what they want someone to say or provide evidence that they cause this issue. Yes Walmart you did another company is only going to tell you what's wrong with the car not what cause the problem so you guys are pass the buck to try say well what else did the other company do to the car. No Walmart no one else wants to follow behind your work because of your screw up to blame anything on them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER! The only reason I give one star is because it will not allow me to give not stars. First off I request one brand on oil to be put in my vehicle and they put in a different brand. They did not get to customers, any until 720am when they open at 700am. There were two cars in front of mine for the service bay that I was using and an it took three and a half hours from opening to complete the work and this does not include the amount of time it took me to check out. Called on the phone and the guy told me " get here as fast as you can and we can fix your flat tire no problem" granted I live 2 mins away no exaggeration, I get there and one of the workers says they don't have time to fix my flat anymore, it was an hour before close they had 3 oil changes to do ( on small small vehicles super simple) and 2 tires to switch out ( already off the car) with more than one employee there not including the clueless dude who answered the phone, I told him there's no reason all that should take 45 minutes ( I worked as a tech throughout highschool ( 4 years) and then a tire tech before going away) but the worker told me it takes way longer because of skid plates not realizing I know that every car there had a hole for the oil filter drop and the oil plug wasn't under the skid plates. Walmart auto centers have terrible reputations and today I understood why , you hire some really really lazy fucking muppets, Hardly trusted bringing my car there for a simple 5 minute flat repair and now I'm definitely not going to any Walmart auto centers if these are the people you hire ‍ read more
