As I sat in the waiting area the kept getting walk ins and more appointments that were going to be delayed. The guy working argued with another customer because of the delay and the customer was upset because he was asked to come back the following day even though he had an appointment. It got a little awkward but my car was finally done. On my way home I get a check tire pressure alert. So they installed new tires and don't check the pressure! I noticed one of the tire rims was almost falling off this morning. It seems they don't double check their work. I would not come back here but I may have to if I keep getting tire pressure notifications.

Scripted, not personal. 3. I had an appointment for a routine maintenance, told it should be less than an hour. I went in the store was so slammed they said it could be more than 4hours. The store helped calm the situation and scheduled me a more appropriate appointment on another day. The store saved the day. GOODYEAR does not set their stores up to succeed with such tactics. Just go in, talk to them, don't waste your time on the phone. 4. The customer service email is even a worse situation. Be aware.

When I came by, Bruce was so nice and fun to talk to! He's so honest and helpful! No need to go anywhere else, unless you need auto body repairs, which they could recommend a place they trust. Anyway, I had taken my car to get a ton of recommended repairs to a kid who wanted to open his own shop, someday, and he did work for cheaper but took a month to get work done and I had to pay up front for him to buy parts. Not worth the hassle. In the end, time is money. Just come here and get honest repairs done and oil changes, etc. Ask for Bruce and tell him Esther sent you or you read my review. They did the same with my engine filter. Andrew broke down their service packages to me and I joined it without a second thought. I had a great experience and really appreciate Andrew's team for everything they did for me! Received a free oil change, free tire rotation, and even free windshield wipers with the package. I only paid 50% off of filters and the yearly package price. This package value was incredible.

I like the fact that the service takes place while you stay in your vehicle. The team there appears to be well trained and knowledgeable. I was a little put off by the numerous upsells they continued to propose while I waited for them to complete the work. Also, they are not cheap. Actually they are more expensive than having the dealership change my oil AND rotate my tires. However, they do the job in 15 minutes, vs 2 hours at the dealership. Finally, later in the day, I noticed a drop of oil on my driveway. Thinking this may have been an incidental bit of oil they failed to wipe down, I didn't give it much thought. However several days later, I found oil stains all over my driveway. I returned to Valvoline Express Care, fully prepared for them to disown responsibility for the oil leak. I was pleasantly pleased when the gentleman who I believe was the manager, immediately checked it out and said that when I had been there previously, they accidentally cracked the seal on the oil plug when they were tightening it up. In 10 minutes they repaired it and sent me on my way. So, points for acknowledging their error, and taking responsibility and repairing it. I understand there are frequently coupons available, and other promos that reduce the cost of the service. I suspect I will return if I can find a discount in the future.
