I had a question regarding the price but she Lured me in to bring in the car in the shop and would refuse to give me price over the phone. After fixing the car now I am 100% sure They used the wrong parts or they didn't put the sensor back ,as I need to push the brakes and the clutch to start the car .while previously I only had to press the clutch which is Ford standard!!!! They ruined my car and now I have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. There is no owner to contact to make a complaint. Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car. They will take too long for the things that they actually do and don't make up for an quality.

I came in for one simple request: to have my coolant topped off so I could drive my car to my regular mechanic who just completed a full inspection in October. Instead, they kept my car for almost two hours, despite me repeatedly asking what the delay was and reminding them I only needed the coolant topped off. I was then told they "couldn't see where the leak was" and would need to take parts apart to locate it. I clearly told them NO and again stated that I was taking the car elsewhere. They then said they would just top it off. Thirty more minutes later, they told me my car was ready and charged me $74.25. When I asked what work was done, they claimed they "fixed one leak" but said there was another leak that would require more time and money. That makes no sense, because when I arrived, there were only minor drops. After leaving their shop, the leak was suddenly much worse, and nearly all of the coolant they added leaked out. I brought my car in with a simple request and left with a bigger problem than I started with. This experience felt misleading and unnecessary, and I would not recommend this place especially to women unless you are prepared to closely monitor everything they do.

He then suggested to replace a couple of air filters which I just replaced back in Feb and did not look that dirty. He seemed very unhappy about not selling me anything. Then after changing my synthetic oil he hands me the new sticker which only had 3,000 miles until the next oil change, not the normal 5,000 miles. When I asked about it he said it wasn't that big of a deal. That's just what the system recommended. I asked to speak to a manager. Then Brandon (the manager) appeared and I informed him my concerns about the sticker to remind me for the next oil change was only 3,000, not the normal 5,000 for using synthetic oil. He said that Valvoline had changed the system at the first of the year 2026. I pointed out that my last oil change was in February 2026 and was good for 5,000 miles?? He had no explanation and told him that lying about the information I brought up wasn't appropriated. When I looked up how many miles synthetic oil should be replaced I found out that the mileage should last 7,500 to 10,000 miles. I find it very sad that Valvoline would hire people of low integrity. I have lost trust in this company and they are hiring people of low morale integrity.

Was pretty busy today so oil change took a little longer than usual. Service was great. About 4 employees total messed with my car because they were so busy. Needed the 'service required' computer message to be reset. Sadly I bought my car used and it had no manual. One of the two female employees knew right what to do after three males didn't. We need more females in automotive positions. Overall great experience.
