The photo center has the worst service ever. First I ordered 2 11x14 prints for one hour service over a week later and still nothing. I went in the manager told me he didn't know what I could do about it. Called walmart they gave me an 800 number to call so I did that. After half an hour on the phone they told me it shows a processing but that they would cancel it and return my money. So I go ahead and order a new one. I then receive an email saying I can't cancel because it shows as processing. I now have same problem with the new order. So I have now paid for 3 photos for nothing. I would recommend that people go somewhere else for their photos. read more

SERIOUSLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I came here to exchange and return an online purchase. The girl at the counter looked at the receipt like it was the weirdest thing she ever saw. She tried to return my purchase but didnt know how. She told me she was new so I told her it was fine (since I know how difficult it is working on the floor in the first week.) She told the other employee next to her to help her and she said "wait." Then the other girl continues to do her own shit- pretending to put items back and "fixing" the counter- when I'm there waiting for her fat ass to return my motherfucking purchase. Then both employees start talking and laughing while I'm just standing there waiting for them to do their job. It took them 30 minutes to finally return my purchase. Then the employee starts lecturing me that I cannot exchange an online purchase to a store. But she said she'll let me do it this time. WTF. THIS IS WALMART, NOT GUCCI. GET OFF YOUR FUCKING HIGH HORSE. WALMART ACCEPTS EVERY FUCKING RETURN NO MATTER WHAT, DUMBASS. To top it off, she told an old lady that she could not accept the return of a DVD, though it was unopened and sealed and she had her receipt. The worst Walmart I've been to. It was so crowded inside and the layout of the place is just a big mess. The walkways were very tight and small and they even stacked up merchandise inside the walkways. While I was walking, I think my shopping cart knocked down a few boxes of the diapers in area where they were selling make ups. My purpose to the store was to buy some salmon filet and ended up learning that they don't even have a fresh meat sections. I needed pictures developed rather quickly for my husbands celebration of life gathering I had. I sent them in 5 hours before this event to the walmart in Duarte, Ca.. I stopped by there to pick them up and they said they did not have a record of them. I went back home and sent them in a 2nd time. This time I got the confirmation notice. To make a long story short. I never got the pictures. They told me I should get an email from them when they are ready. So I had to do without the recent pictures for my collage. As of today, 3 days later i still have not received an email from them. They have false advertisement. they do not have a 1 hour photo developing department here. My husband had passed away and this was suppose to be for the guest to be able to look at his memories. Unbelievable. I tried calling several times. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE THERE. I called at least a dozen times over 2 hours to the main number and half those attempts i selected the electronics department. This store is so unorganized and they are always out of stock of alot of there items. Not much of a selection. I sometimes go to the one in glendora and they have everything there. Everything is much more organized and cleaner. Thank you Walmart for making my husbands celebration on life collage happen. read more

This Walmart is horrible! There are a couple workers that have worked there for many years Rebecca (Becky)(in toys or front-end) and Sandra(in sporting goods) who always go out of their way to help me in anyway they can. But all the rest of the people working there suck! They're rude and its obvious they hate their jobs. They give me problems everytime i go to the money center. They give me problems over cashing a $80 payroll check because my address on my check doesn't match the address on my ID. Where all the other walmarts say "no problem" and the lady working the money center says "i can only cash 2 checks at a time" really? They're only for $80 each. But it never got that far because of the address problem. And the money center people are just so rude. Never a smile or "how are you?" After getting terrible service from an online order from a so called Hope with terrible attitude and Christopher ( Supervisor from an Orlando Location) who told us our order actually never shipped, he did offer a discount but on a new order which was gonna take few more days and we had to pay for the item AGAIN! As I was online about to make the order again I found the item ( bunk bed )available at this location in Duarte, I call later and Steve picks up-very serious voice over the phone. I've been to this location a handfull of times... And the people in this store are pretty scary looking. I went to get some spare keys made for my employer, Home Depot was out of stock of the specific keys, I needed and the guy suggested I got to Walmart. As I walked in i immediately noticed baseheads in front of the store and inside hanging out by the restrooms. WATCH OUT before you shop at Walmart. Note that the return policy for simple day to day item like laundry detergents is only SEVEN DAYS. Yes, "7" day as REPEATEDLY by the customer service manager Kelly. Also, the other thing to note is that customer service at return center is less than satisfactory. Be sure to ask for your original receipt back for a refund because they will 'lose' it right away so that you WON'T be able to complete your survey about prior purchase. Worst off, when I went back for my receipt, I have been told by the associate manager Mikee that he might have given my original receipt to another customer by mistake. In a nut shell, customer service at return needs improvement and the return policy of 7 days for new & unused laundry detergents doesn't seem reasonable. Lesson of the day is that if you value better customer service and return policy, I would recommend shopping at Target which is less than half a mile away. hope this review helps other people who are considering shopping here. read more

Lets face it folks, wal mart is wal mart. Its a huge warehouse that specializes in low cost, large variety. This isnt Nordstroms and I think it should be judged for its relative merits. So for what I get, I think it should be fairly rated. They have very good prices, and best of all, a HUGE variety of goods. I really dont need to go anywhere else, unless I need furniture or plant a tree :). They have self-checkout stands and a large number of them so I can get out quickly. Their hours are very wide, so if you hate the traffic inside the store, you can show up at 6am if you want. :o Sure, the customer service is not that great, and the return line stretches forever with only 1 person manning it...but again, I grade fairly on what I think the product is delivering, and they do. 4 stars, I go around 7am, nobody there, get in and out fast... even with a return. :) read more
