Food is alright. I've ordered a California roll and kani salad to go, but it took half hour long to get my order ready.

Was introduced to this place by a friend who lives near by and who was talking about it all the time. And after trying it became a fan myself. The best thing about this place is their consistency. I ve been here about a dozen times now and always leave satisfied. Besides good selection of fresh fish they also have fresh oysters in season. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this place for over a year and a half now. It's a little bit more expensive than your average sushi restaurants but you get your bang for your buck. The sushi is always fresh and delicious! They provide excellent service; the waitress is welcoming and pleasant. They have the best Kani Salad I've ever had by far. Came here with the family one night for a birthday celebration. I like their prices and the food were good. Nothing really stands out like. The sushimi were good but not like extra fresh...but good enough. Just like all Japanese restaurants in the area, it's really chinese operated and the chefs were chinese. This is ok but don't expect super good sushi or anything exotic.service was excellent but that could be that it was not busy at the time. I would recommend this place for occasional lunch/dinner but not you really want excellent sushi. read more

The sushi is pretty pricey here, and not worth paying for. The only special thing to get from here is the galaxy eel. Which is almost $10.

This used to be my favorite Sushi spot in Brooklyn where you can have all you can eat Sushi for a good price, but the last 2 times I was there the strong smell of fish was a turnoff! If you can smell a strong scent that means the fish is not good! Sorry Wasabi this is where we part ways!!! read more

I'm actually giving this place a 3.5, not a 3. I went here when Sake sushi was too crowded. It was definitely better than I expected it to be. The miso soup was nice and salty and the sea weed wasn't stale. The sushi rolls, smoked salmon sushi, and custard sushi were all really great. The only problem I had with this place was that it took a very long time for our food to come. On top of that, when I asked the waitress if she could prepare for me a "shrimp avocado roll", which wasn't on the menu, she said that it would cost $5.50, which I thought was unreasonable, since the roll is pretty basic, and I normally get it at other places for about $2.75. Usually quiet and the food is decent but the food quality has gone down a bit. Tonight three tables in the back decided to turn the place into a lounge and the guy who was in charge decided to join them. Way too loud! I've been here twice. First time was lunch buffet, second time was dinner buffet with a few friends. The first time i had about 8 rolls and they were all good. The second time, about 8 people ordered AYCE and after ordering the fifth roll, the rice in every sushi piece tasted sour. I think that was our cue that they didn't want us ordering anymore. I don't blame them because we were gonna clean em out lol. I guess just stick with ordering individual rolls and entrees. Rolls aren't that expensive here. The waitress is really nice and the interior/seating is pretty. Go here if you're neighborhood. read more

Terrible. The presentation of the sushi was mediocre and the taste was below average. It took them excessively long to bring out the food after we ordered. A bit on the expensive side but you trade it for the quality. If you want an upgrade from that over-hyped place I call Sake then you came into the right place. We ordered the sushi boat and the sushi was okay. They gave more in the past. The udon noodle soup was overcooked. Our waitress and waiter were nice and always there when we needed them whether that was ordering more food or refilling drinks. They were very helpful. read more

Go-to sushi place. I go here at least a few times a month and it's one of my regular places. Amazingly kind staff, great food, and relaxed environment overall. Gets rambunctious on a Friday night but I guess that's to be expected! Highly recommend the Baked Oysters and Hana Maki for an appetizer. read more

Awful. Completely awful. The staff is horrendous and completely incompetent! They did nothing to assure me my table was going to be ready soon and even ignored me when I tried to order! The food was OK at best. They did not have a great variety of healthy or rice less rolls. They also did not have brown rice. So of you are looking to eat healthy sushi, this is not a place for you. read more

I usually get my sushi from Chikurin down the street but i was feeling like trying something new today. I was greeted as soon as i walked in. The menu says that all classic rolls are $2.50 each from 12PM-4PM. I ordered spicy salmon, philadelphia and chicken tempura rolls for take out. Chicken tempura rolls are not on the menu so i had to ask. I waited 15minutes for my order. The service is alright i guess but the sushi was really bland. The chicken tempura rolls were literally just seaweed and rice with a little mayonnaise and a piece of chicken inside. The spicy salmon was tasteless and cream cheese was all I could taste from the rolls. I was hoping that it would at least be as good as chikurin. read more

been here on more than several occasions, the food is always great, never made me sick one bit, the service is wonderful! this is the only restaurant that i can think of where the staff is very fast and attentive and friendly the sushi is always served at a decent time (which is good since my stomach likes to talk to me when it has to wait too long to be served) if youre a drinker, like me, then the downside is that they do not serve drinks but they do have beer for all you beer lovers out there :) read more
