DO NOT USE THEM. I will stress again, do not use this people. The experience from last time when Nga came out was completely different than what I experienced today. My water softener would not fill, so I scheduled a diagnostic for $100. When they came out and I showed them that the brine fill process was not working and that likely the brine injector valve or screen needs to be cleaned, the technician said they do not do any diagnostic or repair, but that I would have to buy a new system for $2.5K. Who in the right mind would pay for a new system without any kind of diagnostic? And they have the audacity to charge $100. I paid it reluctantly to the Venmo # they gave, which clearly states @Nga-Ngyun-WFP (WFP = Water Filtration Products). They then had the audacity to claim that this was NOT their account and asked me to pay again. I refused, and the technician had the audacity to start kicking my door. I filed a police report on these people and will NEVER allow them in my residence ever again. Once again - DO NOT USE. read more

I was looking to replace our old Rayne Water Softener and I was happy my partner recommended WFP. From start to finish, they were super. They were professional, honest, great workmanship with the plumbing, and they didn't try to up sell me products I did not need. My partner have told me I am very particular and OCD about things having to be done correctly the first time and WFP had exceeded my expectations. Duc the owner/installer arrived on time and was prepared for the installation. He was efficient, explained the installation, and the expectations post install. After installation was completed, Duc noticed there was a small leak at the pre-filter seal and he explained to me sometimes that was expected and to contact him if the leak did not stop in a few days. After a few days the small leak did not stop. I contacted them and Duc returned and resolved the tissue. I would recommend WFP and would continue to use them in the future. read more

Previous homeowner had a system from WFS that was unusable when I moved into the home. When I purchased their $165 maintenance, there was no assessment to determine why the previous system stopped working, and they proceeded to accept my money and install filters that failed entirely within 2 months. In addition to the failed filters, the first ones they swapped in caused our drinking water to have a terrible stench (I regret having to say this but I believe USED filters were apparently installed - there is no other explanation for the terrible smell from "new" filters that I ensured was not coming from our water source). Nga chose not to provide a refund due to the failed filters (no water passed through their system at all after 60 days) and they blamed me as the customer. They are the water filtration experts and should have analyzed the previous filters to determine there was an issue that couldn't be resolved by replacing them. It does not matter how many times they sent their technician out to "help" because it is a problem that should not have arisen in the first place, again because their experience should have made them aware there was a problem in the first place. An ethical business would provide a refund for a product that fails in 2 months. The decision not to provide a refund is an unethical take-your-money-and-run business decision. I would encourage new buyers to think twice. read more

Overall a good product. I feel better drinking clean water. The reason for only 4 stars is the quality of the plastic. The handle on the waste water tank gets pitted and stains easily. This concerns me regarding bacteria, even though I do wash it weekly as recommended. Wish I could replace just the handle instead of having to buy a new one. Have had it for 2 years now. Occasionally the purified water tank leaks, so I do have a baking pan underneath to catch the drips. read more

They did an awesome job at the rental property for the under the sink system. I knew at that time when I bought my new house I would want them to install my whole house filtration system. Not at all professional. The guy was alright but the lady was very rude and unprofessional. We asked them to install a very expensive 9 stage filtration system that we had bought from Amazon. Because we did not buy it from them, the lady would tell us that it is not a good system every time we talked to her, even though there were 100s of reviews of the system on Amazon and rating was 4.5*. They agreed to install the system the next day. After the guy came and installed the system. We found that there was a water leak which was dripping water in our sink cabinet (not his fault). We called them about the leak and the lady said they will come in 3-4 days as they do not have time. I was upset because for getting the job they had time next day but to fix a leak they would come in 3-4 days. After I got a little upset her husband came the next day to look at the leak. It was not his fault and he did tighten the screw which was causing the leak (that was really good). After that we found out that he had not installed the system per instructions. He used the wrong clamp to secure the filters, so every time we touched them they would detach from the fixture and fall down. He also used tape to connect the waste water pipe to our drain instead of an actual clamp. I called them again and the lady said she will talk to her husband and let me know when they can fix it. She never called back. We tried again and still no answer. My dad was very upset and so he fixed it himself. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

After much research and Nga patiently answering all my questions I decided to go for it. I went with a 6 stage system with an Alkaline filter for remineralization. I am very happy with the results, water in my area is pretty good to begin with, ~25 TDS, and after its less than 5 TDS as well as a pH of around 9.
