There ended up being a follow up appointment, which he was very transparent about, to replace an old cast iron pipe that was visibly leaking and cracked, among other things, to which we were given a camera footage. 1 thing I was admittedly wary about in hindsight is that I didn't receive an invoice before the work actually began. Despite that, I found John was very helpful and polite, and his work looked clean and thorough. When he figured out which pipe was at fault, he then said he'll call the main office for a quote and seemed like he was in a big hurry and was trying to rush off as I still had questions and another issue I wanted to address. In the middle of our conversation he was walking and talking and just couldn't get away fast enough.
