These guys have the best customer service that I have seen in a water store. They are strictly enforcing the social distancing rules that are in place right now. I drove to several different places looking for distilled water and many of them were crowded with people standing side-by-side. The staff here at water Spring do not let you get inside the building. They tell you to stand at least 6 feet apart, at first my reaction was " you don't have to tell me where to stand", then I remembered the times that we are in and the safety concerns that we all have. Everyone working is wearing a mask and wearing gloves, I have never felt more safe with a purchase than I did here when it comes to coronavirus. Normally great service. They will do near everything from taking to loading into your car. Today however I'm very frustrated at the procedures the owners seem to be following. After taking my credit card, by hand, to pay for my water the manager insisted I stay by my car while I wait for my water. I was uncomfortable with not having gotten my card back. I had to ask three times before the manager got frustrated, swung his cart aggressively and made me pick up my credit card from the cart it was left in. Why should I have to be made to feel like crap for wanting to ensure that an important piece of my person, a friggin credit card, was safely back in my hands before having to walk back out into the parking lot. Does waiters and waitresses make you sit at your car while they process your payment? I think not. Normally great service, go when it isn't busy and the manager isn't frazzled. read more

After our go-to water store closed down without notice, (also stealing our money from prepaid water) I was in a mild panic as we were hitting the cold/flu season when our humidifiers are on every night. The amount of places that offer distilled water is very limited, and none unfortunately local for us. I am soooo thankful we found Water Spring! 1. Their service is far superior to the other store. I used to juggle an infant seat while pushing my water cart filled with 2x 5 gallon jugs and a 3 gallon. The fact that they carry it from my car, fill it, and load it. I wanted to hug them but for now I'll just make sure I tip them. *queue the water works* I no longer procrastinate to grab water! 2. Their prices are unbeatable. Even if we moved, Water Spring would be well worth the money because we were spending twice as much before! Small side notes: love love this location. Best and freshest tasting water. The best part is that they will take your water bottles from you, fill them up, and load them in your car. One less hassle for you. I have known Sawyer for eleven years now as his customer. About three years in, I moved to Campbell for two years. The water wasn't so great from places I could purchase from. I drove all the way back to Santa Clara for the water and service from Water Spring. I returned to Santa Clara in late 2015. Tell him I sent you. I have never steered anyone wrong. Go try it and tell me what you think. Buy a card to get water at discounted rate per a gallon. It is more expensive at the Glacier vending machines or in the groceries stores that have them. We've been going to Water Spring for years now and have always enjoyed friendly, helpful service AND good water! If one of the two "5-minute" parking slots are available in front of the store, you'll be greeted by a Water Spring employee before you turn your engine off. They'll take your empty water jugs, rinse them out and fill them up very quickly. They'll then return the full jugs to your car for you. Cost-wise, Water Spring is right on the money (no pun intended). I tried another water store closer to home and did not have either the service or good-tasting water I was used to from Water Spring. They sell a number of water dispensers or "coolers" for any decor or purpose. Also available are water-related products you might have a hard time finding elsewhere; like the hydration back-packs and C02 pellets & spritzers for making your own bubble water. They also stock salt-free water softener pellets. There's also an automated water dispenser machine if you should need your water after-hours. If you're anywhere in the Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, West San Jose area, give Water Spring a try. I strayed once, but won't do it a second time. read more

these guys are GREAT! super friendly and efficient. Like other reviewers have said these guys will bring your bottles from your car.. rinse your bottles, fill 'em up and then bring them back out for you. its 30 cents a gallon but if you prepay, you can get purified water for 25 cents. They have some other types of fancy water too like mineralized and extra purified distilled.. i haven't tried them but i figure they're pretty good too. the store has convenient hours.. i think 9-8 every day...thanks water spring for being so great! read more

I have been coming here for years since we have a few 5 gallon containers we fill regularly. The service here is AMAZING! The employees will take the containers, clean and fill them up. They also put them back into your car in record time! Probably faster than it takes to pay! They have great prices! Also a HUGE selection of hydro flasks. I've recently purchased 2 from here for me and my brother and they even sanitized and filled the bottles with water for us. Their prices for hydro flasks are way better than any sports store that carries them! Even when they are busy they are still pretty fast at loading and refilling the containers. This is the best water service center in the area and I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else! read more

This place has very good customer service. There are three water dispensers outside that are open 24-7. I like that the employees will clean out your bottles of green algae starts to grow in them too. Just ask them to clean your bottles and they will. There is plenty of parking too. The parking lot is big so parking is never a problem. read more

This is a clean and courteous water service. They offer a range of containers and several water types. I use distilled. Even if the start-up price seems steep for 2 3-gallon glass jars, the re-fill charge is cheap and they load your bottles into your car. They also have plastic jars with and without spigots. They'll even fill your own containers. Does California know the rare advantage of such service? Do not take this for granted. Your health more easily can improve with clean water. read more

I had been using a filter in my apartment and became very unsatisfied with constantly changing the filter and having the water taste "different", not necessarily a bad taste but unsatisfactory. My wife recommended that we invest in a water dispenser. She recommended this place because she remembered that she would come here as a child with her family. We arrived with several questions about the materials that were optimal for us, in regards to the dispenser, how to clean it and several other questions. We were helped out by a courteous young man that was very well spoken and professional. He answered all our questions and gave great advice for our specific needs. First time at this place... they blew my mind! I pulled up and was approached by 2 strapping young lads! They quickly assisted me on removing the empty water containers out of my vehicle, rinsed the containers and proceeded with filling them. I walked back to open my car door for them to put it in the back seat, i walked back in to pay (i think it was $3.50=11Gallons) I turned back around and they have already loaded the bottles into my vehicle and they even took the time to place a seat belt around the bottles so they don't go flying around in the back seat. I think I was there for about 3 minutes! HFS that was fast! Some people say it's a little bit pricey for the water here but it's the service they provide which was phenomenal! read more

Great place ! Awesome service ! Its always neat and clean. Service is awesome. The owner is a very polite guy and will win your heart by his great service. He makes sure his boys are giving great service to all customers. I have been taking their service for almost a decade now. Today, I thought I would just leave a 5 star rating review for them as they deserve it. As soon as you arrive with your bottles, the boys will attend you and make sure they get the bottles from your hands. They will fill up the water quickly before giving it a quick rinse and load it in your car or truck. Not only their water tastes good, but their service is really awesome. Never seen such a mind blowing service in Bay Area. I hope they get more customers and his business keeps growing. They also sell different size of bottles from 1 gallon to 5 gallon, small water bottles - hot and cold. The water tastes great. I used to lose so much hair each day when drinking the city water, and I don't lose as much hair now. My digestive system feels better as well. Blessed to to have been raised drinking this water and love coming back as an adult. Got to love the prepaid card and the fact that 12 gallons of fresh water cost less than $5. Also convenient that they have the outdoor fountains so you can drink fresh water ANYTIME. It's hard to describe the experience of coming to this water store. It's a thankless thing to go get water and yet these guys make the experience so easy. As other reviewers noted, they literally go out of their way to help you. The first time I went there, I was blown away and a bit shocked by their service. I went back and got the same level of service. This time, before I was even out of the car, they were already looking for the jugs in my backseat. Before, I had closed my driver door, they had already opened the door, pulled the jugs and were on their way to fill them up for me. All I needed to do was go pay for the water. I'm so used to doing all the work myself due to my experience at other stores. I was talking to my wife about them and was pondering just how much that level of service is worth. I concluded that I would pay as much as 10 cents per gallon over the going rate of other places for the kind of service they provide. When it comes to loading the water, they take it to the next mile as well and fully take it to your car, no matter where you are in the parking lot. Then, they fasten it down and then close the doors for you. Amazing. I hope other water customers come here more often. We really need companies like this in the world to thrive. Easy 5 stars. How did I even end up here ? A dude gave me a Hydro Flask as a gift a few weeks back. After a few days of bringing it to work and marveling about how it keeps my water cold all day, The Trophies wanted each for themselves. Enter me at the Water Spring store one day with my Trader Joe's jute shopping bag...with a mission ! I pre-called earlier that day to ask the owner of the place to see if they had the colors I had been asked to see if they have . He had them set aside for me like we agreed over the phone and I picked them up from the store. I purchased my Hydroflask bottles here for my 3 teenagers. The store has other brands too. Parking in the vicinity isn't bad. It's in a strip mall by Homestead and San Tomas, next to a Ross Dress for Less and Sumiya Yakitori - like sandwiched (as if this was the dressing, it's there, in the middle). The water store is very clean and apparently not the typical water (in my experience) shop (??) . People come in and the staff get their water bottlesfilled for them while they listen to The Beach Boys ! During my days of getting water from a store, it's fill your own water bottle. Best water purification center in all of the Bay Area. I kid you not. My dad (owners if you're reading this - my dad Vi Vu [old Vietnamese man] says hi) has been going to this place to fill our water jugs since 90s. As long as we have had tasty water in our household, we've been going to Water Spring!. They used to be closer to Kiely Blvd next to the bank, but those days are long gone. But they got a better & larger facility in the same plaza. You want different types of water they have it. You want friendly service they have it in abundance. You want someone to help you put the jugs of water in your dad's truck because he's getting too old to do it, they've got that too. If you haven't got the message yet, I love this place. Wonderful customer service, super friendly and always helpful! You can choose to pull up in front of their store and they'll come out and grab your bottles and refill it for you. They'll carry it out to your car, no need to even step out of your car or break your back!! AWESOMENESS! You try to remember you...and your name, LOL! I think it's a superb idea for the elderly, fragile, and sickly. :) Very sad to say that I'm moving away from this place and won't be using their service any longer, but I will definitely recommend it! My family has being coming to Water Spring for years now. I think it was about 25 cents/gallon at the time but with the economy, they've raised it to 30 cents. At Water Spring, you don't even have to get out of your car. Pull up, they come out and grab your bottles. fill them up. put them neatly back into your car. you give them the money. You're on your way in no longer than 5-10 minutes depending on how busy the place is. It might cost you a few cents than other places but water spring is definitely worth it. C'mon, you just have to show up, pay and leave! Sometimes when you go in, the guys even make conversations with you and everything. The hours are great and they're always in a good mood. They offer premium purified water for a bit more if anyone's interested. I personally haven't tried it but if you're extra particular about your water, you should try it. You can also get the prepaid card for about 30 gallons, I want to say? So in the end, it comes out to be about 25 cents/gallon. These guys know what they're doing and are good at it. Seriously, ditch wherever you go for water that makes you get out of your car and do all the work and let these guys do it for you. You'll love it. read more
