Night cap at the bar and breakfast buffet in the morning. Juices and coffee were included with the breakfast. Typical hotel prices. Had great experience both times.

So I have said this before but I will say it again, I enjoy a good lobster Mac and Cheese. And this place had some, and to my surprise it was not too bad. It was as creamy as can be however the lobster was a little dry. But, still pretty good. My wife got the oysters and she enjoyed them as she said it was not bad as well. End of the day, keep in mind it's a restaurant in a hotel so you can't really ask for much. But for a hotel restaurant, I give it a "try it out why not". Service - 10/10 Ambiance - 10/10

This is a great hotel restaurant. The clam chowder was really delicious. I expected less and it was thick, creamy and full of clams. The service was good. We went on an off hour around 4pm and got in with no wait.

Went for the Boston restaurant week experience, over all the food was okay and the service felt a bit rushed.

Loved the service here. Antonio is one great drink maker. He maid this strawberry martini that tasted like strawberry juice. So good. The food is good too, it's a nice lol place.

After a long day walking around Boston we ended up at the water. Where do you go for a drink? A busy tourist laden bar or restaurant? If that's your vibe there's plenty but we wanted to decompress a bit. Marriott Long Wharf has the Waterline - bar/restaurant. There is a view of the water and a vey calm vibe. Our server was attentive but let us chill and talk over cocktails. The dark and stormy was good, the aperol spritz was light and yummy! Had the wings with sauces on the side - very crispy and good. The Cobb salad was a nice blend of freshness. If you want to get away from the crowds for an hour drop in!

I enjoyed the turkey club on Monday and the cheeseburger with fries Tuesday and unfortunately things went down hill from there, but not because the food was bad. be more as in the service. I ate there Thursday and Friday and was disappointed with the bartender and lack of service mainly asking for water several times.

The Waterline is inside the Marriott Long Wharf. They have a kids menu which comes with two sides. I had the blackened chicken avocado sandwich that was delicious! The hostess was great! She knew I was there to celebrate my niece's 10th birthday and she told our waiter Mike. He sang a beautiful happy birthday to her and she was so happy! Between his lovey voice and the live musician we were pleasantly pleased with our experience.

This is the butter left behind even after they drained my breakfast. Gross

Went here for breakfast as it was the obvious option since we were staying the in the hotel for the wedding. I regret not venturing out for this meal, even though it was not breakfast. Service - boy was that lacking. We had a few issues and had to flag down our waiter every time. He was pleasant enough, just seemed uninterested in waiting tables. Whoops! He gave 3 of the 4 of of us water, guess they were experiencing a water shortage that day. I had to share with my husband, luckily he does not have cooties. Food - Paula Dean's restaurant uses less butter than this place, yuck! I ordered the crab, mushroom, spinach, and potato scramble. It came sitting in a half inch of melted butter. I could see the dish glistening across the restaurant. Since I hate sending food back, I opted not to, I just had them drain my food on the waiters recommendation. In hind sight I should have just had them remake it as everything had already been saturated. I figured I would nibble on my english muffin while I waited for my food to drain and guess what I found, nooks and crannies filled with butter. Drat. My husbands $18 scrambled eggs looked and tasted like they were scooped from the buffet, though his bacon was quite tasty and we managed to get 2 of the 3 pieces crispy. Decor/Ambiance - It was fine, nothing special. Nice views of the side of the harbor though.

The food is overpriced. But it is convenient as if your staying the Marriott longwarf it is located in the hotel.

It was a Sunday night and we didn't feel like going far for a meal. That's when we put the voucher to use as the Capiz is in the lobby of the hotel. We went for an early dinner. Walking into the restaurant, no one was there to greet us and there was no host stand. Finally, a server (who also turned out to be our server) told us to pick where we wanted to sit. We chose a four-top table. When it was time to order, we were dealing with a limited menu. I chose lobster quesadillas, which were listed under "appetizers". My husband chose the fish and chips. The quesadilla was sloppily made. Some pieces had hardly any cheese or lobster in them. Other pieces were overloaded with lobster and cheese. While it was all edible and the lobster was properly cooked, it still was underwhelming. My husband said the fish was well prepared, flaky and crispy at the same time. There were too many French fries, making the plate a bit messy. In a pinch, Capiz did fit the bill as we didn't feel like going far for a meal that day.
