I got the classic burger with some modifications, such as adding mushrooms. The mushrooms were very good and felt like eating meat. The meat itself doesn't really taste like much and I got swiss cheese because the American cheese costs an extra dollar. In hindsight, I should've got pepper jack cheese or the American cheese because the swiss cheese didn't taste much. The meat did have nice char flavor though and was fresh. The kiosk that I ordered on was really sensitive and I didn't notice that I added something I didn't want.

This is the WAYBACK burger you see from Milpitas portion of 880 freeway . You can't tell if it has a drive thru or not or if it's even OPEN for business for that matter because the Front side is the other way. It's connected to a STARBUCKS that has a drive thru . WAYBACK BURGERS is dining room and take out only. It's a very odd setup and so far from the freeway exit even though it's next to the freeway if that makes sense. Also there is a chevron gas station mini mart with a car wash next to it. I finally found this place is actually in business and today was my first visit . The directions to this place is very bizarre making you go into a rectangular loop and hidden to the side of the gas station . Inside was very nice they have an easy kiosks, wonderful menu. 2 Hispanic ladies working one who knew English well and the other not very much. I ordered two item s onion rings and Cajun tater tots a huge box I might add . But the minus one star is the time it took to get my order- 25 Min almost and they was only one order ahead of me. So they need to get fixed and up to par with speed otherwise everything else is superb . Great little hidden place has plenty of parking lot your headed to the South Bay and need some food for your drive to Santa Cruz or Monterey. Shakes are advertised a lot of their app and inside the place. The kids will email and text when your food is ready. These are franchiseable for anyone interested btw.

Been here a few times now when we've been in the area, and each time, we're always pleased with the service! Everything is made fresh and tastes delicious. We're a big fan of the favorites boxes, but have had the burger meals too. They're always yummy. Cheese fries are a go to for us also. We recently tried the chicken strip box and were pleasantly surprised with how good the chicken was. The seasoning was perfect and the tenders were crispy yet juicy. It's always clean inside, and service is always friendly. Although it can be a little on the spendier side for most items, I do think you're paying for the quality of food and that's why I think the boxes are a steal. Definitely recommend!

CLASSIC BURGER COCA-COLA® COMBO but with the RED, WHITE & BLUE SHAKE

It was amazing seating with great service. They brought the food straight to us and asked if we needed anything. Very cozy place music not too loud. As for the foods it was fresh and as someone who loves their salty fries theirs isnt salty but is still surprising really good. The burger was soft and easy to chew, the sauce and pickles gave it a nice taste, well packed for a good price. Definitely made me feel full.

This restaurant seems to be quite empty when I walked in and rarely any cars from outside, but shouldn't judge the place with what's described. This restaurant is so underrated, which I don't know why, but it seemed to be a good place to eat. It quite looks nice inside despite no customers dining in there. Anyways, the guy who took my order and prepped it seems to be new since the employees and possibly the manager were guiding him. The food didn't look bad for someone who seems to be new here. The fries were not too salty, but are kind of soggy. The burger tasted delicious though. There's only two Bay Area locations: Milpitas and Concord. More in the Sacramento region. Many at the eastern side of the US.

Burgers were very basic. I could have made the cheese fries at home. No originality in the food preparation. The price is too high.

It's like a cross between a western style bbq joint and a middle eastern twist with its meats and food. Turns out, this place is mainly an Afghan restaurant! It's half eatery half a butcher shop for people to come and purchase fresh meats for some home cooking. In fact, I watched a lot of people coming in and ordering meats to go. I ordered their chili lamb kabob which was tender and juicy. It had lots of flavor from the spices but enough to where it wasn't overwhelming. I ordered it on top of a pillow of rice which was fluffy and buttery textured. It was delicious. There are sauce bottles to pair with the meats which is my favorite part. I really liked their white creamy yogurt sauce mixed with their red house chili sauce. It gave my lamb meat so much flavor and some heat. I loved my order and will definitely order two next time. I also want to try their steaks. They take their time grilling their meats so orders can take a short while. It's worth it for sure. No complaints here but I do wish they played some light music in the background for some ambiance. Things can be real quiet in here so it can be awkward dining in. Other than that, I really like this place and will be back for more.

I mentioned before the rice has a scent and flavor beyond jasmine or basmati. The French fries are crisp & fresh. The flat bread is tender. The menu has expanded and is more flexible. A new gem is the lentil soup; creamy & exotically spiced without being too much so. It is not the least expensive place, but you get more than you pay for. Tayyibaat remains our go-to splurge.

French onion soup burger ($13.5)- Really tasty burger. I loved that they asked how well you want it cooked... That's a sign of a good patty. Piri piri chicken bow ($15)l- Chicken was ok. Got a nice lil grill but could be more tender. I think it's breast tho so prob healthier. The rest of the bowl included purple rice, some greens, tomatoes, pickled veggies. All in all it was a solid bowl. The orange sauce on top looked promising not it was a lil bland. The cool part is that they have a pretty large list of free condiments. I tried the sweet chili aoili, charred jalapeno aioli, and the Meyer lemon aioli. Both were great as extra sauces in the chicken bowl. Overall, pretty solid spot and they got a decent selection of beers with their inhouse beers only goin for 7 bux! Disappointing First Experience…read more We came in around 7:40 PM, even though the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. It was our first time visiting because we had heard good things and were excited to finally try the food. Unfortunately, the cashier and two other employees told us they were no longer allowing dine-in customers because they were getting ready to close, despite there still being about 40 minutes before the restaurant's posted closing time. We were turned away and never had the opportunity to enjoy a meal. As a business owner in Silicon Valley for decades, I understand that employees need time to clean and prepare for closing. However, if your advertised business hours say you're open until 9:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to dine in until then or at the very least, until a clearly posted dine-in cutoff time. If the restaurant no longer accepts dine-in customers after 7:40 or 8:00 PM, that policy should be clearly communicated online, on the front door, and in the posted business hours. Otherwise, customers are making the trip expecting the full dining experience only to be turned away. For anyone planning to visit, I'd recommend arriving at least 1-2 hours before closing if you want to dine in. Otherwise, you may not be seated even though the restaurant is technically still open. I hope management reviews this policy because it creates a disappointing first impression and can easily drive away potential returning customers.
