My water heater started making weird noises this past week. I called We Do Water Heaters and they gave me an estimate of how much it would be to repair my hot water heater compared to installing a brand new one. I felt that it was really professional to give me the option compared to telling me what was best to do. I ended up having them replace the water heater because of the old ago and was completely happy with the process. This was my first time using them, but I must say their customer service and technicians were amazing. Everything from my initial phone call in setting up an appointment to completion of work, everything was top notch and done with utmost professionalism and integrity. At the house, the technician arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. Although he said our furnace had a few years left, I heeded his advice and replaced it with a high efficiency model. There were no sales pitch or hard sales tactic. We figure we would save a few hundred dollars now since he was already out than waiting and worrying about the unknown. You cannot put a price tag on having the peace of mind, knowing that your furnace will last another 15-20 years. Hopefully, we would not need their services again, but if we do, then I would no doubt go back to them. read more

They delivered and installed quickly, which was great. Everyone was friendly enough, although not the most professional in my opinion. When they arrived they got to work and replaced the water heater. If WDWH wants to improve service, here are the things I would avoid that occurred at my place: -They left water on the floor, used my towels to mop up rusty water spills, tracked dirt all over the floor, and cleaned very little up -As soon as I signed for payment they were gone. No receipt, no information of any kind. They simply wanted to get on to the next job I guess. I luckily got a receipt via my wife's email as they use square for payments. -Nobody explained the warranty and service/maintenance needed, if any. -As usual with plumbers, I paid an ridiculous amount to have the WH installed. A friend just had the same water heater installed in Ohio for $500 less. I believe this is due to the local contractors keeping the prices at a higher level, and adds no value to the customer. read more

He was very friendly and I never felt pressured into buying anything more than I needed. He still gave me options of things I could upgrade to or buy but when I declined he politely accepted it. I called "we do water heaters" after a month or two struggling with my shower, it would have decent hot water but only after a few mins it would get lukewarm or simply not just hot enough withouth the handle being touch. About a week ago, I started noticing the water in my shower going cold after only a few minutes of running. Then as of Tuesday morning, my water would not get hot enough to take a shower comfortably. We discovered our water heater was leaking on Thursday and going in to the house. Ugh! I called a couple of water heater companies to no avail and then go in touch with Brady at We Do Water Heaters, it was 7:30 on Thursday night. We texted him our water heater specs and he called back and said they could be here Saturday morning between 10:00am-12:00pm. Gave us a good price and a couple of recommendations. Although I cannot remember the name of the woman I spoke with, I was very impressed by her cordial manner. She reassured me that we could get a plumber here within 1-2 hours. After about an hour, the plumbers (Brady and Zach) called to tell me that they were on their way and we'd see them in about 30 minutes. They were on site in 20 minutes. They explained the problems with the old water heater very thoroughly and (patiently) answered my numerous questions. As it turns out, the old water heater had been incorrectly installed. Within a three hours, a new water heater was installed, the old water heater was hauled away and the work area was cleaner than when they arrived. This is our first time needing a hot water heater replaced. Needed a water heater fast, called a few places for quotes and availability. Fast Water Heater Service said they could be out in a day or two LOL! Another company said same thing. As far as prices one company said it'd be about $1800, Fast Water Heater said prices start at $1475. Well, We Do Water Heaters was able to come out that day, they even came early, amazingly fast, like half an hour pulled old one and installed new one, and only $1450! Outstanding work. I have been having lots of problems with my water pressure being super low. Patrick was actually unable to make it right on time because he had gotten hit in a traffic accident on the way over. He called me twice to give me updates and sincerely apologized for being late. So a friend of mine knew Jason and his service with water heaters. I knew I had to act in order to solve the water heater problem at a very nice house in Des Moines that my friend owned. I called the company and asked if Jason was able to come out and solve the water heater problem and I had doubts because it was a Friday afternoon. He came out the next day to my friend's place and we had hot water back by Saturday evening. Amazing, and he gave us some tips to watch out for just in case. Very good service and a competitive price overall. Brady took the time to explain the problem I was having with my current water heater (12 yrs old) that was giving off a sulphur smell. Brady gave me some tips on how I might try to repair my existing water heater. In the end, I called Brady back and had a new hot water heater installed yesterday. I called on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in that day. I was given an approximate time they would arrive, and Brady called a couple of times to keep me updated. Brady and his helper got right to work removing the old water heater and installing the new one.. Very professional--put drop cloths down to protect the carpets. Even though they had to carry the hot water heater down a flight of stairs-- it did not seem to be an issue--they worked very well together.
