I went here on a Sunday with a Groupon, and was surprised with the results. The outside was fine, but the inside, where it matters, didn't look cleaned at all. There was a lot of debris behind - if they even used a vacuum is debatable. There were spots all over the dashboard. The small details remained untouched - like the cup holder, windowpanes, etc. We had to remind them to open the trunk to clean it, which may have been pointless because the pines from recycling our Christmas tree were STILL there after this "car wash". They were pretty busy that day - and rushed through each car... and it showed. With all the gorgeous luxury cars outside, looking perfect, maybe the service depends on the status of your car? If so, our lil' Acura Integra was not up to par, apparently. : ( read more

Cannot thank and praise the team here enough. I have brought my car here for a wash over the past year and a half and while the place is always busy, they can almost always get you in and out within 10-15 minutes and with an amazing hand car wash. The speed, service, and value here is really amazing, and they even clean inside the car as well. I have gone to numerous places to have my jeep detailed and even have had engine cleaning and We Wash III has done the best job by far and with the best service. I even had my car broken into and the team at We Wash III was able to get the window ordered and repaired by 5 p.m. that same day. The service and quality and the amount of people that keep coming back is evidence enough that this place is worth checking out. read more

This car wash is really good. The customer service is awesome. They noticed my oil was used up and they gave me a little to hold me up until I get my oil change ASAP. Good to know the people have general knowledge about not just cleaning cars, but it's function and what not. Thank you guys for taking care of me. Definitely will come back. read more

I had a horrible experience with We Wash III. Today was one of the first winter days warm enough to get a car was. I saw a gentleman pulled in and the door automatically open then closed-- when I pulled up.. the door didn't open--- mind you before you enter you are likely blocking a lane of traffic... I saw a gentleman walk to the window and then walk away...welll after a few minutes.. the door still didn't open so I honked and nothing ... I pulled in as far as I could to get out of the street, ran to the side door and and asked l, "is this where I'm supposed to pull in to get my car washed"--- then the same man.. who came to the window.. yelled at me and said ---when we have room . Instead of informing me when he saw me...this man was ok with me sitting and blocking traffic when he could have just gestured or said they were full or put up a sign! The professionalism here was horrible--- they are a bootleg establishment. I took my car to the Mercedes dealership instead which is where I was headed originally ... I would not recommend using their service... as their is no service level....either they're unprofessional or they don't service people in Mercedes that look like me-- in either case... shame on them read more

I have been going here for years. At times I've tried other places, one in Lincoln Park can't remember the name, but it's never the same attention to detail as I get here. Most recently I had an issue with my dog who was sick and peed in the car, I took it here for a complete detail as the car was full of hair etc. and they do an amazing job. I would definately recommend them as the best car wash I've found in Chicago. read more

Rip off. I paid $19 for an interior/exterior clean and still ended up wiping down the seats, surfaces and cupholders myself when I got home. I specifically asked when I dropped off my car to make sure to clean the cupholders (as mentioned by previous reviewers), and they still had junk in them. After waiting 30 minutes when there was no line on a Tuesday morning, I would expect my car to be spotless inside and out. They basically only washed down the mats on the interior. I felt bad that I only had $1 left to tip the guy after paying with a $20, but after I got inside and realized how sloppy the job was, I shouldn't have tipped at all. Won't be going back. read more

Got a wash for my BMW. Got the premium wash for $25. Had dirt spots after wash. Interior was not cleaned well. Rims were not cleaned well. No spray wax as stated on their sign. Clybourn Express is much better for $12. I don't understand how they got the other good reviews. Went there a second time, even worse. False advertisement on services offered on the Premium Wash. Save time and money by going to Clybourn Express. read more

I have washed my car here a few times and each time have been disappointed with the quality of the wash but decided to give them a couple chances. This last time however will be the last time I go there. As they were washing my car (a Tesla) I was watching, and when they moved my car up the guy doing it forgot to put the car in park so when he got out it started moving forward towards another car since it was still in drive. Lucky the car stopped itself before crashing into the next car due to its autopilot hardware but when I asked the guy what happened he said he put it in park but "they sometimes get little glitches like that". In 6 months of driving that car never once has it done that, and I highly doubt it did that day. Also, the windshield had tons of streaks on it after the wash and they spilled something on the dashboard and did not clean it. Take your business elsewhere, you will be happy. read more

To say my car was dirty was an understatement. I use it for delivery and before my dog died he was in it almost everyday. I dropped it off in the early afternoon for a wash and interior detail the shampoo being the most important part. I walked over after work and the timing was perfect they were just finishing the windows when I got there. Everything looked good , I was tired ,paid and jumped in my car, drove home and parked it. It wasn't until the next morning in the sunshine that I realized what a great job they did. I mean it was showroom clean. I also like the fact that they don't use any artificially scented sprays. I was so happy that I brought the whole staff lunch the next day. read more

The BEST car wash in Chicago!! They are very efficient, friendly, and quick...what else could you ask for in a car wash?

I had a auto rim repaired here the other day and ended up having a damaged tire. When they re-installed the tire onto the rim it was pinched against the rim and eventually punctured itself and would not hold air. I took the damaged tire back there and they basically told me to get lost. There was no way they could never have ruined a tire. The new tire cost me $378. I will not be returning here for anything. read more

Um, wow, I had a groupon my fiance gave me so I took our BMW. I got there at 120pm. it was done with the platium wash by 135pm. they didnt vacumn trunk, or clean inside dash, steering wheel etc of dust. i read what was included on their wall for the platinum wash and more than half wasnt done. so im left to wonder why? there were only 2 other cars there and by no means were they busy. i even called first. i couldve done what they did for 5-6 bucks at the car wash myself. not impressed at all, would never use their service again. NOT RECOMMENDED i thought the groupon was meant to get people there and gain new customers, not go cheapo and leave them feeling cheated. streaks on windows, dust everywhere on inside, mats put back in wet! read more

At just under $30 for a premium car wash, I expect that I'm going to get a premium car wash. $30 for a car wash is a lot so my expectations are a bit higher than I would have for a pay it and spray it sort of place. I had several washes here and ,though never really happy with the quality of my rather high priced at We Wash lll, today was the last straw. There was lint everywhere. The dashboard was unbelievably dull looking and looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag that was shedding lint. The body of my car was streaky and, again, had a lot of lint on it. There were some areas where it was still dirty and when I ran my finger across one spot, I actually got the dirt on my finger. So much for the "premium" wash. You're supposed to get a spray wax as part of the package, with the dirt that I had on my car after the wash, I doubt that I got this premium. Nevertheless, I won't be going back so, We Wash lll lost about $350 a year from me and, I'm just one customer. read more
