He said, "Miss Walton, let me see if I can help you out," and those words alone calmed me. Then he came back with, "Great news... we've got several extra Lantus pens in inventory." He didn't stop there. He told me he'd try to push it through, and when he returned with, "Great news, Ms. Walton! I was able to push it through for you! On this particular occasion I stopped in just to get some air fresheners for my car and I noticed they had Lysol in stock. Since Covid started it's very hard to find Lysol so I grabbed two cans of it. They limit the amount of certain items due to limited availability and high demand. This is common for most drug stores and grocery stores. The store was clean has a very similar layout to any other CVS. They had a lot of items in stock but I noticed their refrigerated beverages section was a little bit lacking. They didn't have a very wide variety. The staff was very friendly. They were very engaging and humorous as I checked out and it made the shopping experience just a little bit better. A good location and I will definitely be back.

They are incompetent, ignorant, and cannot be trusted if you're on a medication that's critical you pick up on time.

Then there's the above-and-beyond you occasionally get. As a small pharmacy they're usually stocked, but occasionally might not have something. They'll gladly recommend some place that does (looking it up for you), or even on occasion they'll drive to the other pharmacy themselves, pick it up, and have it back at their location for you. Not to mention, they'll often have that done by the end of the day! So, if you're looking for a local pharmacy with great customer service, then I can't recommend them enough.
