We were hoping for a light breakfast but options were limited to cookies and a few small pastries. The items that sounded most appealing were already sold out for the day which was a bit of a bummer! This is definitely not a full breakfast spot. Prices were on par with what you'd expect from a craft coffee shop, especially in the Williamsville area. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience on a busy winter morning felt a little too hectic for my liking. All that to say I'd absolutely return, just at an off hour and after having already eaten. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. The place was gorgeous! The service was sweet and affable. I loved the bakery. I know they are contemplating a move with the changes at the Eastern Hills Mall. Come to Elmwood Village or the Five Points area! You would have lines out the door, BreadHive and Butter Block already do, and your treats deserve to have lines out the door whenever you are open!
