Watch yourself. Came here after a long day of work to get a late night bite. It was between Taco Bell and Wendy's. I decided to get a regular cheeseburger. Ordered my food and once I was at the window, they immediately gave me my order. One bite, and not even a mile. I instantly felt the effects of an upset stomach. My go-to for fast food. Their actually tastes like food - fresh, and somehow - alive. Love the fries. Friendly, human staff - by this, I mean, they don't sound like robots (often found in other fast food places, such as McDonalds, etc). Yep, they are better than McD, and BK, and I/O. read more

They refuse to honor the app coupons. Even the manager refused. Not cool. Their prices for many items are also $0.20-$0.50 higher than the Brentwood Wendys. Not sure what is up with that. not good today. Chili beans and french fries were cold. The hamburger meat was "tainted" . . my friend said it did not tasate fresh. I had the chicken apple pecan salad and the chicken meat did not taste like fresh chicken. My friend sent her hamburger back and exchanged it for a chicken salad and two bites into it she said "this chicken meat does not taste good." Bye by Wendys in Antioch. Stopped in yesterday as I was working in the area. My order of a burger and fries with a large iced tea was fine. Service was good. And first time in a long time that ordered fried and they were actually hot! What was NOT good is that when I went to use the restroom there was a man hiding in the restroom behind the door. He was wasted out of his mind and scared the living daylights out of me. After I screamed (and drew a crowd) I contacted the manager who acted appropriately and also said she had been watching the guy on camera. This place is in a very, very bad part of town with homeless and undesirables roaming all over the place. Point of my review is the place lives up Wendy's standards but watch your children and stay aware of where you are and who/what is around you. read more

Fairly simple order... I ordered two "4 for $4 meals." The orders were accurate and judging by my kids' reaction, the food was delicious. Included in each meal was a burger, fries, four nuggets, and a drink. Great value. I also saw a window advertisement for a 50 cent frosty. Will definitely go back. read more

Really this restaurant deserves 0 stars i have had several bad experiences at least 20 of them at this location food is always wrong or well below the danger zone restaurant is aways a mess management and employees are extremely rude and when they screw up ur order the either won't fix it or will be a total jerk about having to fix their own mistakes everyone I know feels the same way we dive all the way to brentwood in order to ensure we won't get cold food and aditudes . The last time I was there at a st wendys will be my last time ever I'd rather drive across town then pay for food ur goin to serve cold and not to mention wrong and have the wendys team treat u like crap for their screw ups nd guess what if u piss of the Manger Norma u won't get ur food replaced just like I didn't get 21 dollars worth of a cold ass incorrect order replaced .. get this I even contacted wendys courp.and since the person that took my complaint did do their job properly I never got my food replaced ... this franchise is a joke and with people like Norma in management positions this restaurant will aways be below expectations. .. read more

Found a hair in my bbq chicken salad!!! first ordered food then we asked for extra sweet and sour and ranch and was asked "for what" hella rude. We ordered two 4 piece nuggets & two spicy chicken wrap, what do you mean for what?? Never had horrible service as bad as this place. They ALWAYS mess up our orders. Just today they forgot the chicken nuggets went back, fiancé asked for the receipt that we never got. And seen we paid for it. On top of going home to Find a LONG ASS HAIR in my bbq chicken salad "half size. Never will we return . We love Wendy's , looks like we'll go to Wendy's in Brentwood from now on. read more
