This is one of the better Wendy's that I have visited as the employees here are courteous and awesome. They always are patient and provide professional service. I have even come in when an irate customer was screaming on the top of his lungs cursing out the poor employees for a small issue but they handled it the best they could by and just agreeing and apologizing to that crazy man. Additionally, I came to order the Krabby Patty and they were out of the sauce so they told me to come back the next day when they have the sauce and they would give me the sandwich for free (I ordered the meal on the mobile app). I was able to get that sandwich for free and that secret sauce was so good, and I'm honestly so sad it is gone now. I have never had an issue with Wendy's in terms of portion size, cold food, or missing items. In fact, they do a great job of following my customizations and the food always comes out great, not sloppy or gross. I also love that this location does cute decorations for holidays and they are always making sure keeping tables and the establishment clean. I see them always cleaning tables or sweeping when we dine in. read more

The woman taking drive through orders could've been a little more patient. There was no one in line. Something was off about my sandwich but they $1 soda woke me up, the food came out fast and again no line, always a plus. The burrito was excellent and this location is cleaner than most. Even though I went through the drive-through, I'm gonna say our food was great. The customer service was nice and the ambience. I'm gonna have to pass on that cause it was the drive-through so there really was no ambience but it's conveniently located and hey oh I do have something negative to say besides all the positives shame on you Wendy's you took away the whole lettuce leaves. Now you put this crappy chopped lettuce on sandwiches it terribly ruins the sandwich. shame on you for that go back to providing a whole actual leaf of lettuce, please or I'm gonna stop coming there. The location was easy to find the line was quick. I got through easily so thank you for that and of course my food was good despite the lack of lettuce. Oh, we also had chili now. I stopped by Wendy's in Federal Way Saturday evening. This review does not reflect the excellent customer service I received but this is a review on the new Spicy Chicken sandwich. I have been eating the old spicy chicken sandwich for over 20 years. The texture of the Patty was grainy there was hardly any mayo on it so it was very dry. The shorter gal with black hair and extremely long nails was moving slow as molasses, I'm all for vanity and having your nails done but girl your nails are 6 inches easy and your working in fast food you can barely bag the food and put stuff in its containers because your trying to protect your nails from breaking ridiculous and unhygienic will not return to this location. read more

Stopped by for breakfast and used the drive-thru. After I got to my destination, found they forgot an entire breakfast sandwich. The one they did make was horrible and I disposed of it after a single bite. Apparently the solution to a stale and dried up English muffin is to drench it in their artificial buttery goop? Also, the bacon in the sandwich was petrified. The coffee was passable though. read more

The people here are always friendly. Orders are correct and food is hot. It would be nice if the lights were left off when they're closed. Seems this isn't the only location that does it. People were trying to order due to the lights all being on including the menu. read more

Terrible customer service. The cashier on duty at 6:30pm had a terrible attitude and a mushroom style haircut. We ordered a combo that was supposed to come with a medium drink. The guy claimed that they were out of medium cups and would have to get a small or large cup. I said large and the guy was going to charge me an additional amount for the large cup. I complained and asked for a manager because the guy was extremely rude. The guy told the manager I did it wrong (whatever that means). It also turns out that they weren't out of medium cups. Well guess what buddy? You did it wrong. You provided crappy service and you were wrong about them being out of medium cups. read more

Wendy's is usually pretty good, but yesterday when we were the only ones going through the drive through we got a chicken sandwich that was the worst ever. Lettuce and tomato were ok, but the chicken patty was cold and hard like it had been cooked a couple hours before. Then to top it off the frosty was half liquid. All fast food places are hit-and-miss and this place often messes up my order. We have to do our due diligence to check before leaving. However, I'd like to compliment one older lady working at Wendy's by Walmart in Federal Way whose name is Anita. She's always attentive, nice, polite, friendly and most of all, thoughtful even when I use rewards & coupons. She always remember to give crackers and hot sauces without being asked with the chilli con carne orders which are appreciated by my husband. It's a pleasant sight when I have her to take my orders.
