I had a great experience at Burger King. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The burgers were made well, the fries were crispy, and everything was served quickly. What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were--they were polite, efficient, and made the visit enjoyable. The restaurant was also very clean. The dining area, tables, and restrooms were well maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, great food, excellent customer service, and a clean environment. My family and I frequent this location quite often as this is the closest location to us and we usually use the coupon for the family pack. I haven't visited this location in a while due to being busy with life and trying to eat better. However, I saw that they were doing a SpongeBob collab so I had to stop by. They had a digital exclusive deal to get most of the SpongeBob items but the drink so I got that separately. I forgot that you have to order the specific meal to get the themed box so I didn't get that unfortunately. The Whopper was just a Whopper which is such a shame because a secret sauce would have been cool but I know their Wendy's collab had that. Now the rest of the special collaborations are way better as we really enjoyed the tots, slushie and pie was great. The staff here are always friendly and professional, even on the debut day of the SpongeBob collab where they were definitely the busiest that I've seen them in years. Our food was made to order quickly and everything was crafted carefully. I also didn't get an option to change my sauce for a side order of onions on the app but I truly appreciated the staff asking which sauce I wanted. The spaces that weren't touched by customers were clean which is great and it was a busy day, so I'm sure staff couldn't really take time to clean while they were busy during dine-in, drive-thru and delivery/app orders. We go here every once in awhile for a quick sit down meal. Today we have a full day planned and got to Burger King too early for the dining room. That was ok since it was only 15 minutes. At about 8:03 we were still waiting at the door so I called. The worker came to the door, opened it without saying anything.. We got in line and still no acknowledgment until I said hi and that they must be short staffed. She acknowleged that and went back to helping people going through the drive through. After helping one and starting on another she told us "one more". In my opinion Burger King is not giving their staff enough support and training to handle situations like this gracefully. It's not really the fault of the worker, but of the organization. After hearing that we weren't going to be assisted, even to have our order taken until the drive through person was complete (since they were there first), we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I hardly ever write reviews but felt that this needed to be said. Again, we are normally very happy with this branch but not today. read more

I came by at 7:23am for breakfast. The drive thru was closed and the front door was locked. The sign read that this location opened at 6am. Both their website and Apple Maps said the same thing. Oh man, this Burger King in Federal Way is kind of in a nightmare location. The streets that run along the entry ways to the stores/restaurants in the same spot are carpool lanes only and no signs along the road indicate it is lawful to cross the carpool lane to enter. Is it actually breaking the law to use the lane just to turn in here, I do not know, but unsettling either way. After pulling in on Wednesday 23 November 2022, a number of cars pulled in right after me from both entry ways. Because the drive-thru was a little backed up already and maneuvering in the parking lot is hard because it is small and there is no signage for where drive-thru overflow should line-up, I decided to park my car and walk up to the store front and place my order. There was no sign on the door saying the main area was closed to placing orders, so I tried the door. Locked. Turns out this part of King County had different COVID-19 pandemic protocol procedures than north King County and the store front was closed, just the drive-thru was open. Returning to my car, more cars had gotten in line, by that point there were two merging lines for the drive-thru, and I was frustrated enough that I decided to just skip it altogether. read more

The food is decent, service I found was ok, fairly friendly. The problem is speed of service. I've probably gone to this Burger King 100 times in the last 6 months, almost every single time it takes 5-20 minutes depending on the time of day. The neighboring McDonalds drive-thru service is super fast with my wait at most 10 minutes on the busiest times. This Burger King is just super slow and if you go on a busy time like lunch hour prepare to wait possibly 20 minutes. read more

I tried to use the BK app to redeem a $7 whopper meal for two and the cashier says they're no longer accepting coupons from the app at ALL stores in Washington State, and that they accept only mailed out coupons to your home address. With what's going on right now in the world you would think that people would be more cautious and follow health and safety rules. This Burger King is not and if I get sick I can guarantee you that there will be a lawsuit. I ordered a small fry, and jalapeño bites. The fries were good. Jalapeño bites were okay. The issue is that upon eating the 3rd jalapeño Vite I felt something in my mouth. I thought it was my hair but when I pulled it out it was a very light hair strand and a long one. Meaning someone wasn't wearing hair nets in a fast food restaurant where it is required. I had someone else's hair in my mouth during a health scare that is world wide. Burger King needs to shut down and go through proper health and safety protocols because that is something that just shouldn't have happened at all. If you decide to actually order delivery from the horrible company, do so thru a 3rd party delivery service. Using their app will just get you an incorrect order (in our case an order from McDonald's) and all they will offer in response is a $10 coupon for our next order ($30+ less than what we paid). Today I ordered the Vegan burger everyone is raving about. In the ordering process I requested a lettuce wrap, no cheese or mayonnaise. The order taker offered ketchup to which I agreed. Then rolled forward through the drive thru and go to the pick up, where a cheerful young woman greeted me. This lady told me they don't actually have a wrap, that next time just request no bun and extra lettuce and that is how you get the wrap.
