I just came to this Wendy's location yesterday for lunch with my coworkers. I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and a hot chive potato. My coworker ordered a chicken sandwich and a small salad. The food came out pretty fast and it tasted fresh, although as my coworker finished up her salad she noticed something black and poked at it with her fork to find out that there was a HUGE fly in there! She showed one of the cashiers and all she did was say "ok" and walked to the back to throw it away. She never offered an apology or a refund for her salad. It was as if she wanted to keep it on the down low. WOW talk about SHADY customer service! I won't be returning here ever again! read more

All of the staff here are incompetent! They are slow, do not speak proper English, ALWAYS destroy my orders and for some reason the dining room smells like a landfill. Every single time I have visited (because I this is the ONLY Wendys in my area) there is always a complication with an order. It's something simple - For instance, "Can I get a single with NO CHEESE and EXTRA PICKLE"? What do I get? EXTRA CHEESE with NO PICKLE EXTRA SPREAD. How us my order hard?! This review is customer service related. Wendy's is not our goto spot, however, I downloaded the app to take advantage of a t-mobile reward. The app wasn't working properly so I was going to delete the app but decided to go inside to see if an employee could help (they weren't very busy since it was after lunch and before dinner rushes). The supervisor/manager attempted to assist me to no avail but still granted me the reward. As a display of appreciation for his time, I decided to make a couple of additional purchases. I will definitely be back and perhaps I'll have a better experience with the app. read more

While paying for my food the cashier informed me and apologize for not wearing gloves during the transaction of food. That her manager isn't allowing them to waste gloves it's too expensive. Just left this location a few minutes ago, my husband is very upset because we not only waited 15 min in drive through to take our order but as soon as we pulled up to the window after ordering the man that took our order was completely coughing on our food. He was not covering his mouth nor did he turn away. My husband got grossed out and just took off. He's so grossed out he made me write this review. We're going to norms now lol. This Wendy's is always busy and close by. However, it's a roll of the dice if they get your order right. Baked Potaoes are always burnt. You say 'no mayo' you'll get mayo. You say grilled chicken, you'll get deep fried chicken. I have been to many Wendy's in Orange Co. And they are great! I think the people of OC wouldn't put up with this kind of service. While pregnant, I had a lot of late night cravings and I didn't have many healthy options to choose from. I would send my husband to Wendy's to fetch me a salad, chili, fries, and their refreshing strawberry passionfruit tea (sooo good)! Today my husband wanted to go there, I tried to talk him out of it. When he returned, they forgot part of the order. I tried to call, but they let the phone ring. I don't understand the negative reviews for this place because I haven't received horrible service from this fast food joint at all!!! But I have noticed the lady with the tongue ring as mentioned in a review below, however she was very friendly & attentive. I never noticed her playing with her tongue ring though that could be because I wasn't looking at her (lol) The inside of the facility is very clean, it's very quiet, and the cashiers working inside were very friendly as well. My favorite was the red head girl, she was a very positive person to be around... She was giving us little suggestions on what to buy my kids as they couldn't decide and she was very patient with us. She never gave any body language that she didn't wanna be there & she showed no attitude. The drive thru sometimes can be extremely packed and it's always different, some Saturday's it's always busy sometimes it's not. Depends on the time of the year, if the drive thru gets packed it usually keeps moving pretty fast-average amount of wait time. I've never sat in the drive thru longer than 10 mins and that's with maybe 4-5 cars ahead of me! So there's zero complaints for me in this review of Wendy's! read more

I came in today with my fiance. She ordered a number 9 combo with extra pickles and tomateos, and a diet coke. She had to repeat it to our cashier literally 6 times! Our cashier was alyssa. I ordered a number 2 combo and 2 dbl stacks. For my number 2 I asked for medium. Fast forward to when we get our order. My number 2 was small, she didn't charge me for me medium size. My fiance number 9 had one pickle and one tomato and she got a sprite for her meal??!!. We looked at the receipt and this cashier put easy tomato and easy pickle, this is not what we asked for! I love Wendy's, but this one is consistently abysmal. I have yet to get a good, fresh, hot order of fries from here. In the past I have spent FAR too long in the drive thru, and a wait is understandable, if the food actually comes out fresh. Yet I returned? Went to this place yesterday, walked in with my bf not sure what the girl name was that help us but Omg this girl really hates her job she instantly dogged me as I walked in, then she takes our order and walks away doesn't even wait till the transaction goes through, my bf reaches over and grabbed his receipt hoping it had her name, well what a surprise it wasn't her name it had a name by "paola" but I know it want her this girl was African American and had braids. After I called her back she didn't give us our cups. She almost chuck the cups at us I walked away . that was unnecessary attitude, this girl was def on her Rag!!! After my bf went back and ask for ranch she gave him creamy saracha sauce, so at this point I am mad at this little girl I walked up to the register and the real Paola walks up to me and I ask for ranch she first says hi and Hands me my ranch I say thank you and she says your welcome. Friendliest guy ever working the drive through! I got my food quick and it tasted delicious.

My family and I go to this Wendy's because it is on our way home, and we get great food at low prices here. But the day crew...I beg to differ. Today, I went to this location to order 2 jr. chicken sandwiches, a jr. bacon cheeseburger, 2 large fries (they were having a $1 any size fry promotion), and a six piece chicken nugget. I ordered the burger with mustard and cheese only, as I always do, and ordered a double stack at first, but changed it to jr. bacon cheeseburger. The woman who took my order was named Ida, and she was very disinterested, and charged me for the double stack, even though I changed it! I didn't realize this when I came home. As a result, since I didn't have $10, I couldn't get a 2nd chicken sandwich, and had to change the bacon cheeseburger for a regular cheeseburger. The fries were cold, my jr. cheeseburger had ketchup, pickles and onions on it (I told Ida mustard only and said mustard only on the receipt), and there was a double stack I did not order. The only thing Ida got right was the chicken sandwich. We came back, and Ida took care of it, but she was very snooty and said that the fries were fresh by the time I picked them up to go, and they are cold because we didn't eat them and came back. I told her there was everything on the burger and I didn't order the double stack. I asked her to replace the double stack with a jr. bacon cheeseburger with mustard and cheese only (what I wanted in the first place) and replace the jr. cheeseburger with everything with another chicken sandwich plain. Ida was really aggravated at me, she rolled her eyes at me and complained that she wouldn't change my fries and chicken nuggets usually because they were made fresh before I picked them up. She replaced the order, and she asked if I paid for my soda, I told her no, because I bought the soda from Circle K. She did not say thank you or you're welcome, she just scoffed at me and turned around. I told the nice girl who worked there thank you, and she smiled and I told her goodbye. She told me bye. Except for this nice girl, the day crew here SUCKS! I will not frequent this Wendy's at day again! The night crew is excellent, so I will see them at night. If Ida is so mean, she must hate her job so much, I shall tel her here: FIND ANOTHER JOB! You have no right to redirect your frustration to customers. read more
