When I come to this particular Subway, I am always greeted by the owner who is an older foreign lady. Today her grandson and her were working and it reminded of and my family. This is franchised business which this immigrant family has invested good money in. It's a family business despite it being a franchise. I always get good service and the owner always says a couple of words abs seems generally happy. Most people won't understand what is involved with being an owner and how demanding it is, but I do. I have enjoyed all my sandwiches which are made with care and place is kept relatively clean and the service is quick and the ingredients haven't been kept out beyond their due date.
