This location is very convenient. It's located right off business route 1 and right in the heart of variety of shopping: Dollar tree, Marshall's, Whole Foods and etc. After entering the store I was surprised how clean Wendy's can be. Staff is very friendly and always there for you to help. I was even offered to sit down and my food brought to my table once it's prepared! This location was recently renovated and it's looks great. On the inside they have a kiosk where you can order your food without waiting in the cashier line. I would like thank all the staff for keeping the store in shape. Keep up the good work! I'm done with this chain, or at least this location, unless of course it's a dire emergency. And I used to almost be a fan of W's, this is the location I've visited most often for the past several years due to work proximity. I can't recall my experiences here years ago; but for the past 2 they've been dismal. Take for example the time I ordered the taco salad, all I received was plain iceberg lettuce. No meat, salsa, chips or cheese. It was hardly even a salad. Or the multiple times I've asked for no salt on my fries only to encounter a sodium overdose. Last night I asked for no condiments on my bacon double cheeseburger, they got that right but also left off the lettuce tomato and bacon! I'm happy to report that a Shake Shack is due to open about a mile away on the same road. I hope they have late hours so I'll never have to resort to W's again. The more expensive argument won't work here, last nights misstep was about $10 for a crap burger and fries. read more

Place is a joke. Always takes a really long time going through the drive through. I used the mobile app and waited for 8 minutes behind just 2 cars. I asked if they could warm up the cookie for 10 seconds in the microwave and the cashier told me yes then the manager jumps in to say no because of "safety issues." what a stupid excuse. Just say no. Had he said "No sorry" I would've just shrugged and moved on. But made up a dumb reason. I've worked at Wendy's, I know what he said is just completely made up. I didn't eat here....but keep reading there's a valid review. My niece came to visit me for the summer. I typically don't eat chain fast food but it's the only fast food place within Princeton and my niece wanted it. I have a personal childhood dislike for Wendy's. With that being said I've gone here on two occasions. Each time I've gone, this place has been immaculately clean as if they were preparing to film a Wendys commercial in the facility. The icing on the cake was when my niece opened her burger....her words not mine..."Wow. This looks like the pictures!" I walked over and examined the burger and gosh darn it she was right. Additionally, she's ordered salads from here, and the quality of the salad could certainly mirror local salad places appearance and freshness wise. If you have a cheese or tomato allergy don't come here. 1st attempt : My order wasn't what I ordered. Both burgers I ordered contained ketchup, one had cheese also. 2nd attempt: returned my order and asked again for one meal burger no cheese, one no cheese and no ketchup. Still wrong. 3rd attempt: they forgot the straws, the dips, and one container of fries was ice cold. I didn't want to go in to the place because of the high risk of covid in the area. Almost every single car in front of mine, something was missing or wrong from their order. They either backed up, to try and fix it or walked over to the window when I was fixing my order. I know it's really hard to hire people right now, but @wendys you gotta try harder than this! Pay more maybe you will get people that actually give a sh*t about their job and customer service. I went around and around and around to the drive through. By the end of this whole ordeal I wasn't hungry, and by the time I brought the meals home, they were ice cold. Horrible experience. Even though there was no one there, they prefer customers use the ordering kiosk. It seems like a cool idea, you can customize your sandwich as you'd like and they offer add-ons like cookies. I customized my chicken sandwich and ordered a cookie. My sandwich wasn't right and they left off the cookie. So, what time was saved by having us enter our own orders? My husband had the same issue. They totally ignored his customization. Then a manager-looking type questioned him because blaming the customer for an error would be easier than reading the computer, evidently. There was only one other gentleman in the restaurant. It needed desperately to be swept and to have the tables wiped down. The garbage cans were full and the restrooms hadn't been checked in some time. When we did get our orders worked out, the food was great. No argument that Wendy's has good food. It just desperately needed to have some care administered to both the cleanliness of the facility and the customer service shown to patrons. Either use the drive-thru or keep on driving. There are plenty of choices for a meal on this roadway. If you do stop, take the time to ensure your order is correct. Good luck! read more

The place is clean & they are very conscience about following COVID guidelines. However, the governor has lifted indoor dining restrictions, outdoor mask restrictions, & is about to lift indoor mask restrictions as well however their entire dining room is STILL CLOSED. They are being safe but they could accommodate limited seating. read more

I come to this Wendy's embarrassingly often - it is probably the restaurant that I go to the most often in my life because it is on the way home from work and it is fast. And also because I love Wendy's. Who wouldn't? It's my favorite of the cheap burger places by far (at least the ones on the Northeast.) This Wendy's is consistent, the employees are helpful, and it is VERY clean. Maybe a year ago they did a major rebuild of the structure and the whole thing just screams NEW. Went here this morning around 6:40am on Sunday August 28 before I had to be at work and the restuant was closed when I got there. The internet said the restaurant should have been open at 6:30am. You can ask anyone that knows me, im not that picky when it comes to eating. Keep that in mind as I write my very first yelp review!!! How are you going to make me pay $13 for a meal that was actually garbage? The fries were so cold/salty I literally spat out the first one I ATTEMPTED to eat. But no, you wanna literally put 8 pieces of pickle in my sandwich. I have been ordering from this wendys for over 10 years and you can be damn sure you have lost a loyal customer. This Wendy's has food like any other Wendy's. Although the reason I am giving 3 stars is because I am a picky eater and almost every other time they manage to screw up my order. But their service does make up for that; if you bring your messed up burger to them they give you a brand new one, just the way you ordered. Sadly, I go through the drive-thru most of the time so I can't do that. I would only recommend this Wendy's to people who don't really mind what's on their burger or if you have the time to bring it up to them for a new one. Edit: The past few times I have gone here they have been nice and have gotten our orders right. The manager handled the situation nicely. I stopped here because I had some coupons and didn't feel like cooking or eating anything remotely healthy after a long day at work. The sandiches were supposed to be buy one, get one free but somehow the cashier charged me an extra $.20. It wasn't that I couldn't afford the twenty cents but the principle very much irked me, especially when he refused to give me a receipt and said, "Wel, it's only $.20. It's basically nothing." Yeah, tell that to someone in Shanghai who could buy a breakfast with that money. Anyhow, I did eventually get my money. The grilled chicken sandwiches were a bit dry and definitely not as big as the ones from Burger King. I think that I'll stick with the nuggets next time...and a different location. read more

I ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets, a 6 piece spicy nuggets, and a pretzel bun with no meat in it. I ended up only receiving 9 nuggets, no sauce, and bacon and a meat patty in my pretzel bun burger. Disappointing service. read more

So, like I said, I normally don't review chains, but I gotta do this bc this place gave me ogeda recently and I will never go back to this particular Wendy's. So I pull up in the drive thru after a brief excursion at Marshall's in the same shopping center and begin to drop my normal Wendy's spiel - which is "#4 combo, medium, Dr. Pepper." But this time all I could get out was "#4 comb..." and the dude on the speaker cuts me off to ask what drink I wanted. "Dr. Pepp..." again, cut-off to ask the size. "Med..." "Okay will there be anything else?" in a hurried tone... I was about to jump through this speaker and choke somebody. Before I could finish saying, "No, that's it." I was told to pull around. When I pull around guess what I see? It's the manager taking orders - it wasn't even busy enough for him to be taking orders with the amount of workers there (this is previous White Castle Shift Manager experience talking.) I said "woosah" a few times and let it slide. I don't have time to eff with a fast food manager on his drive-thru etiquette. Now when I go to the Wendy's in Morrisville, this meal costs $7.40 - I have my exact change ready to go. For some reason in Princeton, this same meal costs $8. I know they can charge differing prices, but it seemed odd, and just added to the bad experience. Then when I get home an begin to pull the contents from the bag, the fries are in disarray as if trying to escape the bag, and the *outside* of the burger wrapper was covered in slimy grease. Normally this location isn't too terrible. The past couple times I've visited, however, haven't been up to par. I was rushed while giving my order and once I did receive my food it was terrible. The burger was literally dripping with grease - to the point where it was pouring out of the wrapper all over myself and my car. Pretty much all I can ask for out of a fast food place. Food is hot and tastes good, I'm served quickly, the workers are friendly, the place is clean, and the meals are cheap. Only cost me just under $7 for a large #10, so I'm not sure how the other reviewer got charged $8 for a medium, but whatever. read more

The WORST restaurant I've ever went to. Messed up my WHOLE ORDER made me wait for my food because they just put and slip down and didn't even cook it. They had no barbecue sauce, no large cups, and put pickles,mustard,and onions on a burger when you wanted none of that. Never go there, it's absolutely trash. i have the misfortune of visiting this wendys more often than i'd like, usually on trips to philly, ac or dc. this time, it was a late night nom-venture. of course, the spicy nuggets were flat and lame, chewy and tepid. the sandwich was semi decent, meh. this is my least favorite wendys in jersey. read more

Let's be honest guys, it's a fast food place. That aside, Wendy's is probably one of the premier places to eat (fast food wise). They have a large menu of diverse foods and they even have a salad with mandarin oranges. I personally recommend the Baconator-- its basically the anti-veggie food. Gotta love it. read more
