ALWAYS 9+ cars in drive thru and it takes 35+ minutes to get to the window. Once ordering they ask you several times to repeat yourself. Then when you check your order over they always forget items, often several. Watching in the window while you wait it's pure chaos. Several stand around and ask Qs while one scrambles for items. Went thru drive thru, person taking order was nice until I said my order was done and she said is it?! And I was like yeah that's it. Then I was counting my cash realized I didn't have enough so I used my card, then the guy took my card closed the window and walked off with it. Then he came back a few minutes later and handed me my food and I said thanks he was waiting for me to drive off. And I asked for my card and he pulled it out of somewhere and looked at me like I caught him trying to steal my debit card. Host name on the receipt says Juan. Then I got nervous that he might've stole my info so I sat there and asked for a receipt and then he went to grab one and looked at me super nervous. I really hope my information doesn't get stolen by going to this Wendy's. I will never come back. This was a horrible and scary experience. I work in retail and never walk off with someone's card or make a purpose of not giving it back to them. I hope you guys look into this issue. I will be warning everyone about this place. Has to be the worst Wendy's to be created!! They have a trophy behind the register for what? Did the win the worst store of the year. Every time me and my bf stop in here for a quick bite to eat this place is filthy. Floors are a slip hazard waiting to happen their freestyle soda machine never has any flavors the employee are rude as hell and I see where they get it from the managers aren't any better. Tonight my bf order his normal just protein no bread no produce. Well they charged him for multiple sandwhich instead of just the meat. So we have to go back up there and have the manager "figure" it out. They corporate needs to come in here and clean house kn these employee. I understand the area we are in but there are still quality employee out there. I usually love this place in my hometown but I went here for a #8 spicy with a baked potato... It was horrible the potato was a nasty brown looking color way over cooked and just bad all the way around.. The chicken was dry and had no flavor and just so more disappointing... It's a Wendy's. The food was what you would expect from a Wendy's. Nothing more nothing less. The place is kinda sketchy at night so keep that in mind. Very unfriendly staff, I stood in the lobby for a good while waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there. Oscar came to the register and starred without saying a word, rushed me through my order, didn't repeat it back to make sure he took it down correctly. As I am waiting for my food to be made I watch three different people open up and touch the sandwich they were attempting to serve me. Yes, they had gloves and a mask on but they were adjusting hats, aprons, and masks with the same gloves they were preparing food with. Disgusting. A women had walked in shortly after me and they didn't acknowledge her either so they lost her as a customer. After waiting a really long time for my food, watching them pass it around the kitchen. I kindly asked for a refund as I was very unhappy with what I was seeing being done. They all started talking amongst themselves and the women giving said refund was smacking the receipt onto the counter huffing and puffing about it. "Just throw it away they don't want it" she screamed to the other team members. Not a pleasant experience, and this isn't the first time I've been treated this way at this restaurant either! Customers are not always right even if they get ripped off! Please do not eat here! Today was the first day that they reopened after who knows how long they were shut down. The actual owner of the Wendy's was present and she looked as if she was waiting for her newly remodeled store to shut down forever! She looked very irritable and angry. I ordered a Asian chicken salad before they had shut down (which I did not know about) and spoke with the manager, Liza, for a replacement and she told me I could go in. However, when I got there, the owner was standing guarding the door and she had turned me away after learning that I came in for a replacement of the salad that I did not get. She even told me that I was at the wrong Wendy's and took absolutely no responsibility for the poor customer service and for charging full price for a salad with chicken and not give you chicken!
